Best part of this hotel is obviously the rooftop pool. The staff here are awesome.
Christina was our host/concierge and she was super helpful, she provided us with places to go to get away from the typical tourist locations, great dinner spots, activities and so on. Christina checked in on us frequently while we are at the pool, is very attentive, and honestly seems to be putting in more effort than anyone else to ensure guests have all that they need to be comfortable. The one day that Christina was off during our stay we noticed that there was not the same level of service. The concierge could not be found when we did need assistance.
Next time we come to the Fives Downtown we expect that Christina will likely be in management, the effort and dedication made to her guests made our stay very comfortable.
Check in was quick and easy. We will be coming back for sure.

My wife(!) and I came here for our honeymoon and even though we had some troubles with the reservation when we first arrived (fault of the person who booked it, not the hotel) they were very helpful, kind, and accommodating. The service overall has been wonderful. Every single person we have interacted with has been great. Cristina has made sure we have everything we need and is so nice! Irving, Alexander, Carlos, Adrian are just a few of the wonderful people who added to our experience here. The food is delicious, we especially love the continental breakfast. It’s the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! The rooftop pool stays warm and is a good size, I don’t even miss not being directly on the beach, though it is a short walk or ferry ride away. If you’re looking for a place downtown PdC, this is it!

I recently stayed at this amazing Curio hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was incredibly comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. Ernesto from the front desk was extremely helpful and nice, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. His exceptional service truly made a difference.
Cristina from the rooftop was also extremely friendly. She took the time to ask about my stay and guided me to the bar. We had a great conversation, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
I love this hotel and am already planning to come back. Highly recommended!

Cristina was friendly, helpful, and efficient, worth an extra star all on her own. We came 2 days after Hurricane Beryl, so there were a couple of small issues that Cristina got taken care of quickly. Overall a great place to stay. The hotel sits at the beginning of the major shopping street, plenty of vendors, restaurants, and just about anything else you might want. The rooftop hot tub is great, the views from the pools are incredible.

Cristina is phenomenal! She looked out for us when we were at the pool, in the restaurant, and at happy hour! She constantly checked in to ensure we were having a good time and we had everything we needed.
El Mercatto restaurant could use a change in the menu. Having the same choices six days in a row got very boring and the pancakes were a bit dry.
