I am in favor of 5 start on the service especially on the room cleanliness. Breakfast is good and the crew name Melanie is very helpful in assisting me with the coffee machine when it broke.
The only thing that I don't like is fishing is not allowed in this area. Hotel should provide a fishing area or spot for the tourist. This is one activity that people can come back and check in again.

Very nice and friendly hotel, great location, nice and sandy beach with willing service. But what excels the most is the food. Many kinds of cuisine, everyone can pick up the best for him or herself, even kids. We were very satisfied with our waitress Melanie. She was always willing, smiling and very nice. We were very satisfied and hope we will visit this place once more at least.

If I was the one who's rating the hotels I would not give more than 2-3 stars for this hotel.
To have an old facility does not mean not keeping it well-maintained or clean.
This hotel is very old, has never been maintained since its foundation, and has not been clean-will.
It isn't worth the value that paid for it, which you can pay in a five-star hotel in other Emirates with a much better quality of service.
I know they will not listen to me, and they will not bother themself to even call.
I will try to raise this issue with the Department of Tourism.

Not recommended.
But that doesn't mean mentioning that they have very good staff, like Mr Ahmed's receptionist, Mr Ahed in the restaurant.
They were very welcoming, very helpful and professional, to be honest, they deserve a better place and environment to work in.

I would like to express my gratitude to Kennedy, the waiter, for the excellent service during our visit to the hotel restaurant. He proved to be a true professional: always attentive, quick to respond to our requests, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. His efficiency and friendliness deserve special recognition. Kennedy does an outstanding job, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you so much for such high-quality service!

The resort itself feels a bit outdated.
The lobby isn’t inviting at all, it dark and cramped.
Room needs renovation.
TV- needs maintenance.
Shower- no hot water even after waiting for 10 minutes.
Pillows- needs to be replaced.
Changing table- The restrooms next to the breakfast/dinner hall don’t have a changing table, which is weird, considering it’s a family resort.

The food spread is decent as well.
The staff of the resort are really nice.
Dinesh (from Nepal) and Kennedy (from Nigeria), from the breakfast/dinner buffet, took very good care of us throughout our stay. So 5 starts for them ✨
