Date of Stay: 22-27 Oct
Rooms: Room on arrival 22-24, Deluxe sea view room 24-27
Room On Arrival: Our first 2 nights, we opted for room on arrival. Room was good and spacious and well organised and clean. It does not have any view abut have a balcony. Our room was at ground floor. Bathroom was also clean, and with Hair dryer. They provide small shampoo and body wash bottle everyday of your stay. Room was cleaned on daily basis by their staffs. In room, they had electric kettle along with tea/coffee/milk/sugar pouches which is refilled everyday. Water bottle is available as need basis. All things mentioned here are without extra charges.
Deluxe sea view Room: For last 3 nights, we stayed at deluxe sea view room. The room/washroom size is similar of earlier room but it was at 2nd floor and has a nice view from room and balcony. All other amenities/facilities are same as room on arrival.
Food: They have a nice big restaurant there in the premise. The restaurant is well decorated and looks nice. A-la-Carte cost is little higher. We opted for buffet breakfast and dinner which was included in our hotel booking. Buffet breakfast timing is 7:30am-10am. Buffet Dinner timing is 7pm-10pm. Both breakfast and buffet has lots of delicious food, well cooked, not so spicy. We both liked the food. they have 4-5 items in starter/main course/dessert in dinner. in breakfast, along with other items, they have live counter where you can get your customised food prepared instantly.
Staffs: Thanks to all the staffs for our wonderful stay there. All the staffs are very helpful, well mannered and organised. Special thanks to Farhaan from reception to show us around after we reached the hotel. Also thanks to Jignesh who was trainee at the restaurant for taking extra care during breakfast/dinner.
Amenities/Facilities:
They have their own private beach which is always accessible to the guests.
Also they have facilities for different water activities like snorkelling, kayaking, glass bottom boats, paddle boats etc and the best thing is, all of this are included in your booking, No need to pay separately.
They have a nice swimming pool which is cleaned daily.
They have a big parking places (for around 20 cars), so in case, you have rented car there, no issue with parking.
Overall, it was a very nice and wonderful stay. The rooms and amenities were very good and satisfactory. Food is also awesome. Definitely, I will recommend this hotel to others.

Nothing to do around here. Quiet place could do with updating rooms.. Probally struggled due to covid.. Staff are hardworking and lovely.
No returant buffet food.. Average food to be honest.. Entertainment poor. No snacks available have to travel for things to do.. Spa was nice very professional lady.
Pool bar staff really nice..
Ummm buffet in evening then bed.. Tired entertainment.. Lots of potential if upgraded..

Title: Disappointing Stay at Jalsa Beach Resort - A Review
I recently had the misfortune of staying at Jalsa Beach Resort, and I am compelled to share my experience in the hopes that others can avoid the disappointment I endured.
From the moment I arrived, the lack of hospitality was glaringly apparent. There was no one available to assist with my luggage, a basic courtesy I had expected as standard. The absence of a warm welcome set a disheartening tone for the rest of my stay. I found myself having to lug my own bags to my room, questioning the value of the 'all-inclusive' package I had paid for.
The resort was severely understaffed, which meant that even the simplest of services were hard to come by. At tea time, the 'all-inclusive' package felt like a hollow promise with only two snack options available. This was a small preview of the subpar dining experiences that would follow.
The room I was assigned to was far from the relaxing haven one looks forward to on a beach vacation. I was greeted by outdated furniture, a pervasive musty odor, and an empty refrigerator that echoed the overall sense of neglect. This certainly wasn't the escape I had envisioned.
Service at the bar was equally frustrating, with only two staff members struggling to keep up with the guests' requests. The result was a long, tiresome wait for a simple cup of coffee or a drink, further dampened by the staff's indifference. Not once was I met with a smile or a sense of eagerness to help.
Dinner was a dismal affair, both in terms of quality and variety, and the evening's entertainment, or lack thereof, did nothing to lift the spirits. The absence of security personnel after dark was unnerving, and the paucity of pool towels only added to the list of inadequacies. When I did manage to request a towel, the staff's manner was so discourteous that it left a sour taste.
The resort's leisure activities, which finally commenced at 11 am, were marred by the same unwelcoming attitude. Any inquiries were met with rudeness, making it clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority.
On the day of my departure, the consistent disregard for guest experience was evident to the very end. I had to carry my luggage to the car without assistance, and the lack of waste bags in the room was a minor but telling oversight.
In summary, my experience at Jalsa Beach Resort was far from the idyllic beach getaway I had hoped for. The resort failed to meet even the most basic standards of service and hospitality. It is with a heavy heart and a sense of regret that I write this review, and I can say with certainty that I will not be returning to Jalsa Beach Resort. The memory of this experience will serve as a reminder to seek accommodations elsewhere, where the quality of service and attention to guest comfort are held in higher regard.

I was on a vacation in Mauritius, and I stayed in Jalsa beach. It's a beautiful hotel with a nice view.
The manager is so nice.
And they don't waste time to clean the rooms, that I like about them.
Their buffet too ain't bad. But I think the hotel needs a renovation, it's really old.
