We had a very pleasant 4-night stay at the resort and overall were truly impressed by the level of service offered. Although there was a small hiccup with the initially allocated room, the team handled it efficiently and quickly rebounded by providing us with a better and much cleaner room, which we really appreciated. The service throughout our stay was awesome. A special mention to Gufran from the concierge team, who was a real help in guiding us and assisting with transport options. I would strongly recommend anyone visiting this resort to ask for his support. Kiran from the restaurant team also stood out—he was thoughtful in recommending dishes, energetic in his role, and made dining a delightful experience. His team members were equally approachable and even remembered our food preferences during the stay, which added a very personal touch. We would also like to give a special mention to Ahmed and Aromal from the housekeeping team, who maintained the room to a very high standard and were instrumental in ensuring cleanliness and comfort throughout our stay. Overall, we were really impressed by the hospitality and service. Just a couple of small suggestions from our end: It would be great if the furniture and balcony are cleaned prior to guest arrival, as the initially allocated room was really dusty. Providing more frequent shuttle services to the city centre would be very beneficial for guests. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be visiting again.Thank you for a memorable experience.

An incredible hotel with wonderful staff, excellent service, stunning ocean views, and amazing cuisine. I am incredibly satisfied with my stay here. I would like to give special thanks Oliver, Myat,Phone, and beautiful girl Lani for the outstanding service, warm smiles, and genuine dedication to their work. And the chefs — pure love. If I could give an extra five stars just for them, I absolutely would. Plus many thanks for Rafik our concierge for helping us to take a transfer.

The stay was excellent. The resort offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and relaxation. The facilities were well maintained, the surroundings were beautiful, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff were consistently professional, courteous, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Specially, Mr. Haris, Mr. Zakariya and Miss Gul Zina. I was particularly impressed with the quality of service and the attention to detail throughout the stay.

Had a pleasant stay at Fairmont Fujairah. We had a great time. However, we were a bit skeptical about food as we saw limited options inside and around the hotel. But one of the staff members named Kiran understood our situation and helped us overcome our special dietary requirements which we never saw it coming. It made our stay more special and we felt more welcomed. The rooms are spacious and the views are great. The pool is options are very good and no overcrowding at all. The location is just perfect as you face the sea on one side and mountains on the other side. The valet was very quick to get the car less than 5mins. Hotel staff was very responsive to take our requests quickly. No waiting time to checkin or checkout. Everything was smooth and quick. Highly recommend. May stay again.

Very peaceful and relaxing location. Lovely public spaces, but the level of service from the staff was the. most impressive part of our stay. Kiran, Chantelle, Lani and Muhammed all contributing to a most memorable stay. Service was attentive and professional, and we were made to feel like special guests and nothing was too much trouble for all the staff, and those we have not mentioned. Lovely room and comfortable bed and linen.
