We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible 5-star luxury hotel Fairmont Fujeirah Beach Resort and it truly exceeded every expectation. The property itself is absolutely stunning—elegant design, spotless rooms, and an atmosphere that radiates sophistication from the moment you walk in. But what made this stay unforgettable wasn’t just the beauty of the hotel—it was the people. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive, creating a level of comfort that you simply can’t put a price on. A special mention has to go to Zakaria at the front desk. His friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care set the tone for my entire stay. From the very first interaction, he made us feel valued and taken care of. It’s employees like him who elevate a great hotel into an exceptional one. At the end of the day, many hotels are beautiful—but it’s the staff who make the real difference. And here, the team truly shines. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to return!

The hotel is great. Staff are friendly, ambience is great. Pool timing is a bit bad as it’s only open till sunset. Fun activities for families during the evening. Good breakfast and lunch. The staff at Canvas seem a bit rude. Overall good experience. Must visit.

We booked a 2 night / 3 day stay. Overall, the experience was very good. The staff were very courteous. The rooms were excellent with good view of the ocean. A couple of things to know before you book... The facility doesn't have a water park... Just pools. Also, the pools are off-limits after sunset. The food was good, with decent variety. Location is good with plenty of diving centres nearby to book Snorkeling / Diving / Jet Skis etc. (in advance).
