The resort itself is breathtakingly beautiful — from the stunning architecture to the serene beachfront and beautifully landscaped gardens. Every corner is designed with elegance and attention to detail. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and tastefully decorated, offering stunning views and every comfort imaginable. The dining options were exceptional, with a wide range of international cuisines prepared to perfection. A special thanks to the entire staff for their outstanding service and kindness — always attentive, courteous, and eager to make our stay perfect. I would like to thank everyone for making our stay comfortable and beautiful, it was truly an unforgettable night. A special thanks from the start to ZAINAB from reservations who was very helpful and made the booking easy, and to MOHAMMED (although I’m not sure about his full name) who welcomed us and took care of us from the moment we arrived. A big thank you as well to ALLY at the reception and to everyone there, especially all the staff at the pools and the beach from the entrance gate to the lifeguards, they were all amazing, helpful and responsive. This will definitely not be my last visit and I’m excited to come back soon 🤍🌴🌊

The hotel itself is nice in terms of facilities, but the overall experience was disappointing. Only three staff members stood out with excellent service, especially Laiq Ali and Mahdi at the reception, who were professional and very helpful. Other than that, there were many issues: • The check-in experience was unpleasant, and the reception staff gave a poor first impression. • The room booked through Booking.com was different from what we actually got. When I asked, the staff member said all rooms were taken, and in an unprofessional manner told me: “If you don’t like it, you can cancel.” • No flexibility at all – almost everything required extra payment. • Workers entered the room several times without permission. • No clear explanation or guidance about free services or facilities. • The beach and pools close early at night, and there are no entertainment activities. • The hotel location is very far from the city, which makes moving around difficult

The check-in process was efficient and seamless, and we found our room to be tidy and well-maintained. Although we initially noticed a hint of cigarette odor, we promptly reported it, and the issue was addressed swiftly. The staff was courteous and accommodating throughout our stay. However, a slight area for improvement could be the breakfast options, as a greater variety would enhance the experience.
