The cleanliness was good, but I was disappointed by the lack of variety in the food. There were very few vegetarian options. The restaurant constantly had a strong smell, and it wasn’t the usual food smell — it was something else entirely, which made my children very uncomfortable. The staff at the bar were particularly aggressive, which was very unpleasant. Honestly, this is not a holiday I would ever choose again. I came with my husband and two children, and unfortunately, it rained during the first two days of our stay. Although it was raining, the weather wasn’t severe, yet we were still unable to leave our room. I mentioned over the phone that we were really struggling and very hungry, and when I asked if we could order food to our room, I was told it would cost extra — despite the fact that walking outside was practically impossible. We asked for umbrellas or any sort of rain protection to be able to get to the restaurant, but they said everything was currently in use and it would take some time. Waiting would have meant missing the meal entirely. I don’t believe the staff were genuinely interested in helping resolve the issue or supporting us during a difficult moment. I will also be attaching videos showing the conditions we experienced.

We recently stayed at Marbella Hotel Corfu and were underwhelmed. While the resort is beautiful and well-kept, it’s very family-focused—often loud and chaotic. Kids were frequently unsupervised, making it hard to relax in shared areas. The beach area was a real letdown. Instead of sand, there are loungers on wooden platforms over brown dirt. It doesn’t feel like a beach at all—more like a man-made sun deck. If you're coming for a beach holiday, this isn't the place. Rooms look modern but lack soundproofing, and bathrooms offer little privacy—no doors, just open layouts, which can be awkward. Slippery, narrow tubs added to the inconvenience. In short, good for families who don’t mind noise and a fake beach. But if you’re after a quiet, relaxing getaway, I’d look elsewhere.

Great room but zero privacy in the bathroom. Just a glass sheet between the bathroom (including toilet) and bedroom. Super clean. Private pools - take the word private very lightly as we had a raised walkway running next to ours which runs past them all and EVERYONE stares in as they pass. There should be some sort of hedging or screening. Waiting staff were AMAZING together with cleaning staff. Staff on reception - different! I paid for the highest standard and with it comes little perks. 9’e being branded beach bags. Knowing this, I didn’t pack any. Beach bags were nowhere to be seen and so I requested the same from reception. She put it into her computer begrudgingly might I add but the same never turned up. I got the impression from the lady it was silly to be chasing a beach bag but as I hadn’t packed one, I was using a plastic carrier bag. If booking a bungalow suite with private pools, don’t expect a sun lounger. We had plentiful seating for the two of us (could seat 6) but nothing to sunbathe on. Again, I asked for at least one. All inputted into the computer, nothing turned up. There were 5 of us on this holiday over 2 separate accommodations. We asked for a taxi to Corfu but as there were 5 we would need a minibus. This was €75 each way! Looking forward one evening to the beach entertainment and when we arrived at the beach, entertainment had been cancelled due to what I can only imagine as the fact the beach bar had been hired out by an Israeli company for the evening. In our package we were entitled to free unlimited non motorised water sports for the duration. Great if you can access them as there are just a handful dealing with a hotel of hundreds of people. Pros - food and drink were excellent. Excellent waiting staff both in bar and restaurant. Extremely clean resort. Fantastic cocktails.

We were so excited about this holiday and all went well until we got to our room. We booked a Sea View Superior Family room - paying extra especially so we could have a memorable experience - and was given a room right next to the road with trees blocking the whole sea view on one side. And like a building site/ waste on the other side. (Pictures for reference - and the other room types are standard/ garden view/ normal sea view etc) It is NOTHING like what it advertises on the website. While the website states rooms could vary in layout etc and we totally understand. The discrepancy is unacceptable - given that we have paid extra to book this room type. We spoke to front desk twice and asked the manager to get back to us if at all possible to change to another room we haven’t got a reply for the 2 days we stayed so far. Not an explanation, not to speak to us to understand more - basically we hear nothing. It is our first time here and it was recommended by a friend. We were so ready to make this our annual trip with our little ones in the future if it turns out as great as it advertised but unfortunately will be looking somewhere else for the future. Purely based on the untrustworthy selling tactics.

A fantastic all inclusive hotel with great food and amenities, especially if you are travelling with small kids. The food was really good quality and very tasty. The cocktails and coffee were top quality - the ones you’d pay for at a food bar/cafe. We got the basic room they were offering and it was very good - spacious enough with a balcony and sizeable bathroom. They had a lot of activities for the kids all included in the price. They also offered free boat trips to Alice’s beach and to town. Finally, water sport equipment (kayaking etc) was free of charge and unlimited. The staff very friendly. Bear in mind though that there there are many families with young kids - so if you are travelling solo or as a couple then you might find it annoying/loud by the beach and pools etc.Overall a great stay and we’d definitely go back to the hotel!
