Spent 4 nights here in April 2024. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, booked the “club” access which gives you a nicer room, access to a private self serve bar and balcony; separate dining area. This was very good value for money and would recommend this. We didn’t leave the hotel for the duration, and didn’t once get bored. Three pools and an indoor spa too. Facilities were very clean. Food wasn’t too bad and drinks choices were very good. Lots of space around the pools for sunbathing. The only negative was our room not being ready when we arrived, but this caused no issue as we went for a drink and enjoyed the sun. I would recommend a visit and I’ll be returning. ☀️

So I stayed here for a week all inclusive, it was stunning. Views were absolutely amazing food really good with a good variety. The staff were just amazing making you feel a part of them and making an effort when passing you to have a chat and talk. The animations team that run all the games that are really engaging were also such pleasure to be around and I have to say Ozz was amazing. Also made an effort to come and see if I want to participate in the game but without being too intense and pressuring. And if you like a disco then here is the best because during the day it’s nice and calm and relaxing but then in the night upstairs in the bar it’s like another world. Dancing, music and performances. Honestly I would and will 100% come back here again. Many thank you to all here. Alex Middleton.

I recently stayed at Alua Village and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the cleanliness of the cutlery was abysmal. It was a constant struggle to find a clean plate, often having to sift through multiple before finding one suitable for use. Additionally, the presence of chipped glasses posed a safety hazard, as I nearly cut my lip on one. It was disheartening to see that this was a recurring issue, with at least one chipped glass consistently present on the table. Moreover, the breakfast offering fell short of expectations for a hotel of this calibre. The absence of fresh juice was a disappointment, and it reflected poorly on the overall dining experience. Furthermore, the cleanliness of certain areas left much to be desired, with evident neglect extending from the previous night well into the afternoon of the following day. My experience at the a la carte restaurant was nothing short of appalling. Despite being seated promptly, the service was egregiously biased towards a French family who arrived after us. Not only were they attended to promptly, but they were also served drinks and given menus before we were even acknowledged. Such favouritism is inexcusable, regardless of the hotel's ownership. To compound matters, the lack of engagement from hotel representatives or activity staff was disappointing. When I raised concerns about this issue, the response I received was nothing more than shrugged shoulders, indicative of a dismissive attitude towards guest satisfaction. Additionally, I opted for the "My Favourite Double" package, expecting exclusive amenities and superior service. However, the reality fell short of expectations. The minibar went unstocked for the entirety of my week-long stay, and the promised dining area and snack provisions were lacklustre at best. Lastly, despite claims of recent refurbishment, the cosmetic updates were superficial at best. Painting over bathroom tiles and neglecting to address cracked steps and missing pool tiles hardly constitute a comprehensive renovation. Overall, my experience at Alua Village was deeply disappointing, marred by subpar cleanliness, biased service, and unfulfilled promises of exclusivity. I would caution against staying at this establishment until significant improvements are made to rectify these glaring issues.

Excellent hotel and fabulous location near to beach. Great gym for a 4 star hotel and includes heated indoor pool and two saunas plus a steam room! Great choice if your into health and fitness. Food is very good but very similar to most of the canary 3/4 star hotels. Weather was 22c and sunny every day in January. Sunniest winter holiday we have ever been on in our 7 canary islands weeks holiday.

I have stayed in this great resort between 3. – 12.4., resort is predominately consisted from the clients from France, well I've never well left out or anything, there were daily and night activities for everyone, we were pretty mixed up and this was beauty of my holidays. You just need to dare to try, A+ for entertainment teams! Hotel location is right where it needs to be. Close to the beach, quiet and very relaxing.  Town Morro Jable is just a few minutes driving with a taxi or with a bus which costs 1.40 euros. Food – every night there is a different thematic night. If you want Mexican, Spanish, Italian and etc.Gala on Friday was especially great surprise, they even have a barbecue on Thursday afternoon around the pool are, I think this is soo cool. Cleanliness – what to say, rooms a immaculately clean A+! All the staff, from restaurant, reception, maids, entertainment are really friendly and will try to help you if you need help. Reception staff speaks perfect english, so I really don t understand some previous reviews. If you are coming with prejudice that is mostly french hotel you wont have amazing time, just forget, relax and you will feel welcome and included. Great value for money! Gracias Alua , Marin K (6133)
