My child and I both like this hotel very much. The staff saw that I brought my child and upgraded us to a family room. My child was very happy because he had never slept on a bunk bed. Thank you very much! The view of the room is very good, facing the sea, without any obstruction, and the sunrise is beautiful. The bed is very comfortable. Although it is by the sea, the bedding does not feel damp at all, and we slept very well. Although the decoration style and details are a little old, there is no problem with the use of facilities. Although the hotel is a little far from the city, we felt that there was no need to go to the city during the few days we stayed there. There is a 7-11 on the street at the entrance of the hotel, there are several good and not expensive restaurants, and there is a massage shop. If there is a little regret, it is that there is no beach, which is limited by the geographical location, and it doesn’t matter to me. I think the air conditioning is still needed in Kid’s world, after all, March and April are the hottest time. In general, we are very satisfied with this hotel, the cost performance is super high, and we will definitely go there again in the future.

The staff is fantastic and lonely at times especially the week days. Weekends are busy because of a flood of Thai visitors from Bangkok. So many things are supposedly in repair but I don't see anyone repairing anything. Internet in our room was intermittent and we were thankful that the staff was there to fix the issues. It's a great place for families with kids but no so for singles or couples looking to get out. Nice views from the rooms but all in all there are much better properties for around the same discounted price point. The staff is the best part of this hotel. I will say they have a great breakfast.

It's a nice hotel to sleep in It has room service and the staff is very friendly the lifeguard is very friendly and actively working. last time I had an accident in the pool the lifeguard helped me out. The food was excellent and the pizza was incredibly Delicious I recommend going to this hotel.

Nice room with sea view, good size and nice bathroom with walk in shower and good toiletries. Nice pool area.
There is children's entertainment which seemed to be the main focus for the hotel. The restaurant advertised family based food but there didn't appear to be an "adult restaurant" with a more sophisticated menu.
Location: we were unable to access the beach during our stay (may have been due to the time of year) and we felt a bit isolated.
That said there was a strip of restaurants, shops and massage parlours immediately outside, we ate well in the restaurants each night during our stay.
Although named a Spa hotel we never saw the Spa open, and nothing was advertised (treatments/ prices etc)
We arrived around 1pm (the transfer and arrival time arranged by our tour operator) We were advised check in time was 3pm. There was no attempt to prioritise the making up of our room. We were told to sightsee but as previously mentioned sightseeing opportunities are limited . After walking around the grounds we noticed that our luggage was left in the reception area by the porter, we asked for it to be moved into a secure place, it was placed on a luggage trolley, and left in the middle of reception! It soon became apparent that the hotel was sparsely occupied so I complained that we couldn't sightsee as our luggage wasn't secure and demanded an alternative room, reluctantly this was given.
We lost our internet connection in our room, we reported it to reception who advised they would report it to the IT department. No SLA was given and we heard absolutely nothing. The connection was never restored during our stay.
The evening before we left I advised we were to leave at 3.30am, although we had paid for bed and breakfast no breakfast box was provided.
