We had an amazing honeymoon, at NH COLLECTION and our dream has become true.
Firstly as we enter into the lobby a very nice smell approaches us, and it’s lovely.
The room was very clean and comfortable offering everything we needed. Bathroom as well equipped, good shower stuff, as quality shampoo, body lotion and etc.
The food that hotel offers for their guests can be on everyone taste, vegan, carnivore, cheese, fish, lamb, duck, eggs, chicken, different types of bread etc. and seafood can satisfy even exquisite taste.
Me and my wife are astonished about the hospitality of all employees, starting with valet, receptionist, kitchen members and ending with cleaning guy.
Here we had a wonderful time, at rooftop pool, at the beach and at the pool next to the beach, services was at the highest level.
We had an amazing surprises as, finding our room full of roses and a swear treat for celebration our honeymoon.
And finally we are more than enthusiasts with our choice about picking NH COLLECTION DUBAI THE PALM.

We stayed in one of the 1 bed apartments with sea view! Honestly it was so amazing. The view is breathtaking & the room really comfortable.
The food at the buffet was really tasty & menus changed daily. The staff couldn’t do enough to accommodate our needs, they were all fantastic. The chef Dilan even made us a special dessert as we made conversation with him, & the manager from the sports bar (didn’t get his name) was so friendly too, everyone was!
Overall an amazing stay was had, we really didn’t want to leave

We had breakfast (brunch) here three times during our stay, and each time was an absolute delight. The service was excellent, warm, attentive, and professional. A big thank you to Chef Saw and Chef Raju for the amazing food, and to the wonderful team of servers: Jimmy, Mark, and Poe, you made every visit feel special. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

To be fair, the staff were friendly and welcoming, but things went downhill quickly. The shower drainage wasn’t working, and when we tried to call reception (multiple times), no one ever answered. We had to go down to the front desk every time we needed something, including when we just wanted to order ice. We even tried calling the hotel from an outside line, only to be left on hold for 10 minutes. When we expressed our frustration, instead of a simple apology or a solution, we were told, “We have 500 rooms, we can’t accommodate all of them.” Seriously?
We had the housekeeping card hanging on our door since morning, expecting the room to be cleaned. When we returned in the afternoon — nothing. No cleaning, no towels replaced. Once again, back to reception. They sent someone eventually, but even then, the floor was still dirty and clearly not cleaned properly.
We decided to go to the spa while they “cleaned” the room, and at check-in, the lady had told us we didn’t need a reservation. Just walk in. Of course, when we got there, it was fully booked. Another part of the day ruined.
Oh, and the room keys. We had to go back to reception three different times to get them reset, for both the room and the elevator. Just one thing after another.
We asked to speak to the manager, and while he listened to our complaints and was very friendly, nothing changed..
As for the full board package, we asked about what was included, and were told coffee and juice were covered, but with every single lunch, we were told we had to pay for them. Every time we reminded the staff, they had to double check and then apologize. It’s not about the cost of a juice, it’s the principle. If you advertise something, stick to it.
We left more frustrated than relaxed. It’s honestly a shame, the hotel has potential with lovely view and pool, in addition to amazing buffet with tasty food but the service and operations need serious improvement.

We booked this stay for 2 adults and 2 children, clearly stating in the booking remarks that both children would need separate sleeping arrangements. Yet, we were given one double bed and one single bed. This is the first hotel we’ve ever experienced that considers one single bed sufficient for two children. Absolutely unacceptable.
The first question we asked ourselves was: Where is the second child supposed to sleep? When we raised the issue, we were told the single bed was “big enough.” That’s simply not a real solution for a family of four.
The bathrooms are poorly designed—there isn’t even a proper showerhead. Bathing small children here is nearly impossible.
What makes this even more disappointing is that we had just come from another hotel where we paid significantly less but received excellent service. Every child had their own bed, and the bathroom was spacious and family-friendly.
Right now, I’m experiencing deep disappointment. We switched to this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and I sincerely regret it—a feeling I will definitely share with my community.
What frustrates me most is how a basic request—like providing an extra bed—is met with a negative response and no willingness to accommodate or help.

I m again in this hotel for 10 days and I can only express my utmost satisfaction!
The structure is elegant, cared for in the smallest details and equipped with all the comforts necessary for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, very clean and tastefully furnished.
A special praise goes to one of the restaurant manager SANTOS, who is again simply impeccable: professional, attentive and always ready to satisfy every request with kindness and competence. You can perceive a true passion for his work, which is also reflected in the quality of the service and the care with which each dish is presented.
We will definitely return and I highly recommend this structure to those looking for an authentic and high-level hospitality experience!

Rooms have been renovated. Unfortunately there is a lot else to be desired. The bass music from outside is so insanely loud it literally rattles the windows. Absolutely non stop. Staff kept insisting all extra beds were taken but housekeeping was able to get them for us without a problem. Internet wouldn't work for kids to play games on their devices. No way to call and get info/schedule regarding water sports - they expect you to walk across the property to the center. No reasonable options for an a la carte meal at lunch. Had to argue to get a few pizzas indoors. If you want to party and love loud music until all hours and want to spend your time outdoors, then perfectly good option. If you want any rest or relaxation then this is not the place. If you do come, recommend a Club room as the breakfast is calmer and more enjoyable.

Quick honeymoon getaway!
Location: a bit far from public transportation (like the metro) but you may easily get there with a car or taxi (roads are just confusing due to ongoing road construction)
Really well-maintained hotel.
Staff are very attentive. They gave us a lot of treats for our honeymoon even though we forgot to mention it during our booking. Pretty smooth check in and check out.
Even though the hotel was really busy they still somehow accommodate our request for late check out and even told us that we can use the facilities until the evening.
Breakfast was also pretty great! Selections were good & the team were very friendly.
Pros: Pretty great hospitality.
Ordered few things from Noon, concierge delivered it directly to our door.
Cons: if you don’t like being around kids, better book an adults only hotel other than that, you can chill in Barasti.
Would really love to come back.

The hotel was outstanding as in the rooms and water park, it’s suitable for families! The problems I encountered was that there was one worker that had no manners and was not self-reflective, his attitude was horrible and selfish, the other problems I faced was with the towels, it was outrageous that there were no towels enough?! I had to wait almost 1 hour for one..unacceptable, also I had to borrow a strangers towel to use 🤦and at night, outside there were people partying loudly, it was hard to sleep, also they lost one of my expensive shoes and they didn’t dare to do anything except checking the cameras and checking lost and found.
I don’t recommend staying in this hotel with 2 kids.. But overall the hotel was a great(ish) experience.

I loved our newly renovated room. So clean, modern and comfortable. The view was beautiful. The pool was vibrant in the kids section and chill in the adult section. Swim up bars were full service. It was a Saturday so it was busy yet still relaxing. The lounge was beautiful and the food delicious.

My family and I truly enjoyed every moment. The food and beverage outlets across the resort are excellent, great variety, quality, and service. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every experience was enjoyable.
A special highlight is the Executive Lounge. The team there is incredibly friendly and professional. They always made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend booking a room with Executive Lounge access—it’s worth every penny.
Moreover, a big round of applause to the housekeeping team, especially Abdulhakim. We stayed for 14 nights and experienced zero issues. For a family of four, it’s not always easy to keep everything tidy, but the housekeeping staff paid attention to every detail.
They made us feel at home every time we came back to the room.
We will certainly come back.

This place was in a very great location! The services were amazing especially the staff. We are American and felt very so welcomed. We stayed in the Presidential suite which had two levels. We celebrated my mom birthday. Our children enjoyed the kids club. Everything from laundry to room service was excellent. There are also multiple activities on resort property. It's a mix of Vegas and LA vibe but extremely family friendly. I would definitely recommend.

We were doubting and rethinking on booking 1 of the Mina Seyahi hotels, and now finally able to share my findings and hopefully help others whom have questions.
1. The Westin is fantastic. If you have kids, this is your hotel.
2. W dubai hotel is for non-families. Some things are restricted for 12+. If you have kids, this hotel is not your best choice. (Loud music and parties, causing unpleasant noise).
3. Le Meridien is the budget version of the 3 hotels. Would not pick this one, unless it financially it makes a significant difference.
This review concerns The Westin (with 3 kids) and were accommodated perfectly. Extra beds and baby crib were all prepared in the room.
All 3 hotels are interconnected by shared waterpark and swimming pools. You can access all outdoor pool facilities without any issue whatsoever.
The service provided is next level, everyone is dedicated to give guests the best experience.
In this review more than half board is unnecessary, you can consider this for a discounted price (130 AED per person per night). They Westin has 1 buffet restaurant. Le Meridien also has 1;
1. Mina (inside Westin) ; this one is good.
Breakfast is perfect! Lunch and dinner are similair and maybe too much to do both on the same day.
2. Latest Receipe (Le Meridien) ; I would never recommend someone to go to Le Meridien’s restaurant, their buffet restaurant was really limited in terms of varieties and quality.
-> if you have half / full board / all-inclusive ; their a-la-carte restaurants are limited in choice and options. You have to pay extra for multiple meals.

We did a staycation with 4 other families, all inclusive package. We had a brilliant time, staff were attentive especially at the Sandbar, kids had lots do to between the beach, pool, kids club and Jungle Bay water park.
There’s a pool bar in the main pool and also in the adults only pool, which is also a great addition especially when it’s hot. I will say they didn’t have enough staff there to accommodate guests on a busy Saturday.
The all inclusive offer is one of the best we have ever experienced, very generous unlike other hotels where you have to go to the main buffet or pay additional in the nicer restaurants. However even if it were limited to the buffet restaurant, the restaurant is lovely and does not have a canteen feel that most other buffet restaurants have.
We had lunch at Sandbar which was excellent and dinner at Sui Mui also excellent.
All in all we had a wonderful night by a stay and felt like we had been away for much longer than one night.

I stayed at this hotel for three months, and my experience was nothing short of wonderful.
The reception team is extremely attentive — if you need anything, they take care of it right away. The staff throughout the hotel are all incredibly friendly and professional, making you feel truly welcome.
The rooms are modern, spacious, clean, and especially bright, which made a huge difference during a long stay. Everything is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed.
One thing I want to clarify: Google Maps says it takes ten minutes to walk to the metro, but that’s absolutely not true. It’s literally two minutes — you just cross the street and you’re right there. The location is excellent overall. There’s a mall just one minute away with all the essential shops and services you might need.
Breakfast was good, with options for all kinds of preferences. They really try to accommodate any special requests.
There’s even a shuttle service to Kite Beach, which is a great bonus.
All in all, this hotel was a perfect home away from home — highly recommend for both short and long stays.

We had a fantastic experience in Awani hotel last February. The hotel was spic and span. They have a courteous team members right from front office, housekeeping to F&B team. Special mention to Nayomi as she was excellent in ger customer service skills. She was very helpful on assisting my family. Kudos to the Managemnt team for training staffs with such hight standard of customer service which is very rare these days. Keep up the good work guys!

Third time in Dubai and must I say that Avani had been very nice to us. The rooms were great and the service was amazing. Hilda stood out to me because of her amazing hospitality and her kindness. She was super friendly during our stay. Paru at the front desk was super Amazing also! When we arrived I asked her for a specific room and with a nice view. Without hesitation she granted us our wishes. She was soo lovely. That is the kind of customer service that all hotels should have! I am so thankful to her. Sunil was nothing but brilliant. He was a pleasure to be around daily. Always saying hello and making us feel welcomed! He was so nice to us. Honestly, all made our time at Avani enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for sure!!!

The location of the hotel is superb—public transportation is easily accessible via metro, buses, and taxis, making it very convenient for getting around.
The check-in staff truly deserve high praise, Ms Paru and Ms. Aygu. They were warm, friendly, and accommodating, always greeting guests with genuine smiles. As it was my birthday, they went above and beyond by surprising me with beautiful decorations in the room and kudos to Valerie and Marvin. The presentation was exceptional—I was honestly speechless. To top it off, they even sent a delicious cake to my room, which really made my day extra special.
The room itself was excellent—comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. I absolutely loved it.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant and was very pleased with the food and service. I was especially impressed by the kindness of the chef, who went out of his way to help my mom when she accidentally spilled her drink. He even offered her a new drink and kindly directed her to the restroom to freshen up.
The food was absolutely fabulous—delicious and well-presented. The cleanliness of the restaurant and the food choices available were also excellent, making the overall dining experience very enjoyable.
The only small adjustment I would suggest is that the furniture in the room is a bit worn out, and a little attention to the room's overall cleanliness could enhance the atmosphere.
Despite these minor points, I am very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I look forward to returning!

This is my absolute favourite hotel! Our first visit was June last year and we fell in love with everything about this hotel. We returned this year the end of May. From management all the way through the staff, you couldn’t ask for a better service. Every member of staff goes out of their way to make your trip the best experience. I didn’t think we would have a better experience than last years visit but we certainly did. The service we received is first class throughout. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day. All members of staff greet you wherever you are with a warm smile. It really makes a difference. The hotel is situated in a prime location with a beautiful pool and beach a few minutes walk across the road. I honestly cannot find any fault about Amwaj Rotana. There are many restaurants and places to shop right on your doorstep, on The Walk JBR., which is a bustling area that excites you whenever you venture outside the hotel. We will be back once again as we feel this is our new Home from Home. Thank you everyone at Amwaj Rotana..

We stayed in one of their Junior Suites and we really enjoyed how spacious it was. There were numerous food options across the 3 hotels in the area which we really appreciated. The beach was quite long and we had a great time using a few of their swimming pools. The service was generally good especially by Shryana at the Peacock Lounge. We were there for 3days and 2nights staycation provided by our company, around 30 colleagues. Rooms are spacious, pools are clean with amazing views, property was overwhelming. Food was delicious. I loved breakfast part in my whole trip. Management was very much caring and helpful. Outdoor activities were great horse riding, mini zoo, bleach, yoga, team building, golf, etc. i loved it.

Firstly , the rooms are spacious and cleanliness was exceptional for the whole 8 days I was there. Constant supply of fresh towels and linens, pillows were changed when I asked for firmer , extra complimentary waters were left in my room without me even having to ask as they could see I was finishing them, cute little chocolate every so often. The staff were always greeting me and checking if I needed anything. Food was amazing from the cafe and the breakfast buffet! Healthy but delicious. Room service was a tad disappointing in comparison but hey ho! Beach was lovely , staff were attentive most of the time. Pool is a little small but I enjoyed the aqua fitness classes. Overall would definitely return!
Hanan in the spa also gave me an amazing facial and the sound bath was a great experience.

From start to finish, I had an amazing experience — especially thanks to Amsgod in the buffet restaurant. He was always pleasant, helpful, and polite, and went out of his way to make my birthday special — even getting the entire kitchen team to sing happy birthday to me! That moment really stood out.
We were upgraded to a suite on the 2nd floor, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, and we had a fantastic view facing the Palm — absolutely stunning!
The staff across the hotel were friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. They really added a special touch to my birthday trip.
There was a bit of a delay at check-in, which I raised with the team — but to their credit, they handled it promptly and professionally. So thank you again for resolving that quickly.
I’d definitely recommend The Retreat Palm — it’s relaxing, beautiful, and the service makes it truly memorable.

We stayed for 2 nights during the Eid holidays. Check-in took a while, likely due to the busy period. We had booked a suite with a balcony but were disappointed to find it faced a construction site. Syed at reception told us no sea-view rooms were available without checking properly, which was frustrating.
Thankfully, Fatma stepped in and was extremely helpful. She found us a sea-view room for an extra fee and let us check it out before finalizing. Once we agreed, she handled the switch efficiently. However, we were told our luggage would be transferred but it never arrived, and I ended up collecting it myself—this whole process delayed our plans by almost 2 hours.
Despite the rocky start, the rest of our stay was great. Breakfast at the buffet was a highlight—Caroline and the rest of the staff were outstanding, even during busy hours. Special thanks to the tall Arab gentleman working alongside her—great service!
At the pool, Matarr at the towel counter was always smiling and friendly, and the lifeguard was amazing with our son—even took a photo for us.
Overall, mixed experience at check-in, but the service from other staff really made up

We stayed in the double bedroom suite with our friends, and everything was just perfect.
The resort is beautifully maintained and super kid-friendly, which made it even more enjoyable for all of us. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and there were plenty of open spaces and safe areas for them to play and have fun.
If you're looking for a relaxing getaway that’s also great for families with children.

We really love this hotel with its beautiful service and many activities they have for kids. This is our second visit and we always have an amazing time. There is a big pool for kids so we don’t worry about their safety. There is a lazy river where we can relax and kids chase each other. We also get access to Dubai parks 2 tickets per night and it has been an amazing experience at the Legoland and Legoland water park. The breakfast is truly amazing with the different dishes and the wonderful service of the chefs and waiters especially Zain and Bassem. They also have movies for kids in a very comfortable room with popcorn and the staff is very helpful and generous. The kids clubs and ticki club are also other places for kids to enjoy many activities, craft making, henna and face painting. There were also inflatables and petting zone on the days of Eid with refreshments and it made the whole experience even more amazing.

We had an amazing stay at Lapita hotel last weekend.
The kids’ pool was huge and only 60 cm deep hence enjoyed without being worried about deep water. There was also a splash pad next to it which added to the fun.
The kids club was also complimentary for 2 hrs each day.
Also enjoyed jacuzzi, steam and sauna at the spa.
Special thanks to Mr Zain at the breakfast restaurant, who treated us with a birthday cake as my daughter’s birthday was around the corner.
Enjoyed complimentary access to one of the parks as well.

I've been a guest here for a week now and would like to share my impressions so far (I'll be staying here for more days).
Room: modern and spacious. The cleaning team does a great job.
The glass between the shower and bedroom can be problematic if you're traveling with teenagers (privacy!).
The air conditioning is very loud, and the door to the hallway isn't sealed at all; you can hear everything that's going on there.
Breakfast buffet: large selection, very friendly, attentive staff. Everything is well organized.
Pool, garden, beach:
Private beach, there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. They ensure that it's only used by hotel guests. I personally appreciate this.
The pool, the size, and the cleanliness are okay.
Pool bar: the price/performance ratio is rather overrated.
The restrooms by the pool are often very dirty!
The garden: there are far too few umbrellas. Early in the morning, staff reserve the loungers for "special" guests.
During the day, there is no monitoring of which sun loungers are unoccupied.
In my opinion, this requires more attention.

A brilliant stay at the Sheraton, really enjoyable family holiday. The hotel is an excellent location and the facilities are brilliant.
However the best thing about the hotel though, is the people, we were treated brilliantly throughout the week. All staff were brilliant but Bassel was excellent and was worth a mention!

My family and I( six of us) had an apartment near the Sheraton, we took out a spa membership for two weeks to enable us to use the pool and bar/restaurant facilities. The staff were more that helpful and friendly with a big shout out for Ansari who took great care looking after us, nothing was too much trouble for Ansari and with him at the helm the place worked like a well run ship. Also thank you to Sassy, who was a great help for anything needed at the pool side. we would also like to say thank you to the chef for the excellent tasting BBQ at the weekends, Delicious, our 18 month old granddaughter loved her morning waves from him.

Perfect place to spend quality time relaxing. The rooms are spacious, super comfortable, cleaned daily, and with amazing views. The restaurants are unbelievably good and the food quality is superb! The pool options are good and the bars are nearby and with great and fast service. The staff overall is very friendly and attentive. For the aviation geeks: be ready to see many planes flying over you every day. For the non geeks: you may find some periods of the day to be too noisy given the proximity to the airport.
Overall, deserves 5 stars.
One thing that could be implemented to increase guests comfort is bar service delivery on the beach.

Best part of the hotel is the food, good variety and numerous live cooking stations to ensure food was hot. The staff were also attentive and always willing to help guests. Location wise, it’s a little remote as an early adopter of Dubai Island whilst significant construction takes place around the area. Usual issue with guests laying their towels on the sun beds in the morning and not using them for hours. Would recommend for those looking for relaxing stay at a resort with/without kids

We really liked the hotel. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Any problem or wish we had was resolved immediately. The food was excellent. Neither construction noise nor the sound of airplanes penetrated the room with a direct view of the sea. We were very satisfied. We will definitely come back here.

Our stay at Riu Dubai was beyond disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unwelcoming and unprofessional. We had a serious issue with our booking and weren’t even allowed to enter the hotel at first, and instead of helping us resolve the problem, the management refused to refund our money. It felt like they just didn’t care.
What made things even worse was the behavior of someone named Maria, who claimed to be a manager. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. During our stay, she approached us while we were trying to eat and caused a scene for no reason at all. It was humiliating, and we couldn’t even enjoy a peaceful meal.
We’ve stayed in many hotels in Dubai and never had such a bad experience. The staff made us feel completely unwelcome, and it’s clear they have no idea what customer service means. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing or respectful experience. Definitely not worth the money or the stress.

The Hotel Riu Dubai met our expectations completely. The buffet, both for breakfast and lunch or dinner, is very complete with a variety of dishes and options for all tastes. The hotel is quite large and has more than one swimming pool for use. There is also a specific area for children to play. The room was always clean and the minibar was stocked every 2 days. The staff at reception and in the restaurant always treated us very well and were very polite. In short, it met our expectations. We hope to be able to return one day. 100% recommended!

Visited the pool at Palm Jumeirah and had an absolutely amazing experience! The place is stunning — beautiful views, stylish design, and a luxurious yet relaxing atmosphere. Everything is thoughtfully arranged, making you feel like you're in paradise.

I had a great experience at the pool! The water was crystal clear and maintained at the perfect temperature. There were plenty of lounge chairs, shaded areas, and clean towels readily available. The atmosphere was relaxing, with just the right balance of music and quiet. Staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was clean and comfortable. I had an amazing experience at FIVE Palm Jumeirah! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding — the staff were friendly, professional, and really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful interiors, amazing views, and a great vibe throughout. The pool and beach areas were fantastic, and there was always something going on, whether it was a lively party or just a relaxed atmosphere. The restaurants and bars were top quality too — especially loved the sushi at Maiden Shanghai! Overall, FIVE Palm truly lives up to its reputation. Can’t wait to come back!

You can find lot of really good dining and entertainment options. Very lively hotel with zero dull moment.
I must say, the food was absolutely amazing, the flavors, the presentation and the quality were 10 out of 10!
Would definitely recommend the hotel for couples or group of friends, however, if you are traveling with your kids you might want to consider other “family friendly” options.
Overall, great hotel.

I visited the pool at FIVE Palm Jumeirah and it was the perfect mix of luxury and fun. The atmosphere is vibrant and stylish — comfortable sunbeds, great music from the DJ, and stunning views of the sea and Dubai skyline. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. We had an exceptional stay at the palm tree court hotel. I can not recommend the hotel enough. We felt like we travelled to another country.
The hotel rooms are very spacious and clean.
The resort is amazing, you can find anything you are looking for there; nature/green lands/beautiful beach.
We had amazing and very delicious Breakfast at the La Fontana restaurant.

We've never done an all inclusive holiday before. We were pleasantly surprised.. the food was amazing, we couldn't believe the quality and variety, all dietary requirements were catered for and allergies. The food is clearly marked with for example ' contains gluten, dairy or soy clearly. Everyone at the hotel was so accommodating and couldn't do more for you. You have to use the spa facilities they are amazing. There is so much do or you can do nothing and relax . The most relaxing holiday we have been on. We booked into the Italian restaurant one night , the food and service were both fantastic. There is live music daily,the kids carnival was set up the day we arrived, Fab time had by all. Exercise classes if that's your thing looked great, a Flinstones style out door gym, the fruit stand was a hit, I could go on. Fab holiday a true fly and flop if that's what you like or there is also so much to do. We met friends there, everyone had a great time . Oh the the hotel foyers smelt amazing from all the beautiful fresh flowers .

Nothing was too much for the guests.
The right mix of quiet and busy. Sunbed service was great - cool boxes were such a great idea.
A real bonus being able to get water park tickets. Our kids loved it.
Wasn’t really sure about going to Dubai mall but so glad I did - what an experience!
Special mention goes to Serrah on guest relations who went the extra mile to ensure we had a special meal for our son’s birthday - we were very grateful to her.
We would certainly recommend staying at Rixos.

The whole experience from start to finish has been amazing, would recommend this hotel especially to families, kids club was excellent. food, drinks, the hotel is spotlessly clean, special shout out to Wilson at the Breeze bar, so accommodating, always got us beds and looked after us and the children. nothing was too much. My staying in Rixos was just great. I want to mention the gym and sport club team, the gym is really new and comfortable for exercise. Amazing faultless holiday. Service extraordinary. Jessica from Nargile was an amazing drinks host always serving me my wife and daughters with such a lovely smile. Wilson at the kids pool bar was so helpful and friendly and gave us tips for the waterpark. Yuri and his team at the Kids Club were superb. So much passion and energy into all the childrens activities - it was the beat kids club ever. Every member of staff was wonderful and we had the best family holiday ever.
