The hotel is absolutely beautiful and luxurious. Everything was clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. Overall, the service was excellent and made the stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Yasin and Srita for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. They truly made a difference in our experience. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels in Bahrain; if it’s not simply the best! This hotel location is centered and near to all must visit attractions but, it literally has everything that makes you don’t want to go out; just stay and enjoy every single second there. The rooms are so nice, well maintained and have an amazing unforgettable panoramic view on the Bay. The hotel is so relaxing, quiet and has a wonderful vibe that makes you very relaxing. Having a coffee by the infinite outdoor pool is so enjoyable and the indoor pool is lovely in this weather. The gym floor is a big add to this hotel especially with the gaming and play rooms that made us and the kids enjoyed our time to the max. The breakfast is generous and the morning vibes there are so enjoyable. The staff is simply amazing, they are so polite, helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Arwa, Nada and Mustafe from the reception for being so exceptional in welcoming us, taking an immediate action to accommodate our needs upon arrival and extending the checkout time. Another special shoutout to Naw Saine, Ahmed, Ruchit and Murad in the restaurant for being always around showing the hotel’s hospitality. One more shoutout to Meera from the kids club for the care she showed toward the kids making their time so special. A final thanks to Sadek who took extra care of our rooms during the stay. We had a wonderful stay and a memorable experience at Onyx Rotana and looking forward to be back there soon inshallah.

The hotel is a beautiful and luxurious property located in the Bahrain Bay area, and I spent New Year’s Eve there. The room was elegant and the bed was very comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable overall. However, the service did not meet expectations. I tried calling the reception and in-room dining several times before someone finally responded, and when the food arrived it was only average, even though we expected better quality from a hotel of this level. During checkout, we waited around 20 minutes for the car to be brought around, and there was only one receptionist handling guests, which made the process slower than it should have been. While the hotel itself is impressive, the service needs improvement to match the luxury experience.

Great experience at the Onyx Rotana. Breakfast had continental options along with hot breakfasts and fresh pancakes, waffles and eggs. Ahmed was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a very convenient location with great restaurants and sightseeing easily accessible by booking ubers. Rooms are large and luxurious and the gym was well equipped. The spa was great and not too busy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. They honored my wife’s Titanium benefits and made sure we were well taken care of. Breakfast and Lunch were great! The staff Mr. Yaseen and Ms. Naw Saine at the Garnet Restaurant are both exceptional. Front Desk team - Ehab and Mustafa are for keeps. The kind of people who will go an extra mile to provide the best experience for their guests! Finally - Ms. Nada of Guest Relations - no words to express how grateful we are for the way she fixed everything for us during our stay! We will definitely be back!
