Our stay at Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain was outstanding in every aspect. The serene setting, elegant villa design, and meticulous attention to detail created a truly relaxing experience. Ms. Fatma warmly welcomed us to the resort and assisted us throughout our two-night stay, ensuring everything was seamless and comfortable. As requested, the swimming pool was preheated, allowing our kids to enjoy quality family time. Breakfast was perfect, with excellent quality and variety, and Mr. Ahad provided exceptional support in helping us select the most suitable options. What an amazing stay at this hotel! The highlight of the trip was the excellent service and warm hospitality from Mizan and his housekeeping team, who made everything feel truly special. The atmosphere around the property is calm and comfortable, making it very easy to unwind during the holiday. Service by Mizan and team Mizan and his housekeeping team went above and beyond, always greeting us with a smile and making sure our villa was perfectly cleaned and well stocked. They were quick to respond to every small request, and their attention to detail made the stay feel luxurious and very personal. Room and facilities The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with fresh linens and towels every day and all amenities working perfectly. The pool and common areas were also kept in excellent condition, which made spending time around the hotel very enjoyable

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Raffles Bahrain. Everything was exceptional, from the restaurants and café food, to the in-room dining, to the beautifully heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. We loved the three gym rooms, the tennis court, squash court, and especially the lounge with its pool table, chess boards, and beautiful luxury books. It was such a thoughtful touch. The staff throughout the hotel are incredibly professional, genuinely warm and always willing to help. The butler service was outstanding and always responded so quickly and thoughtfully. A special word of thanks to the manager, who truly went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed a wonderful final day. His professionalism, kindness and commitment to guest satisfaction really stood out, and we felt very well looked after from start to finish. We also visited the spa for a 60-minute couples massage and it was exceptional. Both therapists, one from the Philippines and one from Indonesia, clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The massage was deeply relaxing, the techniques were excellent, and the high-quality oils smelled beautiful. It was one of the highlights of our stay. We would like to thank everyone, from the restaurant and pool teams to the butlers, cleaning team, reception and engineering. A special thank you to housekeeping, Aurniawan, Erin and Erika, for keeping our room immaculate and for the lovely and creative towel art. And a big thank you to two standout butlers, Margaret and Muhammad Ali Yar Khan. Margaret’s humour and warmth instantly put us at ease, and Muhammad’s positive attitude and attentiveness made everything feel effortless. We highly recommend this hotel and would very happily return.

The attention to even the smallest details to make sure you feel comfortable and pampered . We booked our holiday with our amazing planner - LUXYHIPPIE . I won’t ever book another holiday with out her guidance ! The entire staff . Our butler Margret . Who made the kids feel the most important and special . With special goodies for them throughout the entire villa . Our entire villa cleaning team lead by Mr Mizhan. Was so polite and so efficient and fast . They met all our needs without having to ask twice !!! Must place for everyone to visit !!
