Great location easy to get to the Quay for restaurants and to the metro on Havelock Street. Clean rooms with good views over the local area. There is a bar and restaurant as well as a gym and pool. Helpful staff.

Hi all, sorry for my late review, we stayed here end of January and the plan was to stay an extra two nights but we didn't, mainly due to the standard of food and service there in the evenings (the service was overall totally underwhelming. But the hotel also miss leads people, the pool facilities are nothing like their website, and was in poor condition and no were to get a towel for the pool... maybe only a 2 star level! And the access to the pool area was like going through back of house areas. We moved to the Fort Canning hotel, which was better priced and such a great high quality hotel...

Cosy Miramar Hotel experience for us. We were grateful to the lady manager for a free room upgrade to a Premier room for our wedding anniversary. The room has pine wood furnitures which resembles those hotel we went in Kobe and Kyoto. Carpets and wash rooms furnishings are brand new. Very well maintained. Lengthy mirrors with great views. The mint and rosemary toiletries also smells wonderful. Huge restroom with long bath tub. The room is simply cosy. I brought my rubbish down the lift and asked for a chute and the male manager simply took over from me my trash. Then I asked for directions and concierge uncle was very friendly and jovial. Even the front desk, technician and housekeepers were friendly and very responsive. This hotel is highly under rated and the wonderful room and service exceeded our expectations. Thanks so much for a nice staycation. We shall patronise again for sure.

Really Enjoyable stay. From professional and prompt correspondence from Shaminne, to Shalone's trouble shooting skills and to Santhi's and Jaspreet's consistent assistance, thankfully it was a memorable part of the trip. Clean and spacious rooms and great pool, all parts of the stay were up to the mark. If I can again afford, I will be back and continue the fine service, this lovely Hotel has to offer.
