We stayed at the Dusit Thani for four nights to kick off our honeymoon, and honestly, it just wasn’t long enough. If only we’d known how incredible this hotel would be, we’d have extended our stay without hesitation. We upgraded to “Club” and it was absolutely worth it. The little extras, afternoon tea, happy hour cocktails, and the impeccable service, made us feel completely pampered. It added a layer of luxury and calm that elevated the entire experience. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was exceptional, from the beautiful landscaping to the thoughtful touches in the room such as filtered drinking water and a personal coffee machine with individual pods of all flavours and strengths. The hotel grounds are simply breathtaking. We were enchanted by the tropical gardens and the local wildlife; graceful herons, lizards, turtles, fish, all living in the lush surroundings. It felt like stepping into a peaceful oasis The staff were a real highlight: warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Every interaction felt personal and sincere. And the food? Outstanding. From the generous breakfast spreads to the elegant dining options, every meal was a treat. This is, without question, the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. It was the perfect start to our honeymoon, and we’re already dreaming about returning. Thank you, Dusit Thani, for making it unforgettable.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The staff provided excellent service with a warm and welcoming attitude. The spacious room and available facilities created an environment so comfortable that we hardly felt the need to venture outside. As a family traveling with a young child, we deeply appreciated the kids' club and its attentive staff. The fitness center was also impressive, a great space to unwind and stay active. During our four-night stay, we found the breakfast options somewhat repetitive, but this was a minor aspect compared to the overall experience. Ultimately, it was a memorable and completely relaxing vacation.

Stayed 3 nights here. Had an amazing experience overall. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. The resort is huge so be prepared to walk. There are buggy services you can request but it may take a while. Amenities were amazing too. Complimentary workout classes and water sports activities are available for guests. The two pools were large and there are more than enough sunbeds spread throughout the pools and beach. Overall, will stay here again just for the vibes. If you are looking for a place to relax and zen-out, this is the place!

We spent 5 nights in Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort. The location is perfect, far from the city, located in a very calm and relaxing area. The huge tropical garden around the hotel is well maintained. The club service is very good, the entire staff are so professional, everybody is very nice and always smiling. The food is ok, the drinks are served quickly. The swimming pools are beautiful and big enough not to feel crowded. I LIKED that there are NO night programs (disco, dance club, loud music, etc.) which makes possible to relax and sleep well at night. This hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in! Thank you!

A wonderful hotel in an excellent area n one of the best beaches in the area. Staff were amazing and nothing at all was too much trouble. Plenty of sun beds and beach towels were plentiful. Just outside was a seven eleven for provisions and there were some lovely restaurants out on the roadside or a great one just next door on the beach. We met Ben at the managers cocktail party who was so friendly and helpful. It all made us feel relaxed and at home. Great experience and would definitely recommend. Thank you
