The Bad: Rooms quite old but spacious. Food is very average and the Seafood weren't fresh. Hard to get any service, trying to get a room service to order some food for my kid and aftet 15 minutes no one picked up the phone. The Good: Very good for family with lots of kids' activities. No need to go anywhere and spend most time at the hotel and its own beachfront (depending on the tides)

My child and I both like this hotel very much. The staff saw that I brought my child and upgraded us to a family room. My child was very happy because he had never slept on a bunk bed. Thank you very much! The view of the room is very good, facing the sea, without any obstruction, and the sunrise is beautiful. The bed is very comfortable. Although it is by the sea, the bedding does not feel damp at all, and we slept very well. Although the decoration style and details are a little old, there is no problem with the use of facilities. Although the hotel is a little far from the city, we felt that there was no need to go to the city during the few days we stayed there. There is a 7-11 on the street at the entrance of the hotel, there are several good and not expensive restaurants, and there is a massage shop. If there is a little regret, it is that there is no beach, which is limited by the geographical location, and it doesn’t matter to me. I think the air conditioning is still needed in Kid’s world, after all, March and April are the hottest time. In general, we are very satisfied with this hotel, the cost performance is super high, and we will definitely go there again in the future.

Summary: "Broken room (aircon, room door), broken lift, dirty bathroom, thin walls, poor management of the unfortunate situation" We stayed at deluxe/executive room with sea view - booked two room. The view of the paranomic sea was nice. But that's about it. When we got the room key, we found out that one of our room door was broken, so it took us a few hours before we could get in because maintenance guy needed to install the new door handle, upon fixing completion, we found out that aircon is VERY loud, bathroom in the other room is also dirty with blood stain on the floor. Not to mention, check-in process was long and hectic at the lobby. One of the three elevators is broken so it took forever to go up and down, we also found out that the wall is so thin so we can hear clearly what people were talking from the other room. We talked to the manager about this situation and requested to cancel and a refund, because we wanted to move to new hotel after being placed in such unfortunate conditio, the hotel manager said for us to call agoda ourselves, so best they could do is to change to the new rooms, by the time we can settled in the new bedroom it was almost 7 pm. We are very unhappy with the experience and how this situation was being managed, and by asking us to deal with agoda by ourselves for refund was not great. will never return.

Noo ChiangMai

234 rooms, the building is located far back from the shore allocating huge space for swimming pools and events purpose. All rooms - facing the sea with approx 20% partially blocked to the panorama sea view by adjacent big hotel. Breakfast is fully equipped, Thai, western and Chinese. Egg Benedict is cute.

The premium room is modern, spacious and has a great sea view. The bed is comfortable, large rain shower, smart TV with netflix etc. The breakfast has a fantastic selection of breads, cheeses, fruit, Thai fruit, Indian & Thai food. The hotel has a great range of amenities, especially for those with children. The only downside is that you really need your own transport as the hotel is about 30 mins from both Hua Hin & Cha Am.
