Visit the capital city of Male to see the National Museum, Presidential Palace, Esjeshi Art Gallery and the Grand Friday Mosque.

An absolutely wonderful place. A beautiful island where you can't get bored. I had a perfect vacation there. Beautiful, clean, sunny, with a wonderful ocean. Plenty of options for active leisure. Fantastic staff, always kind and helpful. It's hard to name everyone, but big thanks to all of them, from the reception desk, to the water sports staff, the restaurant and bars staff, housekeeping, and the guys who keep the grounds tidy. Everyone is dedicated and friendly. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely return.

This island resort is large enough to have new daily discoveries and small enough to feel like a secret paradise which you know. Our family looked forward to this trip all year and we can honestly say our every expectation was exceeded. We were delighted with every aspect - the incredible fresh food, the absolute beauty of the undersea life, the perfect gardens and the large and comfortable rooms, serviced twice a day. As others have said, the staff are the pinnacle of this resort, making everything a pleasure. Special thanks goes to our host, Maram, who was the most helpful, warm and responsive caretaker of our family. Thank you to amazing grill chef Sagat who made us amazing food and brought us so much joy with his smile, interest and skill each day. Shout out to Ananda at the Beach Grill and Kailash at Lohi’s pizza bar for their hospitality. Naafau, who often waited on on us at the Banyan, always had our glasses full and a smile for each of us. Thank you so much to all the food staff for a memorable experience in every way. It’s the kind of place where you don’t pass a single staff member without receiving a lovely smile and keenness to help if they can. Ashraf, one of the staff who so beautifully prepared and kept our room, was so kind and thoughtful in his touches. All the cleaners and linen, drinks and grounds staff deserve warm thanks and congratulations for making this the best place we have ever been. The lovely, gentle manager of the jewellery shop was very informative, interesting and helpful, and was happy to chat and share ideas as he served us there, helping the kids each find a special keepsake. Lastly, but not least, the man who climbs the palms and cuts coconuts spent time showing us his amazing skills and chatting. Thanks to him for making the connection. This truly is a one of a kind experience and won’t be forgotten. Aadaran Select deserve their great reviews and reputation.

Absolutely loved this place. I kept thinking I was in paradise. All the staff were so nice and helpful. We loved 5 pm drinks at the Surf Bar and after dinner drinks at the Tiki Bar. Just to mix it up there was the Beach bar too. I worried we may get bored with all that relaxing but we did the Sunset and Dolphin complimentary cruises which were brilliant (especially the dolphin one). We saw some amazing wildlife (I think I spent hours trying to get a photo of a bat!). We loved sitting on the beach before bedtime and looking up to the stars, I've never seen them so clear.

We had an amazing week in the resort. Everything was perfect, from the airport transfer, until we left. The check-in was very smooth and quick, the room was specious, we’ve even got a very nice bad decoration and the cane on our anniversary day. The staff in the restaurant were so nice and smiling all the time, providing a very good service. The food was another level compared to other private resorts in the Maldives that we have visited before. Everything was tasty and flavorful, specially the burgers in the Grill Bar that were a must for us every day. The boys from animation team are amazing, they are full of energy and ready to play all the sports around the island, we really enjoyed the beach volleyball every evening before sunset. The staff in the Grill Bar were very nice, making very nice cocktails and mocktails, and giving us a very good energy every day. There are many options to have fun, like free excursions, non motorized water sports, beach dj party, live music and private dinner at the beach (extra charge). The rooms were cleaned every day, mini bars refilled and we got assistance for any request that we had. This resort is definitely the place we will come back again very soon, not only us as a couple but we’ll bring our friends with us.

Absolutely amazing trip! My husband surfed every day and had the best time with the incredible surf guides. Solo went out of his way to get to know our family and always checked in on the kids, which meant so much. While he was surfing, I loved joining the water aerobics with Madusanka and Jeewa — definitely a must! They brought all the good vibes and energy. The kids had an absolute blast at the kids club and art classes too. We also celebrated my husband’s birthday here — the team surprised us with a bottle of red wine and a fruit platter, then sang happy birthday at dinner with a cake. When we returned to our room, the bed was beautifully decorated for him! The whole island was just incredible. We’d 10/10 recommend this resort to anyone who loves surfing, relaxing, and everything in between. Thanks for an unforgettable family holiday ❤️
