The hotel is located in a very convenient location super close to MRT and bus station. It has Clark quay and boat quay both at walkable distance. The staff very extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention to Yoke Ling and Justin for being kind during my stay and making sure everything was ok. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Had a nice stay here during the Blackpink concert weekend. It’s a solid budget hotel in a fantastic location near Clarke Quay. Having a convenience store right next door was so handy, and there are great restaurants nearby. I’m really happy with my stay. Thanks to Darroy and Justin for making the check-in and check-out process so smooth and quick!

The photos on booking are deceiving. Starting from entry to the hotel there are only stairs and no door person to help with luggage, check in was quick but incredibly pushy to install and download their app for check in Once you get into the elevator you realise how much is wrong with the hotel. The lift is at the wrong height to the ground on each floor so getting luggage in/out causes the wheels to get stuck Each floor has a horrible smell, you walk into your room and are greeted with a pungent stench of chemicals trying to cover up the poorly cleaned room Walls and corners in the room are damaged Bed is uncomfortable and a thin mattress There is literally zero sound proofing in this hotel. You can hear the conversation of someone down the hall at least 5 rooms down as if they were next to you Bathroom is absolutely disgusting with the shower actually above the toilet itself so there is no where dry in the room at all. We were told you need to pre heat the water in the room for 10 minutes or it will run cold I sat in the room contemplating leaving and after talking with staff who showed me another room on a different floor (it was exactly the same) and decided to cancel the booking due to the mentioned reasons after which I was told there was no way of a getting a refund as I'd booked through booking and gotten a cheaper room rate Digusting service from both the hotel and booking If I'd booked a hostel for $50 AUD a night, I might have accepted the quality For $210 AUD (at a discount might I add) per night I was astounded at the poor quality of hotel My suggestion is add $50 a night to your budget and go stay in a luxury hotel instead of this dump which will do absolutely nothing to accept their horrendous quality of a hostel, sorry 'hotel'

I stayed here overnight in transit through Singapore, and while there were definitely some highlights, there were also a few areas that need improvement. Positives first: The location is fantastic—extremely convenient and well-situated. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly customer-focused. We were checked in while seated, with the team coming to us and clearly explaining everything about the hotel. This level of hospitality was a real standout and very much appreciated after a long journey. However, the room itself fell short of expectations. There was visible black mould in the shower and also next to the bed head (see photos), which was concerning from a health and cleanliness perspective. The air conditioning was preset to 24°C and felt a bit stuffy, with no option to adjust the temperature. Additionally, there was noticeable dust in hidden areas like around the TV, and the LED light on the TV was very bright at night with no apparent way to turn it off. While I understand this is a budget hotel, cleanliness should be a non-negotiable, and the presence of mould suggests that the rooms may need more thorough servicing and perhaps some renovation work to bring them up to standard. In short, great service and location, but the room conditions need attention, especially with regard to hygiene and comfort.

Great hotel for our short stay in Singapore, perfect location with quick access to the MRT. Would highly recommend, although posting a 4 out of 5, purely on the fact that breakfast was sometimes lacking food and got busy quickly. Shout out to Amivah and Simon on the reception, really friendly and helpful, always made us feel welcomed - thank you!
