My husband and I came to the hotel with our one year old and had a great time. The pool is large (but very cold, understandable in May) and the section by the beach is wonderful. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful with lots of greenery and flowers and the most beautiful view of the sea.
We went for the comfort package so we had everything included, I enjoyed the fact that the lunch buffet was near the pool so we didn’t have to go to the main restaurant and it kept things from getting boring.
There is a great selection of food at the buffets and lots of drink options. We don’t really drink alcohol so I only had a few glasses of wine throughout our week there, but I saw an array of delicious looking cocktails going to other tables.
If I were to say one negative is that there is a lack of baby changing facilities. This did make it quite difficult to change my daughter but we found ways.
The one thing I can’t get over is how kind and lovely all the staff were. The staff are incredibly friendly and really made the best effort to give us a great trip. They were so engaging with our daughter and everyone from receptionists, waiters, and housekeepers were so kind to her. The staff really made the experience what it was. Would definitely recommend.

We recently stayed at Grecotel Eva Palace and had one of the best vacation experiences of our lives. The views are absolutely breathtaking, the beach is pristine and relaxing, and the entire property is kept very clean and well-maintained. The service, in particular, is what truly sets this hotel apart.
A special thank you to Themis, the service manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We follow a Kosher diet, and he made sure to provide us with brand-new dishes and personally oversaw all the details to accommodate our needs. It was an incredible gesture that we deeply appreciated.
Of course, nothing is ever completely perfect—the room we stayed in had a bit of a funny smell when we arrived. But honestly, everything else was so exceptional that it hardly detracted from our overall experience.
We highly recommend Grecotel Eva Palace and look forward to coming back in the future!

The hotel's exterior is beautiful. The lush gardens, the pools, and the beach area. The only downside are the rooms that are not fitted for a five star hotel and the breakfast that is the same everyday. There is no variety although the Greek cuisine is very rich. I didn't think it is worth the amount you pay, but it was an experience.

We stayed at Grecotel Eva Palace and were truly impressed by the beauty of the hotel. The facilities are gorgeous, the pool area is stunning, and the private beach is a dream. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay even more pleasant.
However, there are a few downsides worth mentioning. The hotel is quite far from Corfu Town, and although they offer a free shuttle service, there are only two trips per day and not enough space for all guests. We also requested a late checkout, which was denied, and on our last day, we weren’t allowed to use the free shuttle to town because it was our checkout day – which felt a bit disappointing.
Overall, it’s a beautiful and relaxing place, but some service policies could be more flexible.

We had a fantastic time staying at Grecotel Eva Palace. We were met with a warm welcome and fresh lemonade which was lovely. The location is beautiful, and we loved that the hotel had it's own little beach. The free shuttle into Corfu town was great. We really enjoyed the food, for both breakfast and dinner. There was always a good selection. Cats do roam around when you are dining but we didn't mind that at all - the cats don't jump up onto the table or chairs, they are tame and really cute. I'd give our whole experience 9 out of 10 and would love to go back. The reason I didn't give it 10/10 was because the WiFi didn't work in the hotel room, and some of our amenities (water and coffee) did not get replaced - we were told on arrival we would get fresh ones daily. However, the lady that cleaned our room was very warm and friendly!

Second visit to this hotel after 3 years. Staff so friendly and welcoming, Antonia at the restaurant and Lefteris at pool bar remembered us from previous stay and their service and hospitality was greatly appreciated. Hotel rooms basic but more than adequate for our stay. Food at buffet plentiful and replenished quickly. Enjoy this hotel and location look forward to a longer visit hopefully at the end of summer. My stay at the Corfu Holiday Palace was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel offers a wide range of fantastic facilities both indoor and outdoor pools, direct access to a beautiful private beach, and convenient mini bars scattered throughout the property.
The food was absolutely delicious breakfast and dinner had an incredible variety, with something for every taste. Each meal felt like a culinary adventure!
What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Antonia, who went above and beyond to make our experience even more enjoyable she was incredibly kind and attentive.

We stayed here for 5 days recently and I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
As soon as we arrived staff were helpful, welcoming and so lovely. We arrived early but were able to put our cases in storage and use the spa facilities to freshen up, they also called us 2 hours earlier than check in time to tell us our room was ready which was so helpful.
Food was really nice - different each night and had a wide variety for breakfast and dinner.
Rooms were spacious and clean with a great view of the sea.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here recently with a friend for a few nights, booked through a package holiday deal. The whole experience exceeded our expectations, rooms were nice, staff were very friendly, location was great and the private beach was also lovely.
My favourite part of my stay was the effort the staff went to provide gluten free food for me. The hostess in the dining room and chef victor were happy to take time to show me all the options available to me and even offered to cook an alternative if I wasn’t satisfied with what was available. There were no gluten free desserts one night and Victor was more than happy to whip up a beautiful dessert for me.
I would definitely consider staying here again.

Booked 5 nights with jet2, we were upgraded to a bungalow, large room, views to die for of Mouse island and Monastery , service of staff very good, food quality and variety was excellent, lift to beach was a bonus, nice beach on the door step. There is some noise from the airport but we enjoyed watching the planes land and take off. Bit of a walk into Corfu town but ok to do in the morning, bus stop outside hotel gate if required, hotel has a taxi service that can take you to town for 16 euros, or private taxi for 15 euros. Some of hotel seems a bit dated or in need of repairs but nothing that stopped us having an excellent holiday.

We spent 4 nights at Rodostamo Hotel & Spa last week and overall had a wonderful stay, especially in our absolutely private 2-bedroom villa perched on the hilltop. The villa itself was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and came with a large pool and serene garden – a true highlight for those seeking peace and privacy.
The warm welcome from the staff made a great first impression, particularly the breakfast team – a special thank you to Katerina and Chrisa for their friendliness each morning. The breakfast itself was generous and varied. The lobby was also a visual treat, tastefully furnished with a modern, elegant flair. We enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa, and the surprise birthday cake left in our room was a thoughtful touch. The presence of a few friendly cats around the premises added to the charm.
That said, a few aspects didn’t quite meet expectations. The exterior of the premises and the main building felt dated, with an uninviting entrance that gave off a strong 80s Balkan vibe – a stark contrast to the stylish interiors. The “seafront experience” promoted online was misleading and didn’t reflect reality. The elevator to the villas was painfully slow, with wait times of up to 15 minutes. Lastly, the front desk staff seemed noticeably annoyed when we inquired about jetski rentals nearby, which was disappointing.
In summary, the villa and hospitality outweighed the negatives, but a few improvements could elevate the overall guest experience.

My wife and I loved everything about this hotel. It was the perfect place to stay for our honeymoon. We selected the Superior Panorama Bungalow and were very impressed by the private hot tub, the amazing views, and how upscale everything is. They even gave us a couple of bottles of wine for our honeymoon. And our room was truly private, we got the entire upper floor of a standalone building up a hill serviced by a gondola-like elevator. Granted, this was our first time in Europe, but I had the best pasta I've ever tasted at their restaurant - skioufihta is what it's called. They also got our laundry back to us the same day even though we gave it to them in the early afternoon. Overall, I am so impressed by the service we got at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone, but especially newlyweds going on their honeymoon.

This hotel is fantastic. The staff are lovely and very helpful has some of the best cleaners I have encountered and the breakfast caters for everyone. They have hotel rooms, suites, garden and private pool bungalows, villas and bungalows with a terrace and jacuzzi. I stayed in the hotel but next time I will stay in a bungalow. The hotel is absolutely fine. I put 4 star for the location only because you need a car or bus to get to Corfu Town. The only negative is the rubbish toaster that most hotels have which either doesn’t brown or burns the bread 😃
The spa is fantastic and worth a visit although not the cheapest. I am definitely coming back!

Facilities in the room did not work. Neither did the facilities in the gym. Management also attempted to tell us what some of the facilities are not supposed to work.
Was subsequently refused an upgrade or any options, management then accused us of lying.
Pretty terrible service. Literally the biggest departure from a 5 star we’ve ever seen.
We decided to leave even with no refund and book somewhere else.

Unfortunately had a overall bad experience.
Room was 126, damp with AC throughout the night is ground level. Sheets almost wet all night with AC on 22 - no idea why.
Room had only hand shower in a bathtub.
Almost saved by top guy at reception who organised a afternoon at pool and taxi pickup and room to wash up for 15€.
Plusses: Got a welcome wine, welcome drink, big nice pool.
Negatives: No access to a real beach (unlike others in the area), no view from room
On pool an employee couldnt speak english or understand me pointing at menu or speaking in any language.
Ordered 0.5 beer, got a 0.35 beer in a plastic mug. Asked to fill it up - kindly and politely. Got a lesson from the manager about wide small glasses holding more beer. He demonstrated infront of me - and failed. Gave the beer free and stormed off.
Some great staff but theres much better hotels in the area with same price range.
20 mosquito bites in dinner restaurant. Nice food though.
4 star breakfast - solid ok. Not great.
Villas on the hill and bungalows looked nice though!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The setting is elegant, and the rooms are comfortable with tasteful decor that creates a relaxing atmosphere.
The staff is attentive and professional, always ready to assist guests. The food was delicious, offering a great variety and quality, and the rooms were impeccably clean, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
The beach is absolutely wonderful—beautiful, serene, and perfect for unwinding or enjoying the scenery.

The rooms and location were beautiful. Check in gave a good sense of a high end luxury hotel. The service provided was wonderful. The dinner buffet is something to be skipped the food was not great- the atmosphere after check in is VERY family friendly to almost a pathological level. Anytime you’re at the restaurant there are children running around and screaming everywhere. This is definitely the hotel to go to if you’re looking for a getaway with young children and family.

Have just had a fantastic week at Domes of Corfu. Can honestly say that the staff really do bend over backwards to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. We had a slight issue and was given amazing customer service from Diana and her amazing team.

Shocking Service! +30min wait for drinks and 2 hours for food.
I’m writing my first hotel review because I’m shocked how this hotel has 5 stars and such good reviews after our experience. Management need to review as clearly they are under-staffed and not trained adequately. It’s the worst service we have ever had at a hotel. Just appalling!
Negatives:
• +30min wait for drinks at the bar on plus 5 occasions. Waiters and bar staff confused about orders, no system.
• +45min wait for a drink at table service
• 2 hour wait for mains at the Greek restaurant; kids only got their dinner at 9:30pm even though we asked for their food with the starters. After 3 hours they hadn’t brought our desert, we left at 10:40pm without desert.
• 10min wait at buffet for pancakes on 3 days
• Woken up at 7am by housekeeping making a noise
• House keeping didn’t stock fridge with water after day 1 and didn’t clean the first 3 days as we only left at 9:30am
• the kids club is a room that isn’t kept close and not a club!
• Many more negative points ……

Amazing location, however I think they may have underestimated how many staff is needed to keep a hotel like this running smoothly. Huge queues for breakfast and you have to request coffee at least 3 times, wait for cutlery when you finally get a table, then wait for bowls, milk and so on. Take your patience to breakfast with you ☺️. On the flip side water park area is great fun, beach bar and grill is perfect for cocktails. Spa area is super relaxing and I had THE BEST facial. Once you get past breakfast everything chills out and you never feel crowded... Not sure what it would be like in August though!!

An extremely beautiful part of Corfu, stunning location and the weather is perfect. The pools are clean and cool. Food is stunning and fresh everyday. First time in Greece and being a fussy eater I normally stick to what I know, I have tried local food and it is amazing apart from bacon, that's never the same as home though. Highly recommend to any family who doesn't want a really busy hotel and pools.

This is not at all the luxury hotel it is sold as. The rooms are dingy and tired and look absolutely nothing like the photos (5 stars for their photographer!).
The staff are nice but there just aren’t enough of them so the service ends up being very poor. It might be all-inclusive but it takes twenty minutes of queuing to get a drink, 15 minutes queuing to get a table for breakfast and your coffee will arrive only after you’ve finished breakfast.
It was a real pleasure to go out of the resort and go to a restaurant where water would arrive within 15 minutes of asking for it.
It’s a shame because the location is great and the beach is lovely but there are just too few staff.

Last stayed 15 years ago when villa was relatively new and our kids were young. Just visited again and with them now being in their late 20's and having partners - Angsana worked brilliantly. 4 double rooms, all ensuite. Open plan living/dining with a terrace having views to die for. Great BBQ area by the pool, along with cosy sofa's and chairs to relax in. Booked through Owners Direct, and everything was handled so well - including a great document giving local places to eat/taxi's/car hire etc., Fabulous holiday and would thoroughly recommend.

Very nice hotel by the beach, with great and friendly staff, ready to serve guests' needs with a smile. Fantastic food and plenty of choices. Nice and tidy rooms, cleaned daily. Me and my partner went for 7 nights and it was the best resort we’ve ever been to. The food was 11/10 day in day out, and my partner is a fussy eater and she even thoroughly enjoyed every dish she ate. And if you’re drinkers like we are the cocktails are absolutely gorgeous.
The entertainment day and night was always fun and active, lots of beach volleyball and water aerobics through the day was both enjoyable and active. The night time entertainment was always fun to watch and great to get involved in.
The staff were also very friendly and fun to talk to, almyros’ animation/entertainment team made each activity day and night even better, especially thanks to Mr muki, misho, roomba and pres. Always there to give us some laughs and join in with the activities.
The facilities were top notch, our bedroom was immaculate, comfy bed, large bathroom with a large shower, and a great balcony with some lovely garden views. The gym was small but had everything i needed to kip my fitness up. The hotel’s football, tennis, archery courts were all amazing aswell.
All in all a fantastic holiday that i would one hundred percent reccomend to anyone wanting to visit corfu, wether it be a family or just you and your partner. And will most definitely think of visiting again in the future.

This was our first time visiting Greece and I have to say staying at this resort was heaven on earth. The location is out of this world overlooking the beautiful oceanic scenery Corfu has to offer. The service was nothing short of five stars from the moment we stepped foot in the resort. Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful and inviting. When we needed to hire a car the concierge lady Julia I think her name was sorted everything out for us in just under an hour!!! I would definitely recommend this resort over and over again. Thanks once again for making us feel so welcome not only in Greece but also your fine establishment.

Beautiful modernist architecture with fascinating history including Maria Callas and Jackie O. The location is spectacular, rooms are wonderful and the cocktails are out of this world, designed by Ioannis the bar manager. The perfect place to unwind after a week sailing. The massage was also excellent. Quiet enough but a local village to walk to for a change of scene, would recommend Village taverna. There is an app to order food or drinks to your sunbeds and the whole place smells fantastic in keeping with the high design standards. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel itself and location and are amazing as are the facilities. You're literally on an award winning beach with amazing clear water. Staff are very kind and in particular the cleaners are amazing, tennis court is cool and the gym is okay, spa is decent.
One massive issue with this hotel though is the food, the breakfast is very good with a wide selection. But, do not have an evening meal here the food is awful nothing Greek all international and poorly done at that. The service in the restaurant is also appalling even just asking for a dessert took 30 minutes to arrive, Parmesan never showed up and in the end we just wanted to leave as everything was cold when it finally arrived at the table.

We came to Corfu for a holiday with my two friends to celebrate my birthday. Although we didn’t stay at the Kontokali Bay Hotel, we decided to celebrate at their spa – and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip!
From the very beginning, the service was excellent, and I especially want to mention Katerina at the Spa reception. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and had such a calm and soothing voice that made you feel relaxed instantly. She took care of everything for us, explained all the details clearly, and helped us book our appointments in the best possible way.
The massages we had were amazing – the therapists were professional, friendly, and made us feel completely at ease. The facilities were spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfect for unwinding. It was a truly special birthday experience that we will always remember.

An absolutely beautiful hotel, the rooms were clean, comfortable and well looked after. We were bed and breakfast, the buffet breakfast was brilliant. So much choice from hot food, cereals, pastries and fruit to name a few.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful.
We had a sea view room, which as you can see from some of the photos, the views were stunning.
The private beaches were fantastic, and the water was so clear.
Just a short walk back towards the main road, (between 5-15 minutes) there are several bars and restaurants which we ate and drunk at throughout the week. There is a supermarket about 10minutes away, which stocks everything you might need.
We hired a car for 4 days during our stay and drove to some lovely places including Pelekas and Kanoni harbour (mouse island) all within an hours drive. We also visited corfu city on 3 of the days (we walked once, which took just over an hour from the hotel).
All in all, I couldn’t fault the hotel, it was great from start to finish from location, cleanliness and service.

Plenty to do, without feeling stressed or crowded.

This place has the potential to be amazing again—if they can address some of the current issues.
We were sold a luxury, adults-only, all-inclusive experience for our honeymoon, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to that promise. While we still made the most of our time together and had an amazing trip overall, several aspects fell short.
The food was often over-salted and of inconsistent quality, with limited or no snack options available throughout the day. The Sandy Villas is closed. which was disappointing. Meaning we had to eat at sandy beach and the walk a short distance every day to the main family resort. Not Adults only.
Our swim-up villa was lovely, but unfortunately pool was dirty and poorly maintained, we had to ask for it to be cleaned and for the lights to be turned on. The main pool was worse.
It’s also clear that some staff are unhappy with the resort’s new direction—though I have to say, the majority of the team were truly fantastic and did their best to make our stay enjoyable.
With a return to proper standards and attention to detail, this resort could be something special again.

Not the holiday we booked as my wife needs everything close for mobility issues, they have been helpful but we have had to constantly request help, not a problem for them but still don’t want to be relying on help to get meals.

Great hotel. Very clean and the gardens are spectacular. Food is really good and definitely geared towards adults. Good variety and high quality. Fresh salads were very impressive and nice range of desserts on offer.
Staff are very friendly and helpful and take pride in their work.
The own section of the beach was great as was the swim up bar next to beach.
Couple of minor issues.
Mattress on bed wasn't great and the alcohol seems very watered down.

Definitely not a 5* hotel, don’t waste your money, lady at reception speaks only basic English and unfortunately nobody speaks German!! Unacceptable as well booked our stay from a German tour operator, you have to go through a different hotel to go to the beach and beach is crowded and you can’t even find space to sit!! Looking at reviews from a few years ago they seem to have fixed a lot of issues that were brought up in the past.
I think the hotel has a beautiful scenery, nice view and very extensive greenery/gardens.
Definetely get a sea view room. Rooms were modern and well equipped.
Bars and entertainment areas can get loud/noisy until late.
Good service in general but lacking in the evening in the restaurants.
A lot of families with children. Lots of children. Very noisy at the pools as a consequence. Depends if you like it or not.

It is indeed a place of Dreams! The prices are great for an all-inclusive, with all the provisions and amenities provide. Multiple restaurants and bars as well, spacious reception with both the reception and the guest experience team ready to greet you with a smile.
The hotel all around is spotless, really very clean. The rooms are great and spacious. The staff are always smiling, friendly and professional. It's a place I definitely recommend visiting! From the house keeping, all the way to the General Manager, everyone is there, happy!

The food was fine although occasionally could have been a bit warmer.
The entertainment was very good with live bands on few nights.
Biggest plus not getting up at stupid o'clock for a sun lounger as lots at the various pools, you could go anytime of the day and get one no problem.

Beautiful hotel that is looked after by all the brilliant teams. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant nothing was too much trouble. Food choices were amazing, we had a 4 year old with us and she loved it. We tried all the restaurants and the Greek restaurant team arranged a cake and sang happy birthday to our grandaughter, which was a fabulous touch as they were very busy. Pool areas were spotlessly clean.
All the entertainment was 1st class. Especially mini disco.
Special mention to the security guy on the gate. He spoke to us every day as we went to see some kittens, he was so protective of them. What a caring member of your team, taking time to do that. Thanks so much for a wonderful holiday.

The hotel setting is beautiful, views from the beach are amazing. However, the experience of 5 star luxury ends there.
The lobby has an odd smell, its pretty unpleasant and was there for the majority of our 7 day stay. Pools were freezing, even in the kids area.
The room is spacious and comfortable, but the air con is intermittent and randomly stops. The room was often too warm overnight (i had one of their team come and explain the settings too just in case I'd done something wrong). If you're staying at peak heat times, I imagine it would get pretty uncomfortable, quickly.
I struggled to get my room cleaned on 2 occasions. No reason, they didn't bother, so I had to call down for towels etc. The shower head wasn't tightly fixed so had to be held up in the right direction. Although they did fix this quickly once reported, its surprising that the cleaning staff don't pick this up and report pre check in.
The worst bit about the room was that I was directly under the main restaurant and therefore the sound of chairs screeching every morning and night was what woke me up or kept me awake. In fairness, when I complained (and after 2 days and the overnight receptionist being very unhelpful) they did offer me a new room, but by this point the thought of moving with only 3 nights remaining wasn't worth it.
Most staff were very friendly but they seemed understaffed in restaurants but over staffed in quieter areas. Often meant we had to chase for our order.
Overall it was nice, and we made the best of it, but certainly not luxury.

Stunning hotel, really enjoyed our stay. Had 2 bedroom bungalow with pool, and was extremely spacious and well laid out.
Food was excellent and facilities perfect for our needs. Hotel and pools are on a number of different levels, so be aware that there are steps/hills to climb from one area to the next.
Things to be aware of:
Pools can be cold.... once your in your fine, but we found particularly cold in April.
Only.one bar open in the evening during our stay (April), and although plenty of staff to serve and take orders, we feel it could have done with an additional Adults only bar.
Premium.cocktails are brilliant.... El Sombrero a personal favorite!!!

We’ve just sadly left this fantastic hotel.
The location is great, around 25 minutes to Corfu town and 30 minutes to the airport.
The hotel is set with a backdrop of olive groves and facing the beautiful Ionian sea.
The sea view room we had was spacious, modern, immaculately clean and with an incredibly comfy bed.
The food available at the main buffet restaurant was fresh, varied, plentiful and prepared to a high standard.
There is also the option to dine at the a La carte restaurants as part of the all inclusive package, we tried Kuzina one evening and this was a nice atmosphere with delicious food and very good service.
The grounds and pool areas are well maintained and even though the hotel was busy, we never struggled to get a sun bed.
The main lobby bar area is comfortably furnished and a relaxing area to sit any time of the day.
The staff from reception, bars, restaurants and housekeeping were all very friendly, polite and eager to help.
We booked direct with the hotel and their communication prior to arrival was very responsive and the taxi service we booked through them was efficient and seamless.
We have stayed at a number of hotels of this standard around the Greek islands and this one certainly stands out among the best. We will be returning for sure 😊

We’ve just come back from a fantastic stay at Marbella. From arrival, we found the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is immaculate and there is a lot included in the all inclusive package. We found the food to be of high quality and also branded drinks were included in our all inclusive package. The staff went over and beyond to help and made our stay incredibly special. The hotel was very big, water sports were included. There was a buffet restaurant and we found that the food selection for breakfast lunch and dinner had plenty of choice and was lovely and fresh. I would happily stay at Marbella again. Thank you for making our short stay incredible. We will cherish these happy memories forever!

The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you, from arrival to departure nothing was too much of a problem for them. We had just come from another 5-star resort just 15 minutes away, but nothing compared to the hospitality, warmth, and truly 10-star service we experienced at Grecotel Corfu Imperial.
Every morning began with a breathtaking view of the sea from the breakfast balcony, accompanied by a buffet that showcased the very best of Greek cuisine. Our family suite was spacious and perfectly located in a dedicated family building, with a pool right outside our balcony – such a thoughtful convenience.
The entire resort feels like a serene, enchanted garden. As you stroll through, you’re surrounded by the scents of blooming local flowers that perfume every path. The on-site restaurants served exceptional flavors, and every meal felt special.
But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff – the heart and soul of the hotel. Every interaction was warm and genuine, and we always felt cared for like family. A special shout-out to Alexis and Leo, who went above and beyond every single day to make us and our kids feel like the center of the world.

Wonderful hotel, fantastic location with amazing views. Very well kept resort and everything immaculate with pretty gardens. We had a bungalow room which had a shared pool and lovely sea views, it was a nice size and I liked being a short walk away from the main hotel. Beach very close to the hotel and nothing too far away. Ideal for families and older guests. Every single member of staff I encountered was helpful and friendly. They all go above and beyond. Food excellent and I didn’t think the drinks were expensive at all. Also a small supermarket onsite too. Gym was the best I’ve seen in a hotel so far. I hope to return one day.

In my personal opinion and in my own experience I can honestly say I've never had a holiday as good as this. Traveled with my partner and from the very first moment we arrived it was simply magical. The hotel itself is situated in one of the most beautiful places I've ever been and the views are incredible. The service is second to none, Cristina, who was professional, warm and friendly was such a great host and welcomed us like we had been there 100 times, nice touch checking in on us throughout the holiday. The rooms are fantastic, minibar, shower and space with great beds, slept so well every night. Housekeepers do such a great job. Best restaurant for me was the grill house, best steak I've ever had but every restaurant we visited was simply amazing with service and choice.
The pools are so nice and Paulo and Sophia made our days around the pool the best with their service and smiles. Beach service just as good. The bars in both the Sea and Sky building were so spacious and clean with again Mario and Aretti giving us 5 star service. Such a great selection of drinks in all the bars and food around the pool was a great addition especially when you can order without leaving your sun lounger. The resort is the cleanest I've ever been to so massive respect to all the maintenance and gardeners, they do a wonderful job. This place is simply incredible, I leave honest reviews both good and bad but I honestly have not a single negative thing to say. I knew this place was luxurious from my research but every room is quality and the service from the staff, who work so incredibly hard, is the best I've ever received. Credit to all of you for making Ikos Dassia one incredible place to holiday. All I want is to go back, best week ever.

What a fantastic experience we had at Ikos Dassia!
From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. The location is stunning, and the food was absolutely delicious. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff—always smiling and eager to help with anything we needed.
A special mention goes to Panagiotis, the manager, who impressed us with his professionalism and kindness. He was always available and ready to assist with any request, making us feel truly cared for.
I will definitely come back in the future—next time for even more days!

Outstanding Resort, friendly kind staff who are all very helpful. Amazing food in all restaurants we got to visit. Only drawback was we didn't know we could book restaurants and Tesla via the APP before we checked in. Had to speak with customer services who got us into restaurants that would suit my family as all where booked due to the hotel been at "full capacity" even though most the restaurants had lots of empty seats. Beach and Pools all amazing.

We spent one week in April 2025 with one young toddler. Seamless transfer from the airport (a driver was waiting for us there) and check-in in the lobby area with a drink. The room was big enough for our child to explore (even with a baby cot in the middle), and conveniently located in the resort (central village).
The restaurants were all fantastic, and even after a week there was no "restaurant/buffet fatigue": the gorgeous locations, excellent food and amazing staff certainly helped. Swimming pools were great and beach was nice. We took advantage of the free Tesla one day and also took the shuttle to Corfu town - great activities for those keen to explore the area. We took several classes at the gym - all great. We were told the resort was operating at full capacity yet we never had the impression it was overcrowded and we never had to wait for anything. Overall Ikos Odisia has a fantastic luxury feel yet it is family-friendly. It was our first Ikos stay but certainly not the last. Many thanks to all the staff, it was a dreamy vacation!

I was a little concerned reading the reviews before travelling but I think the Odisia is now our favourite Ikos hotel. The views and food are exceptional. We were able to get reservations at all restaurants. The views at Elia restaurant are stunning! People have mentioned not having enough buggies but we didn’t haven’t a problem getting one but it is low season. The childcare is great and the new supper club is a great addition! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel.

My stay at Ikos Odisia was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive – the staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and relaxed.
The rooms were beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and offered amazing views – a perfect mix of comfort and elegance. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
One of the absolute highlights was the food. Every restaurant on the property offered a unique culinary experience, from fresh Mediterranean flavors to gourmet international dishes. The quality, presentation, and variety were top-notch, and the à la carte dining options made every meal feel special.
The beach and pool areas were pristine, with plenty of space to unwind in peace. I especially appreciated the all-inclusive concept at Ikos – it really allows you to relax without worrying about anything.
Overall, Ikos Odisia exceeded all expectations. It’s the perfect place to recharge, indulge, and enjoy the beauty of Greece with luxury and style. Can’t wait to come back!

A lovely place with exceptional facilities. The onsite team are super friendly and work hard to ensure you have a great time. The food and drink quality is brilliant and the accommodation (we had a delux bungalow) is as good as we have experienced anywhere. We have an 11 year old son and he had a blast. The gym and spa are superb (especially the views!). Finally, Corfu is a beautiful and green island so it’s worth taking out the car and enjoying the scenery. Thanks team Odisia.

We have just returned and it was an amazing place, beautiful in every way. Everything was to a high standard.
The grounds were lovely, the food was amazing and cocktails were fantastic.
Few things that could have been improved, service in the lobby bar and service in some of the restaurants.
The housekeeping needed to be more consistent, some day we would get more towels than others etc. We didn't always get turndown service at night.
The room service line, didn't work for us and had to call guest relations. They were very helpful. But a few miscommunications with timings of the food arriving etc.
This hotel was so close to be being perfect 💙

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights (couple plus one year’s old daughter) and it was really great.
Let’s begin with the service, all of the stuff are really kind and trying to make your vacation comfortable as much as they can.
The one who was extremely kind was Thomas from the breakfast staff who was always care about us and tried to help us.
The breakfast is continental but there’s enough choices (eggs, at least 4 or more kinds of bread), in my opinion, there is a place to add more kinds of vegetables and cream cheeses.
In addition to the service, the hotel is not new designed but saved and the facilities are working well (I will say that the hotel is even designed in a vintage way so it’s really nice).
I will say that some of the extras that we ordered from the bar and from the room service is quite expensive (for example 19€ for simple pasta or 3€ for a small bottle of water) but I think that it’s related to the fact that it’s hotel prices for your convenience.
The pool is great, there are comfortable sun beds around the pool, and the water is very similar to the sea water (salty).
The rooms are very large, and there is space to all of your staff.
The location of the hotel keeps you close enough to restaurants in the old town that you can go by 10 minutes of walk.
About the price per night, I think it’s a bit expensive but still worth it, don’t expect to have luxury stay but a very good one.

Wonderful hotel if you want to be near the heavenly town centre but also have a pool, sun lounger relaxation time.
Obviously expensive but worth it if it suits your needs.
The staff are charming and always helpful.
We would have liked a kettle in the room, so we bought a cheap one for the times we wanted just to sit on the balcony, read and watch the beautiful, unsmelly Garitsa bay with a cuppa.
The restaurant isn't to our taste but the bar food is really good and there's a huge selection of restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The pool was amazing. The food was delicious and everyone was so nice and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable. You can walk right into the town. Spiros was the best and made the best coffee for us by the pool. Had the best massage ever from Kaitlin. Definitely check out the spa if you are there!

We stayed at the Corfu Palace for one week and we had a lovely time. Everyone was so polite and were always willing to help with anything we needed.
The room we stayed in was spacious and very clean, with a great view. The food was very nice and despite there not being many vegetarian options on the half board menu, I was provided with plenty of alternative options which I really appreciate!
The hotel is in a great location, only a five minute walk from the old town. We'll definitely be returning the next time we visit Corfu!

This hotel does not meet the standard of a 5-star rating. The rooms are in very poor condition, especially bathrooms, where plaster is peeling off. While ther is a wide variety of food available, the hotel location by the see is difficult to access do to narrov and steep roads. Additionally, the water in the see is very dirty in the affternoons.

Fantastic stay for our honeymoon, the hotel is beautiful as is the beach. The food is incredible, a testament to the catering staff.
By far the best place me and my wife have stayed.
A big thanks to the shuttle bus driver, a true professional and a really nice guy to speak to. Any information you need to know about travelling across the island , ask him. He is a credit to the hotel.
All of the staff are wonderful here too, they made our honeymoon an unforgettable experience.
Never mind staying here again, I could live here!!

We loved our stay at Pelekas Monastery as a family of four.
Our family room which had a sea view balcony was actually bigger than we thought from the photos and had a partition door to divide the kids on their twin single sofa beds and us.
The rooms are old and tired but it didn't bother us as we were out most of the day. Despite this, the cleaning service was great and the house-keeper was so lovely - our little boys loved her cuddles and kisses every morning as we left for breakfast. When we arrived at the restaurant, they also delighted in all the lovely waiting staff too. We couldn't have been made more welcome!
The buffet food was fantastic and felt authentically home-cooked, including a lot of Greek cuisine, which we were very happy about.
The pool definitely needed a good clean and was and was surrounded by the most beautiful setting. Which brings me to the beach which is amazing and clean. Perfect for families woith young kids.

I recently stayed at the Pelekas Monastery hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are my observations:
Aging Infrastructure: The hotel appears quite rusty and old. Many fixtures and furnishings showed signs of wear and tear. It’s disappointing to see a 5-star property in this condition.
Maintenance Issues: There were plenty of broken things throughout the premises. From poor A/C rust in toilets. Bed was not queen size it is only two single beds combined together so couple cannot sleep together basically one mattress higher than other. Broken sun-beds on the beach poor quality coffee...
Limited Positives: The only redeeming aspects were the restaurant and some of the pleasant staff members. The restaurant offered decent food, but that alone couldn’t compensate for the overall shortcomings.
In summary, I wouldn’t recommend the Pelekas Monastery hotel unless significant improvements are made. For a 5-star rating, guests rightfully expect a higher standard. Unfortunately, this establishment falls short.

Location is great, so is the beach. The food was delicious and varied, the Staff was friendly and always ready to help. The rooms could use a renovation to match the 5 star rating, but even so they were quite comfortable and the view certainly made up for it. Would go back again in the future :)
