It was a great experience. This place is a must visit. The view is great the breakfast was amazing and our house keeping was awesome. Our house keep staff Ahmed was really cute. He did a great job and left us an adorable treat that made me and my son laugh.

Been here during the recent holidays, must say the location is best part of this resort. Service was OK , what surprised me was, the attitude of the staff on services, though friendly ,whenever you ask for an extra service, they will immediately let you know the price tag, and ask you for the mode of payment. It just gives a feeling to the customer that they don’t trust you. Overall , the stay was pleasant.

The Wilburnator
We absolutely loved the place! The reception area was so beautifully decorated, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The only hiccup was that the beds in our twin double room were a bit small for two adults, so we decided to upgrade to a suite for £600 for 7 nights. It was totally worth it though, as the suite was fantastic! The pools and beach were wonderful, and the kids had a blast at the inflatable park, although we did notice some changes in the opening hours due to the heat. The food was good, but it did get a bit repetitive after a few days. Overall, we had a great time!

Your experience starts with any resort when you check in and it was wonderful at this facility. We booked two rooms but had kids, Miss Ragil was kind enough to provide us free upgrade and arranged two adjacent rooms with amazing views Room service is top notch and super fast whenever you need anything. Views from balcony are amazing. Pools in hotel are separate for adults and families and are super clean amd well maintained. Beach is also nice, though not big enough but overall its enjoyable. Breakfast can be improved a little bit by adding more options Overall its worth it.

We had an amazing stay in the hotel. All the staff are so professional, especially Ragil who is truly accommodating. She is very helpful and guided us with all our questions and needs. Will definitely come back.
