We had an amazing stay at Raffles Al Areen Palace. Even before our arrival, the team reached out to share available services and ask if we were celebrating any special occasion. That thoughtful attention made us feel truly cared for. The fresh scent, calm surroundings, and overall atmosphere of the hotel are beautiful. Our stunning villa was spacious and completely private, offering the perfect luxurious escape. One of the highlights was the temperature-controlled pool. It was amazing to know you can swim comfortably even in winter. We also tried the shisha in our villa and loved it. What is truly remarkable is that all services, including breakfast, spa treatments, shisha, and even a private barbecue, can be arranged inside the villa, making the experience feel exclusive and personalized. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Ms. Fatima, the lovely Tunisian lady at reception, for her professionalism and warm smile. A special thank you as well to Mr. Ufuk, who ensured our booking was perfectly arranged and enhanced, and to Mr. Youssef Sakr for his support with the reservation. To every single staff member at Raffles Al Areen Palace, thank you for making our stay truly special. We genuinely can’t wait to return.

What an amazing stay at this hotel! The highlight of the trip was the excellent service and warm hospitality from Mizan and his housekeeping team, who made everything feel truly special. Overall experience From check‑in to check‑out, everything was smooth and relaxing, and the room was always spotless and perfectly arranged each day. The atmosphere around the property is calm and comfortable, making it very easy to unwind during the holiday. Service by Mizan and team Mizan and his housekeeping team went above and beyond, always greeting us with a smile and making sure our villa was perfectly cleaned and well stocked. They were quick to respond to every small request, and their attention to detail made the stay feel luxurious and very personal. Room and facilities The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with fresh linens and towels every day and all amenities working perfectly. The pool and common areas were also kept in excellent condition, which made spending time around the hotel very enjoyable

The entire Raffles team has been super! A few important mentions, Ahmed and Mike are such a warm , friendly and energetic group of people. Their welcome makes everything special from when we arrive to to when we leave. Sanjay, Fatema, Khalil, Wynn and Adham are such fabulous group of people. They have made sure that everything from checking in, to making us comfortable and every little needs of ours was taken care of with utmost care and the biggest smile. Raffles Bahrain is simply stunning—elegant, classy, and luxurious. The standout feature is definitely the health club; the facilities are impeccable, and it is easily the best health club on the island. The pool is also excellent. A huge thank you to Daniel and Hope in Guest Relations. They were always friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. A fantastic team and a fantastic venue.
