The Labranda Sandy Villas all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Buffet breakfast (7am to 10.30am)
  • Continental breakfast (10.30am to 11am)
  • Buffet lunch (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Buffet Dinner (6.30pm to 9.30pm)
  • Drinks offered during meals include draft beer, wine by the glass, soft drinks, still and sparkling water
  • Drinks, including locally produced soft drinks, locally produced alcoholic drinks, hot beverages and a limited number of international brands, served at the bars (10am to 12midnight)
  • Afternoon tea, including tea, coffee, cakes, biscuits, mini sandwiches and rolls, served at the Medusa Lobby Bar (4pm to 6pm)

This place has the potential to be amazing again—if they can address some of the current issues. We were sold a luxury, adults-only, all-inclusive experience for our honeymoon, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to that promise. While we still made the most of our time together and had an amazing trip overall, several aspects fell short. The food was often over-salted and of inconsistent quality, with limited or no snack options available throughout the day. The Sandy Villas is closed. which was disappointing. Meaning we had to eat at sandy beach and the walk a short distance every day to the main family resort. Not Adults only. Our swim-up villa was lovely, but unfortunately pool was dirty and poorly maintained, we had to ask for it to be cleaned and for the lights to be turned on. The main pool was worse. It’s also clear that some staff are unhappy with the resort’s new direction—though I have to say, the majority of the team were truly fantastic and did their best to make our stay enjoyable. With a return to proper standards and attention to detail, this resort could be something special again.

Main restaurant and reception closed and a long walk or ride to the other restaurant in different part of resort as was the check in. Not the holiday we booked as my wife needs everything close for mobility issues, they have been helpful but we have had to constantly request help, not a problem for them but still don’t want to be relying on help to get meals.

Great hotel. Very clean and the gardens are spectacular. Food is really good and definitely geared towards adults. Good variety and high quality. Fresh salads were very impressive and nice range of desserts on offer. Staff are very friendly and helpful and take pride in their work. The own section of the beach was great as was the swim up bar next to beach. Couple of minor issues. Mattress on bed wasn't great and the alcohol seems very watered down.

AVOID been bought by sandy beach aprt from your room everything is on another resort, food etc.No so in room , no mini bar, no beach service ,no adult pool .It’s now a free for all,all the online hotel stuff is out of date .AVOID

Definitely not a 5* hotel, don’t waste your money, lady at reception speaks only basic English and unfortunately nobody speaks German!! Unacceptable as well booked our stay from a German tour operator, you have to go through a different hotel to go to the beach and beach is crowded and you can’t even find space to sit!! Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!
