You’ll begin an unforgettable holiday of a lifetime the moment you arrive by speedboat at this paradise resort in Vaikaradhoo on Haa Dhaalu Atoll. Powdery white sands, an amazing coral reef and crystalline lagoon waters create an atmosphere of blissful tranquillity. You’ll stay in a tastefully-appointed beach bungalow featuring a host of superb facilities and dine in top-class restaurants offering mouth-watering gastronomic delights. Activities on the Indian Ocean include night fishing, snorkelling and diving beneath the waves to gaze in awe at the sharks, manta rays and other marine life. The resort also has a sumptuous spa offering a range of services including massages, facials and body treatments.

Distance from the airport

You will arrive at Malé (Velana) International Airport, followed by a 50-minute domestic flight, and your transfer to the resort will conclude with a 15-minute speedboat trip.

The Hondaafushi Island Resort all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Breakfast in the main restaurant (8am to 10am)
  • Lunch in the main restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Dinner in the main restaurant (7.30pm to 9.30pm)
  • Afternoon tea in the Thila Bar, including tea, coffee and snacks (4pm to 6pm)
  • Drinks served by the glass, including draught beer, house wine, selected spirits, selected cocktails, selected mocktails, regular tea, coffee, mineral water, soda water and a selection of soft drinks (10am to 12am, drinks ordered after midnight will be charged at normal bar tariffs)
  • 20 per cent discount at the a la carte restaurant if the bill exceeds US $50
  • 20 per cent discount on special dinners
  • 10 per cent discount on spa treatments

Amazing place, amazing hotel. Room locations are perfect for ambiance. Island has got very beautiful nature. You can swim in white beaches or you can swim with the fishes. You can ride inside to the jungle. Staff are very kind and helpful. And hotel guest relations teams organizing all details from coming to maldives to the leaving moment.. Thank you for hospitality.

Thanks for the great hospitality. Everything was perfect from the comfortable lounge zone in airport to whole staying. The only one moment which one faced as a minus. On second night some bugs were bite me and my husband. We informed the reception and staff immediately reacted and send special service to the room to fix that issue.
