My husband and I came to the hotel with our one year old and had a great time. The pool is large (but very cold, understandable in May) and the section by the beach is wonderful. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful with lots of greenery and flowers and the most beautiful view of the sea. We went for the comfort package so we had everything included, I enjoyed the fact that the lunch buffet was near the pool so we didn’t have to go to the main restaurant and it kept things from getting boring. There is a great selection of food at the buffets and lots of drink options. We don’t really drink alcohol so I only had a few glasses of wine throughout our week there, but I saw an array of delicious looking cocktails going to other tables. If I were to say one negative is that there is a lack of baby changing facilities. This did make it quite difficult to change my daughter but we found ways. The one thing I can’t get over is how kind and lovely all the staff were. The staff are incredibly friendly and really made the best effort to give us a great trip. They were so engaging with our daughter and everyone from receptionists, waiters, and housekeepers were so kind to her. The staff really made the experience what it was. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel in great location but was not 5star rooms or service so wouldn't return I'm.afraid. pity as its in beautiful setting with lovely pool area and gorgeous beach but rooms were very basic and tight squeeze for three people even though Seaview was stunning. Service at breakfast each morning was really poor. Had to basically beg for coffee each morning and it never arrived without being asked for at least three times over. Some staff were great some very poor. It was a pity but I would not return here

I recently stayed at Eva Palace and had an incredible experience. What made my stay even more memorable was the exceptional service from the front office manager, Marivi. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a warm smile and went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist set a positive tone for my entire visit. Overall, Eva Palace is a place where luxury meets outstanding service. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to indulge in a perfect getaway!

So we stayed here for our anniversary. It was a breathtaking hotel, and the outside of the hotel was just insane. My only thing that we struggled with was that there wasn’t a plug near on the dressing table for hairdryer or kettle, nor a mirror. For 5 star this was quite a nightmare trying to get ready with no plug near for whatever was needed. Then there was a lack of restaurants and shops near. So we were breakfast only. So we decided to ask if we could up our stay to half board or full board but the price was £55 per meal or night. The lady let us look at the foot options and we needed up not doing it because my husband is Celtic and there really wasn’t a lot of choice for him. Im Then at breakfast when it came to getting coffee, I did feel we kept getting ignored and the older people were more well looked after. All in all the hotel is worth it, but these are touches for me that a 5 star hotel didn’t meet our personal expectations. But the hotel and stay was beautiful.

Beautiful location, stunning views. However, the service isn't quite 5 stars. Many of the staff have only just started working there, which may explain why it wasn't very good. They were warm and welcoming, but when issues arised they did not know how to appropriately deal with them. Our room wasn't cleaned properly even after placing the request card on the bed. I also noticed some of my things had been moved though not stolen. We also repeatedly made it clear we need vegetarian meals but were served ham twice, which felt islamophobic. So it's not very Muslim-friendly, My husband and I were there for a week and had overheard several conversations with unhappy guests when walking through the lobby. Some were treated better than others. All in all, it's a nice resort but is definitely not 5 stars in my experience.
