We booked as a family of six ( grandparents included) and we could not have asked for more. Beautifully located and beachfront, wonderful facilities and amazing and helpful staff all made our stay wonderful and memorable. Cleanliness was amazing and our rooms were beautifully cleaned each day. The food at all times was wonderful and we loved having afternoon tea on the beachfront with different Mauritian snacks also served each day. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and our children loved Aqua Land. Thank you to all the staff there really are too many to name. Also the taxi drivers that the hotel use were so helpful, informative and downright nice people. Thank you so very much for a lovely experience. My only (small) suggestion for improvement is the WiFi access which was resolved only when we raised it.

Despite their busy schedule, they consistently welcome us with warm smiles and provided exceptional hospitality. Many thanks as well to Mr Deepak , Mr Sanjay from F&B Department, as well as the two Mr Nilesh and Miss Joana from the Bar Restaurant.They are all highly professional and clearly dedicated to keeping guests happy and satisfied. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience at Crystal Beach Resort so memorable and as well for my children.

We really loved our stay at the Crystal Beach Resort in Belle Mare! Went with the kids - and the accomodation, the kids club and activites at the beach were a blast - and on top of that, the swimminig pool with all those slides. The staff is really friendly, especially Deepak - who seemingly manages every restaurant location at the same time with bravour - made an impact. And so did the cook - best fish we ever had ;)! When facing an issue, you can really see that everyone is helping out and giving their best to make your stay as memorable as possible - and they sure did. Also, the care & dedication given by the employees of the kids club was amazing. Our kids were so happy to play and participate in the activites offered. So big shoutout to Jia, Anastacia and Grace! The general food was good - could be a bit more diverse and have more of a local touch, but overall we really liked our breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ferils Mad World
We stayed at Radisson Crystal Beach in Mau for five days, and overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. The property has a peaceful vibe, and the direct beach access truly makes it special—it’s the perfect place to unwind by the sea. The rooms were comfortable, but they did feel a bit dated. The furniture and decor seemed a little old-fashioned and could benefit from a refresh to match the rest of the property’s appeal. We also had an issue with the bathtub—while the tub bath was enjoyable, it caused water to leak onto the floor, which made things a bit messy. Some routine maintenance is definitely needed in that area. One of the highlights for us was the hot pool—it was clean, well-maintained, and a great way to relax after a day of exploring. It added a lovely touch to our stay. When it comes to food, the buffet had a good variety overall. Since we were on a half-board plan, we had dinner at the hotel most nights. I did find the vegetarian options a bit limited, especially after returning from a long excursion. Thankfully, there were always fresh salads, bread, and cheese available, which helped. All things considered, this is a great place if you’re looking for a calm and scenic getaway. With a few improvements—particularly in room upgrades and vegetarian food options—it has the potential to be even better.

With an association to Radisson Blu, one will expect high quality and exceptional service. This was a total disappointment for the amount spent. The effort, standard and service was below the norm in Africa and our past experience in Mauritius. Rooms very dirty (walls have stains/dirty marks), electrical points are not all functional, phone makes strange random noises, fridge has a faulty door, shower towel rail missing, drainage very bad, cupboard door hinge broken and room not cleaned properly upon arrival. We booked a garden room but they moved us to a junior suite. We appreciate the junior sweet for extra space but the condition of the room is quite disappointing. The layout makes no sense. If one is showering, everyone else has to stay in one corner due to open plan and no division. Only some items are available on their menu- out of stock. Information availability is lacking. Beautiful resort just needs human care and intervention. Reservations for various restaurants very limited and they are closed on most days. We are happy to take more lost time from our holiday to share our experience thus far in person. We want to give you our honest opinion so future patrons do not experience the same. We want this business to grow for the staff to have a future here
