Absolutely beautiful hotel with the friendliness staff and the most delicious dinner. Thanos (Quality Manager) and William (the hotel manager) were so friendly and accommodating - we arrived on their first day of opening and everything was perfect! We are completely blown away with the standard and the hotel site. Thanos made us feel so welcome and was so kind to us - would highly recommend to anyone!

We were one of the first arrivals. And yes there were a few issues with housekeeping, and staffing, but they worked hard and stayed so positive and friendly with issues being resolved during our stay. Which is the most important bit. We are truelly looking forward to being back!

Absolutely amazing hotel, staff, location, food. Cannot understand how there are negative reviews. I think the expectations for hotels have become so unreasonable that guests are complaining about the most ridiculous things. A guest rented a car and was screaming at a member of the hotel staff as she couldn't find a car parking space in Corfu town.
I think we as guests need to remember that the staff are human too and are usually doing their best.
For such a new hotel (which is bound to have a couple of teething issues) it's still incredible. The views from the restaurants is unbelievable. The spa and gym were like nothing else I have experienced in a hotel.
Special thanks to Thanos, who was so warm and welcoming. Ikos are truly lucky to have someone like him working there and making every guest feel special. He will go out of his way to talk to guests and ensure they are happy and have everything they need.

Wrapping up 8 days here in this new Ikos.
Positive:
- Food: The quality and selection of food here is sublime. So much choice. Fresh, healthy ingredients and something for everyone.
- Pools: So many pools to choose from. They’re big, clean and offer good variety during your stay.
- Gym: Love the outdoor gym equipment. The view from this gym is gorgeous, not your usual windowless box.
- Cleaning: rooms were cleaned so quickly and efficiently everyday. Usually done by the time we had come back from breakfast.
- Architecture: the location and views from both Ouzo and Elia restaurants is spectacular, a real highlight of this hotel. Exceeds expectations.
Overall we will be coming back to Ikos next year.

Terrible overall experience for the price.
Some staff we amazing but the most of them didn’t want to be there.
We were threatened by one member of staff “I know your room number, watch your back” after nearly running out daughter over in the golf buggy.
Bedroom floors were filthy and the towels had blood and make up on.
Complaints were made and we were deeply disappointed with the entire experience and would not return.
