One of the best budget hotel options! You can easily walk to the beach. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. I especially appreciate the variety of TV channels and the comfortable bed. The only drawback is the smell in the lobby due to its proximity to the restaurant, but it's not a major issue. I also appreciate the friendly security guard, especially the older gentleman who works in the mornings.

The hotel is well located, has all the required facilities, rooms are clean and well kept. Restaurant serves excellent food. Room service is not there so you have to carry your food to the room in case you choose to snack in the room which is perfectly fine. The bakery items are good as well. Pet friendly

Food in the evening at the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was mediocre. The room was on the small size with a comfortable bed. Bathroom wasn't stocked with toothbrush, and other bathroom accessories. The blinds didn't cover the windows well so the sun woke you early. Unfortunately the traffic noise at times was also quite loud. The TV did have some English channels. We didn't use the pool. There was parking for our car.

Standard room was clean and quiet. Location was excellent between the beach, the night market and the city! Although the room was sufficient for our stay, the breakfast was unfortunately a disaster. Our first breakfast morning, I unknowingly took a coffee cup from the clean cup pile that still had a lipstick stain on it.. only got a “sorry” when I pointed it out. Not so much variation in the dishes served and some things ran out that were not refilled. We also found it unacceptable that the staff allowed a guest who seemed to be unwell to sneeze on multiple occasions in very close proximities to the entire breakfast buffet. You could tell that we were not the only ones annoyed with this.. Would consider staying here again, but most definitely without breakfast!

Doesn't provide the necessities like toothbrush/paste. Despite paying for additional adult rate, they do not provide any room change. Doesn't live up to the standard ibis for customer service and empathy. One can venture better accomodation around with the price paid. Disappointed with the hotel chain and did not expect it to happen at Hua Hin for our first time visit.

My friends and relatives have been going there for many years, the place is comfortable, rooms are clean. Don’t expect 5 star rooms but they’re definitely good enough. It’s close to the 2 main food markets In the area, about 10 mins walk. It’s right on the beach as well.

Had a great stay here! The highlight was the pool, although our "pool view" room overlooked an empty pool that looked like the start of a horror movie, but the pool on the other side had a great view of the ocean and was so relaxing. The room was beautiful and bed comfy. The area seems to be a bit out of the tourist area, but was a quick grab ride or tuk tuk ride away with great markets within walking distance over weekends. One minor complaint was getting the room cleaned.. sometimes at 3:40 pm the room is still unattended even tho we asked multiple times. Worth noting that the average age of people here a little older

The hotel is located about ten-minute drive from the town center. The two renowned weekend markets, namely Cicada and Tamarind, are within walking distance, offering plenty of food and shopping opportunities. The duplex rooms are spacious enough, though not particularly luxurious. The facilities, especially the TVs, are mediocre; they are not smart TVs, which means you cannot enjoy Netflix or any streaming on them. The staff may not be as helpful and friendly. However, considering the prices, it's worth your money.

Very rude and incompetent front desk. Hung up the phone before I could finish speaking. Told me there is no drinking water in the hotel when I went over to request or buy drinking water. Hot water is not working in the shower. The lists goes on. Do yourself a favor. Don't stay at this establishment.

We stayed on the smaller site. There are two sites, one traditional large hotel, the other cabin style. We got lucky and didn't have a neighbor so kids could be loud at night. The smaller site is very kid friendly: wading pool, playground, soft sand and beach close by. Water in this area is more green than clear, but it's not freezing. Breakfast is expensive, payed 990 for me and my wife, but they have amazing bread. You can even cut fresh loaves. Also omelet bar, bacon, as well as some Thai regular dishes.. Definitely more and better options than your traditional continental breakfast. The bigger hotel has the restaurants but there is a shuttle between, just ask the desk. DONT get the orange juice at the hotel restaurant. Expensive. Just get your kids water. But happy hour is great. Expect to pay around 300-400 baht per meal. Food is good.There's one by the water with less options, mostly pizza, that's a little pricier but with view of the ocean.

I had technical problems with the booking and in the hotel they sent us to their neighboring partner-hotel, then back to chalet again some waiting and finally got the room key. No excuses, no support, no introduction to the facilities. Staff could have been better. The hut is very nice and clean, it is just a few steps to pool&beach area.

I was there on 13-14.01.2023 at the regent bungalow. Facilities and maintenance are good. but, hugely disappointed by the receptionist, we didn't feel welcome. Bunch of kids sitting at the reception like government officers, don't smile, or even greets., They should be trained how to interact with guests. Can't believe the regent has a hospitality school, you guys teach hospitality while your employee doesn't know how to treat the guests., Highly dissatisfied with the receptionist. Train them!, Never going back
