Just checked out from GH Dubai and I must say this felt like a true five star service. From the very beginning with Yashika warm welcome to every single person I encountered in the desk, during the day and night, to Spa receptionists, Housekeeping attendants, breakfast staff and Panini staff as well, all have been so kind to me. The views from the rooms are incredible and the pool is one of their best common areas for sure. Andiamo is a must and the whole gastronomy is outstanding.

My children love Grand Hyatt! And seems we have more reasons to come back in the near future with the Waterpark they are opening soon just within the Hotel grounds!
Rooms are great size, buffet has good selection and staff helpful. Checkin and checkout can just be a bit slow during designated times. They should have dedicated checkin/checkout counters and should be able to make their process smoother.
Otherwise all good! Definitely coming back soon for the water park!

What can I say about this hotel?! It was simply amazing. Very luxurious, kid friendly, kind and helpful staff in all terms. Delicious food, all areas were clean at all times, spa and pools huge and had everything. The indoor garden with the lakes was really relaxing to watch and walk by. Excellent location near the airport and Dubai Mall and many other attractions. Most family friendly hotel I have ever been to. I will for sure return at some point!

I visited their aqua adventure theme park so I cannot comment on the rooms. But the service is great not excellent. I found with the crowd it had everyday the service might be improved. Also, the drinking water is available at few places rest in shops it's paid. I feel they should have drinking water available at every 1km radius so that it becomes easier for old people to go and drink by themselves even if their known people are having fun at aqua-adventure. Location of the hotel is superb and what can I say more then this? Maybe excellent!!. Overall experience is worth it and I would definitely recommend this adventure park a worth to visit. Charges for the same I'm not sure but the timing if I'm correct is 11AM-6:30 PM.

We had a wonderful stay at Atlantis The Palm. The service from the moment you walk in is warm and friendly, and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. My children absolutely loved the waterpark and pools – such a highlight of the resort and perfect for families. There is a water fountain available for refills, but in my opinion it’s not quite the same as having water bottles handed out during the hot summer season when it gets so busy.
Big credit to the cleaning team, who went above and beyond – making little animals on the beds for my children after cleaning. They were so excited to see this thoughtful touch, and it really made our stay feel special.
That said, I do feel the rooms are quite outdated for a 5-star property. Having stayed at the sister hotel, The Royal, the difference is noticeable and I expected a bit more in terms of room design and finish.
We also looked into the dolphin experience, but decided against it in the end as it felt a little pricey compared to everything else on offer.
Overall though, it’s a lovely hotel with fantastic facilities, family-friendly fun, and staff who genuinely make the effort. We really enjoyed our experience and would happily return.

From the very first step into the hotel, you can feel how much they care about their guests. When we arrived, our room was not ready yet since check-in time is at 3 PM, but I would like to sincerely thank the front desk staff, especially Tashan, for his kindness and professional attitude.
The room was very beautiful and spotless. Breakfast and lunch were both delicious with a great variety. The swimming pools were extremely clean and absolutely lovely. They even have private cabanas by the pool, but make sure to reserve them at least one day in advance.
The gym facilities were outstanding, offering both indoor and outdoor areas, which made the workout experience even better.
Most importantly, I would like to thank the entire team for making our anniversary celebration truly special and memorable.
In general, all the staff were wonderful, always welcoming us with a smile and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend booking an ocean-view room and not missing the magical sunset view.

Truly an amazing hotel with luxurious design, and the food is fresh and prepared daily. The rooms are spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is excellent.
Negative:
In the evenings, especially during the peak season in August, the hotel is very boring; there are no entertainment programs, no animation, and zero beach activities. There’s nothing around to explore if you go outside, and it’s very far from the city center. The person checking the pool temperature enters the pool fully clothed, which is quite unprofessional. It’s a perfect hotel for the elderly, but I wouldn’t recommend it for young people.

The rooms were really nice and spacious. Room service was unfortunately not up to par with having to wait for 35mins for an Ice Bucket and 2 phone call chasers.
The receptionist made up for the service recovery the next day upon check out, so that was well recovered.
The pool and beach was really nice and looked after.
Location is suitable for those who want to be far from the city and purely want to use all the resort facilities and its immediate surrounding hotel and water parks

Our weekend getaway was absolutely perfect, thanks to this beautiful hotel.
The unique interior design and the view of the pool and beach from our room were truly impressive. We stayed in the Spectacular Terrace Room, and it was just amazing. The incredibly spacious terrace was definitely the highlight.
But what left the most lasting impression was the outstanding service of the female staff member who warmly welcomed us in the lobby and personally guided us to our room. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm smile truly stood out. I wanted to ask for her name at checkout, but unfortunately, she wasn’t on duty that day. I sincerely hope to see her again on our next visit.
We’re also deeply grateful to all the staff members who warmly welcomed not only our family, but also our dog. It meant so much to feel genuinely cared for, all together as a family—including our furry friend. Without a doubt, this was the best pet-friendly hotel we've ever stayed at.
We’ll definitely be coming back for more weekend getaways!

The main issue during our stay was with the initial room we were given. Unfortunately, the carpet between the two single beds had a strong, unpleasant smell ”animal urine”, which made the room uncomfortable, it took us too long to understand where is the smell coming from after we discovered that pets are allowed which is fine with us however I think different attention needs to be taken into consideration for guests with pets. After reporting this, the hotel staff acted promptly and provided us with a different room, which we truly appreciated. However, the process of packing and unpacking our belongings to move rooms was inconvenient and slightly disrupted our experience.
Additionally, our reservation was clearly for three people, but the room was initially set up for only two. We had to request extra amenities and items, which we believe should have been prepared in advance.
Aside from these issues, the rest of our stay was great. The housekeeping, restaurant, and parking staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and responsive, which made us feel welcomed throughout. The amenities provided by the hotel were also very good and met our expectations.
With a bit more attention to room maintenance and ensuring reservations are properly arranged before arrival, the overall experience could have been perfect.

Very happy with The Westin. Comfortable and attractive decor both in our room bathroom and all the lobbies and dining areas. Its a spectacular place. You'll likely gawp and take photos in admiration. The food was excellent - we had the breakfasts and the dinner. Picky kids (9 and 11) had no trouble eating a well balanced meal too with great salad options. Spoiled for choices both mealtimes - chefs were attentive to special requirements and everything was delicious. The front of house staff and porters were all bending over backwards to ensure we were satisfied. And then there is the water park out the back - there were enough shady spots to dodge the burning sun, and we made great great memories racing on the slide with blue mats. Altogether an easy high recommend . Would definitely return.

It was a great experience. From the staff - the customer service they provided made me and my son feel at home. The clean environment is fully equipped for families to enjoy, as well as couples or solo travelers. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and in a great location. We spent 12 days at Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach for our family vacation which ended up as one of our best stays. The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive. I do feel that my platinum elite status was honoured.
The club lounge is amazing and the staff are very friendly and service minded. The food and drinks are absolutely tasty.

We go to Westin quite often, because they have the best Spanish restaurant in town, El Sur. However, this time we decided to go to Westin for a little staycation. And it was a very good decision. Big thanks to Makar at the reception, who assisted us during check-in. We had a nice room, the bed was soooo comfy that I didn’t want to wake up. Very delicious breakfast. Of course we had dinner at El Sur , as always top, thanks to Gwen, she is always taking care of us. Most of the time we were by the pool. They have different pools and even mini aqua park, perfect for kids, nothing crazy. Another big thanks to lifeguard Jhonny ( who was at the kids pool with 1 little slide on 14th of July around 9-10 am) he was very nice to my son Ethan and was playing a bit with him. The only thing which bothered us a bit, very loud music on Sunday afternoon from the adults pool. We thought that the music was coming from beach club, but no, just from the pool. And the sound was not the best. Maybe someone needs to explain to the DJ to feel the situation and not to go that crazy with the volume. It’s a hotel not a Tomorrowland.

We’re so happy to be back at The Westin Dubai! It’s amazing to see how much the area has grown since our last visit. We used to have a clear view of Atlantis, but now it’s surrounded by exciting new developments. The hotel remains beautiful and is undergoing some great upgrades. We were given a lovely room upgrade with a gorgeous view, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. We did hear a bit of drilling one morning, but it wasn’t a big issue. Breakfast was decent, but the Club Lounge really stood out. A special thanks to Simrad and Fozia for their warm and playful energy with our kids—such lovely service! We also enjoyed using the kids’ facilities at Le Meridien, especially the water park. The little ones had a blast!

From the time we arrived the staff were exceptional. I had a suitcase problem that Pete fixed immediately and without fuss. We booked a romance package which was fantastic in both experience and value. The romantic balcony meal absolutely blew us away, Javed who cared for us that evening was wonderful. The massages at the spa were so good we booked again, my personal favourite was Mary with whom I had a Royal Balinese Massage, just glorious!. Even the guys at the hairdressers were professional and very amusing. Hannah at the Bluthner Hall served us afternoon tea with knowledge and friendliness. We couldn’t have asked for more. The beach was beautiful and the staff again were quick to serve and very friendly. Finally we booked a club lounge room with balcony. It was superb with just about everything we could need. The club lounge itself was bright and served a good breakfast, nice afternoon tea and some lovely drinks during Aperitivo. It could be improved by providing some dessert during this time as I did miss a sweet treat. Otherwise our stay was pretty faultless.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Raffles The Palm Dubai, and it was nothing short of amazing. The hotel is stunning—beautifully decorated with a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. My room was spacious, elegantly designed, and had an incredible view of the sea. Waking up to that view each morning was unforgettable.
The service stood out the most. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make the stay special. The dining options were excellent, with a great variety of high-quality food. The pool, private beach, and overall atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax and recharge.
If you’re visiting Dubai and want a luxurious, memorable experience, I’d highly recommend Raffles The Palm. It’s one of those places you’ll want to come back to again and again.

What a beautiful hotel! Tastefully furnished in classic Raffles European style with excellent attention to detail. The rooms are palatial with charming extras like sunhats and flip flops available for guests.
Other nice touches at the pool include sunblock and ice cold water by default.
I wish all resorts put at much thought into the guest experience as Raffles do.
A definite 10/10 - can't wait to return!

Those were maybe the best two days of my life and my wifes i think. Ithink the most beautiful palace wish it was like RAFFLES. The luxury of the resort, the rooms, the gardens,the food and the treatment you get is beyond words. Thank God I took my wife for our anniversary to you because the surprise was for me also. We would like to thank everyone of you for making us feel like royals. Especially we would like to thank Gita for her service at breakfast and most of all Sagar, Bhupendra ,Rahil and Chef Kiran for the MAGICAL romantic dinner. The buffet at Le Ruffles Le Jardin is impressively stocked and leaves very few culinary wishes unmet. The variety and quality of dishes are certainly a highlight and make the dining experience appealing at first glance.
Unfortunately, the service does not live up to the same standard. While the staff appear generally well-intentioned and superficially friendly, the execution is lacking in several key areas. Used plates are cleared far too infrequently, often only after they start piling up on the tables. Newly vacated tables are cleaned and reset with noticeable delay, which contributes to long waiting lines at the entrance. When tables are finally wiped down, the cleaning is often superficial: streaks and smudges remain visible on the glass surfaces, clearly showing the marks of cloth and cleaning solution.
Another area that detracts from the atmosphere is the lack of attention to presentation and professionalism among staff. Shirts hanging out of trousers and ties loosely or incorrectly knotted — sometimes with the narrow end dangling below the vest — do not convey the image of a well-managed establishment. The absence of a well-trained head waiter or restaurant manager is quite apparent, as the team seems to lack direction and consistent standards.
Overall, while the buffet itself is excellent, the restaurant’s service, cleanliness, and staff presentation leave significant room for improvement. With stronger management oversight and a focus on service discipline, Le Ruffles could truly match the high quality of its food with an equally high level of hospitality.

This was my 4th visit staying on blue waters. But 1st visiting Delano hotel.
From the minute we arrived the service was impeccable.
All staff go above and beyond to make your stay that extra special.
The reception staff were perfect special mention to Patrick who was exceptional.
The management from top to bottom of the hotel can’t do enough to make your stay that extra special.
Then a special mention about the breakfast manager Kabir. Who’s a credit to the hotel team. Made your stay that extra special each morning you came down for service. He went above and beyond for myself and mother.
All the restaurants are exceptional it’s hard to pick favourite. I recommend you stay at least a week to try all the restaurants they share with their sister hotel Bamyan tree !!!

The beach is very nice similar to Saadiyat island. The rooms and service are superb. Delano Dubai was simply a perfect experience in every way. Service and hospitality are outstanding: the staff is always helpful, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Cleanliness is absolutely impeccable – from the common areas to the rooms, everything is spotless and meticulously maintained.
As for the food, the half-board option gives access to several restaurants, all of excellent quality, with well-prepared dishes and courteous, professional staff.
The rooms are stunning: spacious, modern, perfectly clean, and equipped with every comfort. Truly a pleasure to come back to every evening.
The gym deserves a special mention: very well equipped and always spotless. A big thank you to Tony, the coach, who personally followed me every day as if it were a personal training session. Extremely skilled and kind, he made every workout an enjoyable experience.
