I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was consistently excellent from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I especially want to mention Benjamin, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. His professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next visit.

We had such a great experience thanks to Dayana at the reception! She was so helpful and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. You could tell she really pays attention to guests’ needs and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone so kind and attentive — she truly made our visit so special. Came to Fujairah for some fun with my pet and was honestly shocked to find out the Radisson Blu allows pets. I have a huge dog, so I was pretty skeptical about what their "pet-friendly" policy really meant. Next thing I knew, I was walking with him right through the lobby, and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and kind. It’s just a lovely place. We checked out the dog park, which is a bit small, but honestly, the walk to get there was so refreshing it felt like a park in itself. My dog was so happy. The best part is that the beach is pet-friendly too! The whole beachfront is beautiful, and I'm already looking forward to maybe staying here for a few nights. They even had an outdoor bar area where our pet was allowed to sit right with us. It served the same nice comfort food as the restaurant inside. The only "issue" is that if you want to eat with your pet, it has to be outdoors, but since it's winter now, it was perfect and totally worth it. I seriously recommend the Radisson, both as a great hotel and as a genuinely pet-friendly place to visit.

The location is amazing, the beach is wonderful, yet the rooms were old and needed maintenance, you check in after 3 and you are not allowed to swim after 6 (except in 1 pool). The next day you check out at 12 and you cannot swim before 8:30-9 am. The breakfast was not the best with limited options. You sense that the whole place is understaffed and service is slow. But the location is amazing and if they renovate and increase staff would be amazing.

This hotel is a hidden gem for families 😍 We’ve been here just a weekend, but it was amazing. The hotel is big… They have 5 pools and huge private beach with a lot of sunbeds. They even have a pet friendly beach which is very rare. I would like to mention İbrahim from reception who really made a big difference from the entrance and check in. He gave us a better room and helped with all the information and requests. We really appreciate that… As well, Isaac from the beach bar… He was working alone, but still was managing everything perfectly and helping a lot. He is very professional and attentive. Thanks a lot ☺️🙏🏻 Housekeeping is also very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a bit old, but people here make a big difference 😍❤️ And one recommendation to change beach towels, which are quite old 🥲 Definitely recommend and will come back Thanks a lot everyone ☺️🙏🏻
