After a lengthy stay in hospital and stressful few months we booked a long weekend in Corfu for some sunshine and rejuvenation and Corfu Holiday palace didn't disappoint. Every member of staff I came into contact with was really helpful and friendly. Our room as at the front of the hotel (lake view) and was clean and comfortable, only negative was with the proximity to the airport you do hear planes taking off and landing frequently but didn't hear any at night. The pool was clean and hardly anyone was swimming so had it to myself a lot of the time. The beach is accessible via a lift and is a private beach, clear beautiful sea and only attended by guests of the hotel. Visited the on site spa while we there and had the best full body massage I've had in my life. Elvina and Maria the ladies that worked there were great and my masseuse Mariathi worked absolute wonders. Highly recommend. The breakfast buffet had a generous variety of different foods. Would have been nice to have vegetarian/non pork sausages but otherwise can't complain. Will definitely stay there again.

Don't bother paying extra for "superior lake view room" they've got privateb swimming pool but!!! No such private when hotel lets booking for families with kids. No privacy with British family with screaming little tossers running around people's terraces. Jumping up and down over holiday makers sunbeds. Pathetic when council people can afford holiday. Also it said there would be 5 restaurant but there's one. Food average. Better dine out much better quality food. Not to mention idiots book all sunbeds with towels by 8am

I travelled in April and stayed at Corfu Holiday Palace. From the moment I got there I was looked after, check in/out was smooth and only 10 mins from the airport/city. The service from the entire staff was impeccable and they were so wonderful. Breakfast and dinner was also included - there was a lot of choice. My favourite part of the hotel was the lift to the beach. Although it’s public, it felt very private. The hospitality and quality of stay was excellent and I’d especially like to thank Antonia for being so kind and accommodating. Can’t wait to stay again.

I was here 22nd May to 1st June 2024. The staff in this hotel gave excellent service. The rooms are dated but Clean. I was travelling alone and had asked for a room with a shower as I have mobility difficulties and Seaview. I arrived late in evening and reception said they had no one to take bags to room so I had to carry myself. On entering room on 7th floor there was a very small shower which had high step into it and only a curtain surrounding it. Also there was no telephone in room. I was sent up a plate for dinner as I had missed dinner. It was inedible. It took two days to get another room on 4th floor but also only a bath with shower in it I did have a beautiful Seaview and "great view of planes landing and taking off" I must compliment Eleana my housekeeping. She was excellent. The ascenseur to the beach kept breaking down so hotel reception arranged a taxi for me up and down to beach when this happened The staff at pool bar were very friendly and approachable Food was not a five star experience I spoke with Eugene food and beverage manager along with Victor head chef. They were very appreciative of my remarks and said they were striving to improve their area. The beach bar and area were not open and during the day there were workmen there angle grinding and welding. Not a peaceful place to sit. The location is idyllic but unfortunately things haven't been kept updated. All in all I would not return to this hotel, not because of staff, but what it advertises and what it is are two completely different things I must compliment also Vicki in the small shop in hotel. She was most helpful

Your location Corfu Palace Leof. Dimokratias 2, Kerkira 491 00, Greece Hotel Denise White Just returned from a 5 night holiday here. You may wonder why I have put 1 star overall. I will explain further on. We were enjoying our lovely meal on the last night, the waiting staff were 100% and food impeccable. Reception staff need to smile more. There is a lady receptionist, cant remember her name, she was the only friendly smiling one ! And of course Nasar. Our last evening was promptly ruined when we and other guests witnessed the manager kick a stray cat. Myself and many other guests were completely disgusted at how he behaved. I know this review will get answered with a response such as, we can't allow the cats in the restaurant for health and safety reason. I agree and can understand this. However , there are more humane ways to remove these cats. The manager is just an absolute vile human being. We also witnessed the manner he spoke to the staff, It is plain bullying and intimidation My partner said, he must either be nagged senseless at home or had been bullied at school to behave in such an appalling manner. It is such a shame that a manager can behave this way when the majority of his staff including cleaners are probably the best I have experienced in my years of travelling. Shame on you manager. If life is making you behave In this way change it, get therapy or go on some civility training. Trip type Vacation
