We spent 4 nights at Rodostamo Hotel & Spa last week and overall had a wonderful stay, especially in our absolutely private 2-bedroom villa perched on the hilltop. The villa itself was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and came with a large pool and serene garden – a true highlight for those seeking peace and privacy. The warm welcome from the staff made a great first impression, particularly the breakfast team – a special thank you to Katerina and Chrisa for their friendliness each morning. The breakfast itself was generous and varied. The lobby was also a visual treat, tastefully furnished with a modern, elegant flair. We enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa, and the surprise birthday cake left in our room was a thoughtful touch. The presence of a few friendly cats around the premises added to the charm. That said, a few aspects didn’t quite meet expectations. The exterior of the premises and the main building felt dated, with an uninviting entrance that gave off a strong 80s Balkan vibe – a stark contrast to the stylish interiors. The “seafront experience” promoted online was misleading and didn’t reflect reality. The elevator to the villas was painfully slow, with wait times of up to 15 minutes. Lastly, the front desk staff seemed noticeably annoyed when we inquired about jetski rentals nearby, which was disappointing. In summary, the villa and hospitality outweighed the negatives, but a few improvements could elevate the overall guest experience.

My wife and I loved everything about this hotel. It was the perfect place to stay for our honeymoon. We selected the Superior Panorama Bungalow and were very impressed by the private hot tub, the amazing views, and how upscale everything is. They even gave us a couple of bottles of wine for our honeymoon. And our room was truly private, we got the entire upper floor of a standalone building up a hill serviced by a gondola-like elevator. Granted, this was our first time in Europe, but I had the best pasta I've ever tasted at their restaurant - skioufihta is what it's called. They also got our laundry back to us the same day even though we gave it to them in the early afternoon. Overall, I am so impressed by the service we got at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone, but especially newlyweds going on their honeymoon.

This hotel is fantastic. The staff are lovely and very helpful has some of the best cleaners I have encountered and the breakfast caters for everyone. They have hotel rooms, suites, garden and private pool bungalows, villas and bungalows with a terrace and jacuzzi. I stayed in the hotel but next time I will stay in a bungalow. The hotel is absolutely fine. I put 4 star for the location only because you need a car or bus to get to Corfu Town. The only negative is the rubbish toaster that most hotels have which either doesn’t brown or burns the bread 😃 The spa is fantastic and worth a visit although not the cheapest. I am definitely coming back! Corfu is beautiful with lovely people. Corfu’s only negative is that the cabs are expensive.

Facilities in the room did not work. Neither did the facilities in the gym. Management also attempted to tell us what some of the facilities are not supposed to work. Was subsequently refused an upgrade or any options, management then accused us of lying. Pretty terrible service. Literally the biggest departure from a 5 star we’ve ever seen. We decided to leave even with no refund and book somewhere else. Appalling really.

Unfortunately had a overall bad experience. Room was 126, damp with AC throughout the night is ground level. Sheets almost wet all night with AC on 22 - no idea why. Room had only hand shower in a bathtub. Almost saved by top guy at reception who organised a afternoon at pool and taxi pickup and room to wash up for 15€. Plusses: Got a welcome wine, welcome drink, big nice pool. Negatives: No access to a real beach (unlike others in the area), no view from room On pool an employee couldnt speak english or understand me pointing at menu or speaking in any language. Ordered 0.5 beer, got a 0.35 beer in a plastic mug. Asked to fill it up - kindly and politely. Got a lesson from the manager about wide small glasses holding more beer. He demonstrated infront of me - and failed. Gave the beer free and stormed off. Some great staff but theres much better hotels in the area with same price range. 20 mosquito bites in dinner restaurant. Nice food though. 4 star breakfast - solid ok. Not great. Villas on the hill and bungalows looked nice though!
