The Labranda Sandy Villas all-inclusive programme includes the following:
- Buffet breakfast (7am to 10.30am)
- Continental breakfast (10.30am to 11am)
- Buffet lunch (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
- Buffet Dinner (6.30pm to 9.30pm)
- Drinks offered during meals include draft beer, wine by the glass, soft drinks, still and sparkling water
- Drinks, including locally produced soft drinks, locally produced alcoholic drinks, hot beverages and a limited number of international brands, served at the bars (10am to 12midnight)
- Afternoon tea, including tea, coffee, cakes, biscuits, mini sandwiches and rolls, served at the Medusa Lobby Bar (4pm to 6pm)

Great hotel. Very clean and the gardens are spectacular. Food is really good and definitely geared towards adults. Good variety and high quality. Fresh salads were very impressive and nice range of desserts on offer.
Staff are very friendly and helpful and take pride in their work.
The own section of the beach was great as was the swim up bar next to beach.
Couple of minor issues.
Mattress on bed wasn't great and the alcohol seems very watered down.

Great hotel, amazing service, clean rooms, the beach is just as you imagine a beach. Everything you need is either availabe directly in the hotel, the sister hotel or in the nearby village. You don't have to go anywhere if you don't want to. Unless you walk to the beach through the Labranda area you do not hear or see anything from the familiy hotel nearby. The evening entertainment is elegant and of good quality, during the day there are no events or activities, so the pool / pool bar is always a quiet area to relax at. The food offered at the buffet is exceptionally good and not the typical all inclusive style buffet, you get a wide variety of dishes, salads and desserts for lunch and dinner.
Why not a five star rating? The hotel definitively needs some renovations in several spots in order to be really perfect - you see that obviously the previous management saved money where possible. The fountain next to the pool is surrounded by a broken grid, the covers of the water connection under the sink in our toilet were loose, the water in the shower was barely warm around dinner time - when probably everyone took a shower, the sunshades at the beach are quite rusty, the connection in the corner of the glass handrail outside of our room was falling apart... just small details maybe, but when you see them you cannot ignore them.
Nevertheless we would come back any time, hoping that the new management will invest the money in order to fix those really small issues. The staff deserves to work in a technically sound hotel.

From arrival to departure we had a great time!
Thanks to Nicoleta who welcome us again and every time with a warm hug and her smile, always ready to assist us with any aspect or request!
It was also nice to see again Spiro at the pool bar and George at the restaurant!
We loved our room and its privacy too..

First impressions, the foyer and restaurant look very impressive, really good. The pools and bars very good.
The rooms, not so good. Floor dirty, sheets did not fit the bed, patio doors never cleaned, shower glass not cleaned. When you showered we had to use towels to stop the water from flooding everywhere. Nowhere near enough storage, one cupboard for two peoples clothes for a fortnight.
Besides the island of Corfu itself,the best bit of our holiday was the staff, they were always happy, always ready to help, they went out of their way to make a success of our holiday.

We booked our stay at Kairaba Sandy Villas two months in advance, excited for our upcoming vacation. Less than two days before our check-in, we received an email stating that the hotel could no longer accommodate us. Shocked and confused, we immediately replied to ask why this happened, but received no response.
Desperate for answers, we called the hotel, only to be told by reception to call back in the morning as they couldn’t provide any information. This is absolutely unacceptable! We were left scrambling to find another hotel just one day before our flight.
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is appalling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere!
