We had a wonderful time as a family of 4. To quote my 7 and 5 year olds, Ikos Odisia has "the best chicken nuggets they've ever had".
Rooms are not particularly plush but are functional. Everything is still very new since the resort was only built last year.
Service is excellent and everyone we interacted with did their best. Maybe they could use a few more staff in the bars to reduce waiting times but it's a very minor complaint.
The food was mostly excellent. I especially appreciated that all venues had a kids menu for fussy eaters.
The free Tesla hire is stress free and a great perk, we used it to explore the island.
The beaches are lovely, plenty of sand and lots of shallow water for the children to explore. Lounger service everywhere.
Very few complaints, I would definitely return.

Amazing holiday with fabulous food and lovely staff. Christina and Grace in customer relations were so helpful. Beautiful views from all restaurants in the resort and pretty much everywhere you go, including the gym. The grounds are immaculately looked after and attract lots of butterflies. Never felt cramped as very spread out. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The facilities and infrastructure are excellent. However, the resort's vast size has led to service execution challenges that are unacceptable for a luxury premium resort. With the type of affluent clientele you attract, the service must be more proactive, and "No" should never be an option.
1. It took 2 days to receive the pillow menu.
2. The slippers provided in the rooms vary in quality, with some lacking padding. This seems to be a supplier issue.
3. There is inconsistency in the towels provided between room service and turn-down service.
4. Turn-down service should occur after guests leave for dinner. In hot weather, guests often shower upon returning from the beach before going out to dinner. Therefore, clean towels and a refreshed room should be expected upon their return.
5. Shower gel and moisturizer were not replenished.
6. Waiting 10-15 minutes for a buggy is too long. Consider having carts in different zones for better coverage.
7. Your hotel app is excellent and detailed. However, affluent clients do not have the time to proactively book restaurants weeks in advance. At a premium luxury resort, I should be able to secure a booking on the night I decide to dine. I understand that people book and sometimes do not show up, making it challenging to manage. However, this level of service is expected in a package holiday, not in a resort charging over $10,000.
8. There is some confusion among staff regarding the standard menu versus the deluxe menu.
9. Staff should be knowledgeable about the operating hours of all restaurants on the property, not just their assigned one. Wealthy clients are unlikely to keep checking the app; staff should be able to answer basic questions like this.
10. You should have international adapters for customers as standard
Overall, the value and quality of the facility are valid. However, the resort falls short for me at the premium service level, especially regarding service expectations. If this were a 4-star resort priced accordingly, I would rate it much higher. Unfortunately, it is a luxury resort with pricing to match. Thus it has some ways to go to compete with its peers.

Such a shame. We love Ikos but this was so disappointing. We have been to all the Ikos many times and enjoyed every holiday.
This time we felt like second class citizens. We had restaurants booked in advance and each time we arrived and were told there was no room outside on the patio/balcony with a view. The entire place was families and they had prime location while older couples sat inside on a beautiful warm night. Many tables were laid for 6 or 8 for families to arrive. At one of the restaurants we asked for the unoccupied tables to be split so that 3 couples like ourselves could be seated. With great reluctance this was done and we enjoyed a lovely meal. Service and food was of a great standard. We chatted with other people and they had had the same issues. Waiting for a buggy for 45 mins. This is now overrun and canteen style setting. I cannot fault the staff, service or food.

It’s not too often that you can give a 5* review on day 2 of a holiday. All of the Ikos hotels are stunning but this one has extra special views with it being located on a peninsula. The rooms are great, the food is great, the pools, spa, gym and restaurants are all immaculate. The staff have been very welcoming and give you the best experience.
