Further inland, the mystical forests of Chiang Mai are the perfect backdrop for a heavenly honeymoon. For a luxury beach holiday to Thailand, there’s a myriad of choices to suit all of your needs. Laguna Phuket and Bang Tao are two of Phuket’s premier beachfronts, jam-packed with every amenity you could wish for. Thailand’s deep-rooted culture promises wondrous experiences across the varying landscapes. There’s plenty of festivals throughout the year, including the magical Lantern Festival in November, when the night sky of Chiang Mai is filled with glowing lights, and Thai New Year, also known as Songkran, in April, when locals come together to enjoy food, music, temple visits and water fights that signify cleansing and rejuvenation. Bangkok is home to Wat Phra Kaew, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, as well as the Grand Palace, Phuket boasts Wat Suwan Khiri Khret and the Big Buddha statue, located on the top of Nakkerd Hill, while Chiang Mai’s Wat Phra That Doi Suthep temple is situated at the top of a 306-step stairway. Thailand

Best Time To Visit

There is no better place than Thailand for unique experiences, and you can rely on the weather to come through for you too. Year-round sunshine is guaranteed, with temperatures remaining between an idyllic 25 and 30℃ – pure bliss! The best time to visit Thailand to ensure you can easily traverse the landscape, soak up the sun on the beach or tour the magnificent temples is between November and February. This is the dry season, when conditions are pleasantly warm with minimal rainfall. The wet season occurs between July and October, when the temperatures are at their hottest but there are heavier showers, especially in the north. Even so, showers tend to be in short bursts that won’t stop you from enjoying your surroundings for too long. Take a raincoat or find shelter in a café, bar or restaurant until it passes. The eastern regions tend to be the driest throughout the whole year, making Koh Samui and Koh Phangan excellent choices whatever time of year you travel.
