My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We love how brightly lit and clean the room is. But the one thing that left a huge impression on us was the customer service provided by their hotel staffs. At their check in counter,the staff will always proactive hold the lift for us. The butlers are also very welcoming and helpful with handling our luggages. The grab was taking too long and the butler very kindly helped us get a transport to airport for 500 bhat (if we go by highway). Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Enjoy the stay there. Near MRT to Airport. Big savings of 500baht for taxi. Walkijg distance to Erawan. Many massage place outside hotel Attentive to complaints. Fixed problem with 1 day. Rooms are cleaned and bed is comfortable. The floor is not carpeted, so you need to wear room slippers. Overall will come back again.

I booked a superior city view room with twin beds for 4 nights. For location it's quite okay. Rather in an alley, not located on the main road. Close to platinum mall. There is a Seven Eleven near the hotel so it's easy to reach. Before checking in, a deposit is required which will be returned upon check out. The service is very good and quite satisfying. The room size is not too big, enough for two people and it is not recommended to bring a lot of things, the place is not spacious enough. Simple and clean rooms. For the bathroom, the hot shower works well, there is a crack line on the sink, and there is a bidet for the toilet. A mini refrigerator is provided but inside there are some food stains. What concerns me is that the AC isn't too cold, it just feels windy. At night it just feels cool. I didn't book a room that included breakfast so I can't comment anything about the food. In the future, if I have the chance to return, I hope to get a cleaner and cooler room. Thank you to all the staff on duty. I realy enjoyed my visit to Bangkok.

Very nice hotel for the price. The staff was amazing and the rooms were bright and clean. The Sky Bar had nice views of the city and food was what I would expect at a Sky bar. The location was within walking distance of several malls and countless restaurants. It was an overall very nice experience.
