During our stay at the hotel, we would especially like to highlight the work of the staff. The team was attentive, genuinely involved, and truly focused on guests’ comfort. All requests were handled promptly, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. Special thanks to the bar staff, particularly Kennedy and Peggy. They showed sincere care, made a real effort to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience, coordinated everything efficiently, and paid close attention to details. We especially appreciated their thoughtful attitude toward the children and their attentiveness to our personal preferences. It is employees like them who truly shape the overall impression of the service.

- Beach Bar staff could have been more since the hotel was busy, they can’t handle amount of the guests - especially on a weekend. - Check in experience : one of the more unpleasant and dissatisfactory check ins in a long time. Reception desk staff (new girl) didn’t explain at all where all FB outlets located in the hotel AND most importantly the timings of breakfast , lunch ; dinner etc. This is our first stay at the property ; so obviously we are clueless and need guidance once we check in. I just paid the amount and that was all. When I asked her senior colleague, why they didn’t explain they both told me I’ve read and signed a policy (4-5pgs)…. so basically I’m expected to read and memorise what I read and sign in 30-60 seconds while trying to check in as fast as I can ? The front desk staff main defence and reason was that I was sent hotel policy by email by reservations. So; basically the expectation is that the guest come prepared with info memorised? - For us with regards to pet accessible areas it’s mandatory to be explained since we have a dog - not give 5 pgs to read which I had to sign and give back. First time in the UAE we are facing pets are not allowed on the beach and not allowed in any outlets in outside seating area! And you are a pet friendly hotel- that’s insane. You better decide - are you pet friendly or not. There’s no dedicated areas in buffet for pets owners , in other hotels we always have. So basically you can’t take your pet to any restaurant or buffet here. Only one positive person - Sayeed Ibrahim from house keeping did a good job and the staff in the buffet restaurant as well as lady in Lobby level lounge were always very helpful and attentive. - another star of the hotel is Peggy - amazing girl at Lounge restaurant, very smart and helpful, hire more ppl like her - Rooms could do with an upgrade and renovation - Masala restaurant : food items on the set menu (UAI package) can be better , def room for improvement in terms of taste and quality. - Lastly; hotel could do with more diversity in terms of geographic profile of guests booking at the hotel. It seemed as if 90-95% of the hotel was booked out by one large travel tour group operator for one main geo source. Overall, the hotel does not reflect that of a five star rating / classification.

Leisu Mon

This is my second time visit to the hotel and I was very excited to come back but compared to my first visit, the room I got is feeling old and outdated. Old TV, old floor, old fridge which doesn’t cold , old bath tub. The lounge restaurant used to be beautiful in outside seating but now look like abandoned place. Breakfast have very limited options and food was definitely not 5 stars quality. Staffs are very friendly and helpful though. They only have one ala carte restaurant except the lounge, which is Indian restaurant. We had mix grill, which I felt like they get it from buffet.With the price of 160aed,it’s definitely not worth it. Dal makhani and garlic nan was nice. Service staffs look struggling and quite challenged to get their attention. The pool was warm and that is plus point. Overall, love the place and people but will not be rush to be back.

The hotel is conveniently located and super quiet. There is a grand view and a very friendly staff. The food is great. The restaurant staff is dedicated and professional. Mr. Agajan speaks many languages and is interested in foreign countries and cultures. A true gentleman with a great sense of humor and a smile on his face. We will miss that a lot once back to Europe!

We had a wonderful staycation at this hotel and it turned out to be extra special. The reception staff Ibrahim was incredibly kind and generous. When he learned it was our anniversary, they surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful sea-view suite & an amazing cake to celebrate . The room, the view, and the overall hospitality made our celebration unforgettable. Truly appreciate their thoughtful service — highly recommended.
