We had such a great experience thanks to Dayana at the reception! She was so helpful and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. You could tell she really pays attention to guests’ needs and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone so kind and attentive — she truly made our visit so special. We truly appreciate her excellent service — she’s a great asset to the hotel team! Thank you for the wonderful service! We will definitely be back.

I am very pleased with a service first of all. I want to leave my feedback to Ms. Ruwani. She was so amazing while registering us. Everyone in the hotel is so friendly , supportive . I am very glad with team’s service. The hotel area is quite huge and pleasant. A lot of greenery and birds around . Recommend this spot as well

Highly recommended..!! Thanks to miss Ruwani in the reception desk, she's very helpful and accommodating. Unexpectedly she upgraded us to a Villa. Thanks to her..! 👍🙂 The resort was so great for a family staycation. They have all the amenities, my son enjoyed a lot in their kids pool.The breakfast buffet was also great.. We really enjoyed our stay in the resort. 👍👍😊

The hotel is perfect for a relaxing stay. The beach is very close, and the water is simply amazing. September was a great time to visit - the weather was wonderful. The staff were very polite and responsive, always ready to help. This is definitely a family-friendly hotel, quiet and comfortable. I especially appreciated the daily cleaning - everything was spotless. A special thanks to Ambar, who cleaned our room so well and was always very polite.

Fantastic hotel! We are staying here right now and our vacation is coming to the end. We (a family with a daughter) are living in a Premium Suite on the ground floor. The room is spacy, beds are comfortable. There are several pools and snack and drinks cafes on the beach. Special THANKS to room cleaning guys Karthikeyan and Durkesh who made our stay here pleasant and comfortable due to high quality cleanings of our suite every day - towels' changing, making our beds, good cleaning of the shower room, everything was really perfect!!! Hotel restaurant is amazing too. Every dish is delicious and there is a great variety of food every time. A guy who makes omelettes in the restaurant - you make the most delicious omelettes)) Guys in the restaurant care about cleanliness and you will never find any dirty tables there. So I can honestly say that this hotel is perfect for family vacation and I'd like to come back here one more time!
