My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The apartment was very spacious, elegantly designed, and offered a stunning view of the pools. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Housekeeping and room service were always available and quick to respond, adding to the overall convenience. I also appreciated the high-quality amenities provided, such as the L’Occitane shampoo and creams, which gave a luxurious touch. The combination of elegant design, peaceful environment, and outstanding service made this a perfect experience. The only drawback was the limited number of elevators, which sometimes caused delays. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall excellent experience. Highly recommended!

Everything from the rooms to the pool area was just perfect for a relaxing getaway. I especially want to mention Benson, the lifeguard by the pool. He was so attentive and kind, always making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable while still keeping such a friendly and approachable manner. You could tell he really cared about the guests – checking in with a smile, offering help whenever needed, and just going the extra mile to make the experience enjoyable. His professionalism and genuine warmth truly stood out and made a big difference to my stay. Overall, the Onyx Rotana is a stunning hotel with staff who make you feel so welcome.
