This is definitely not 5 star hotel. The staff probably doesn't speak English or they are very unprofessional. I've been in 3 - 4 star hotels that have better service than this one. The big "24/7" pool is extremely dirty and looks unusable. Bathroom is designed by the idiot - there is 0 ventilation and humidity stays after shower. This hotel was a big disappointment and I will never come back here. I bet for the price you can find much better deals here.

Absolutely amazing hotel. From A to Z is brilliant. Ticks all the boxes. Location, rooms, cleanliness, attention to details and last but not least the staff. From reception to people working in the kitchen, pool, bar and the restaurant all absolutely amazing people, polite and very helpful. Always smiling and making sure that we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for making our holiday a memorable one.

Day pass! We only spend a few hours there by the pool and then at the spa. There is a big variety of high quality cocktails by the pool. The club sandwich was so delicious i can't forget. The pool area is so calm and the pool is very big and modern. The spa is the best, we had a couples massage, the therapist were the sweetest and so professional. Amazing place, would go again!

There is no doubt this is a lovely hotel but unfortunately I wouldn't rate it as 5 stars. The grounds, pool (which must be at least 25 metres) beautiful gardens, picturesque location, polite & friendly staff & room cleaned daily is all spot on. However the sunbed area at the pool is pretty cramped, the location is ideal as central located but definitely need a car and sadly the part we were extremely disappointed with was the evening meal selection. There were only 5 main dishes to choose from & about 5 sides. There was vegan food available but again poor selection. The breakfast was very good so don't understand why the dinner choices were so few. And like someone else mentioned there's a few nearby restaurants which were excellent so long as you don't mind a walk. Had a lovely holiday there but did it leave a lasting impression ...sadly not.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. Our room was great. It had its own pool and was super close to the main pool, reception, and the main restaurant. The hotel provides complimentary water. We also didn’t miss the wine glasses in the room. The pool area was really nice and we loved hanging out there. Plenty of parking spots were available, so no stress about where to leave the car. But the service was definitely not 5-star. The luggage carrier kept telling us what we couldn't do in the room, like smoking (and we don't even smoke!). Usually, we get info on what we can do or how to use things, not a list of don'ts. Using the sun beds after the pool closed was a no-go. We had to leave immediately for cleaning, which felt pretty strict. The breakfast buffet was small and repetitive, the same stuff every day. We couldn’t order the iced latte. There were no live cooking stations for fresh orders. The fried eggs were always precooked, there was a small variety of cheese and sausages. No smoked salmon or spices, which was disappointing for a 5-star place.
