One of the best experiences of my life. Excellent staff. Excellent rooms. Beaches are great. This s the only place in UAE where we can see and feel the waves. Awesome pools and recreational areas. Kudos on maintaining this hotel.

Negative comments: 1. They will not allow you to order food from outside. If you do, you will have to collect your food from the gate which is like half kilometer away from the hotel reception for they do not allow deliveries within their premises! Poor Talabat delivery guys, they were waiting for us in the heat outside and at the gate! 2. Beware of their cleaners, they are little spies! 3. The buffet spread is not exciting. They had a big spread of buffet, however, the soups (in the morning) were the same every day. 4. Chefs and/or cooks tend to ignore you if you are not local or western. 5. The baby pool/slide is dry, far and not connected, nor near where most people are having fun. The baby pool/slide is really a disappointment! You will feel like you are not with the crowd as it is in an isolated place! 6. The equipment like phone and lamps are ancient. The gray phone is already turning yellow. They need to replace old things. 7. If there is a party going on next to the pool with loud music, it can be heard up in the rooms. Positive comments: 1. The hotel room is huge! I suggest, ask for a room with a balcony so you can enjoy the view at night. 2. The swimming pool is perfect for small people as the water height is not high 3. The hotel location is nice, which is next to the beach. 4. The jacuzzi is good though a bit scary if you are alone in the room. 5. The lady Indian Director is an asset who sits at the reception! She is super accommodating and responds to queries and requests right away.

This is our go-to hotel for a staycation in al Aqah, fujairah. We come here every couple of years from 8 years, so we stayed here multiple times. Unfortunately this time it is different. This time I felt lack of cleanliness in rooms and around pool. The towels in bathrooms are old and yellowish (this is the most disturbing thing). The hotel is becoming old as well, it needs maintenance. We had buffet dinner, the buffet is poor in food varieties. There was one chicken option (chicken legs), 2 meat options, one fish and one shrimp. The Indian options mostly are vegetarian (no byriani or butter chicken, .. ) The breakfast buffet was fine. I hope they take these comments into consideration so we can keep coming here to enjoy this hotel.

Wonderful experience, the hotel is amazing with a very nice view and atmosphere. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and all of them are very helpful and professional. Bin the manager welcomed us during checkin then she made our day by sending us to our room a special gift which was a flowers bouquet. I highly recommend this hotel to enjoy the vibes of uae mountains with high customer service.
