Great experience with the Premium all inclusive stay. We spent 3 nights here. The food is amazing. The staffs from the gate to reception and throughout, are so pleasant and very helpful. They even helped me jump Starr my rental car after we checked out. Beautiful views, boat trip flowers, multiple swimming pools. Also very family and children friendly.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a four-night, five-day vacation, with seven adults and three kids spread across four rooms, and it was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. The service was outstanding, and the all-inclusive deal was more than worth it—very generous with amazing food and special attention to details. We were celebrating our engagement, and the hotel made it even more special with a cake and balloons upon arrival. One of the kids also had a birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised us with another cake. They even booked us a table at an à la carte restaurant, which was part of the all-inclusive deal, and it was a great experience. We could order as many courses as we wanted, and everything was delicious. The facilities were well-maintained, especially the beach, which was absolutely beautiful. We had so much fun with the water sports section—everything from SUP to kayaks and paddle boats was included, and there was no waiting in line. The kids absolutely loved the water park section, and the kids club kept them entertained throughout the stay. Every evening, there was a different show or program, like live music, a fire show, or even bingo, which was a hit with both the adults and kids. What really stood out were the bars all around the property and the waitstaff who were always wandering around, ready to bring us whatever we needed. It felt like everyone was truly out of their way to make us happy. We asked for a late check-out, and the hotel was very accommodating. They even let us use the facilities until we left. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel!

This place is absolutely amazing. Food and drink are top-notch, the service is incredible too. The location is great, especially as it is only 30mins from the airport. The rooms offer great views are done to a very high standard This is our third stay and we are looking forward to returning next year. Nothing to fault, especially if you are a family.

Spent a week at this property and completely blown away by everything! A 5 star property in true sense - rooms are modern and spacious. The landscape, pools, the water slides are a delight! We took an all inclusive package which meant chips, ice creams and pizzas by the pool. If you are travelling with kids, you know just how much joy these amenities can bring about :) Everything in the buffet spread was delicious every single day. Which is a first for us given how run of the mill these buffets can get. The restaurants on the property are quite good too! By the sea with a beachfront and just 30 mins from the airport and from the old city, so the location is quite convenient too. Lots of activities for the entire family. Will definitely come back!

We have to say that the staff are exceptional, all staff are so friendly and helpful from the ladies who look after your rooms, to the check in staff and all the staff in the restaurants and especially Jim at the pool bar and Mo at the beach amongst many others. The food is fantastic especially if you are with kids, you won't go hungry here. It would have been nice to have been able to get some cake around 5pm as there are so many out at breakfast, to just have a snack between lunch and dinner. Also for the amount of kids it would be great if the hotel invested in a playground or play area with slides and swings etc. Also even though the weather is hot during the day it would be good to have at least 1 heated swimming pool as the pools are so cold and the Waterpark that is amazing even for us adults with kids, the kids come off with blue lips as the water going upto the slides is freezing cold and everyone we met said the same thing, it's too cold for more than 1 or 2 go's. Even for me at 6ft3 tall I was freezing! As said, having never done an all inclusive we absolutely loved it and the kids had the best time which for us is what it's all about. Other than some little bits here and there where you can make improvements for the kids and adults we would definitely return as we loved the room, the staff and the experience. I was apprehensive at first but I've been converted. Just a quick mention that when the hotel is busy it would be great in the main buffet to step the amount of people as otherwise it can be at full capacity or even more and the queues are so long when you have 3 young children who are hungry and you have to push in rather than wait for 20 mins in a queue to get some pasta etc. Again we will definitely return!!
