I have just returned yesterday from an amazing two week stay at this hotel. Where do I start…. Angelica, who looked after my room and was always the first person I saw when leaving my room. She looked after me so well and it was great to see a friendly face first thing in the morning, wishing me a great day. The reception team who greeted me late at night on my arrival where so welcoming, including the food packet they had prepared for as as my arrival was so late. They continued to assist me throughout my stay, even smiling through my somewhat silly questions. Working myself in the hotel business I was so surprised at the work the bar staff put into their jobs, seemingly with no effort. He told me I had to mention him so, “Luis you where amazing” 🤣 although I think Jose Luis was definitely the star, trying to teach new Spanish words when he could. The entertainment was also great and in short… a perfect holiday. Just need to find a holiday company that covers my next holiday at his location and I can not wait to get back next year, this time for 3 weeks. Thank you so much for a great time. Philip

This was me and my boyfriend’s first time going to Tenerife and we loved it! The hotel itself was amazing. It had plenty of bars and pools for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the roof top bar as you could watch the sunset over the ocean while enjoying your drinks. The staff as well are super friendly and approachable. Rooms are a big thing for me and the rooms were beautiful super clean and spacious. I don’t usually go back to the same places but if I was to go to Tenerife again I’d come back here.

On arrival at the hotel there was an error in the number of rooms we had booked. 2 booked but only one available. This was resolved. We couldn't fault the hotel in terms of location and cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and food was good. Entertainment was also good. View from rooftop bar was amazing!
Only downside is that on the day of checkout we were unable to keep our rooms for a couple extra hours and we were not made aware of this until the morning of checkout despite being told the night before to come to reception at 8.30am to find out if room available or if not could book a time slot for the shower room. However enquiring on morning of checkout we were told it was the "luck of draw" and the earlier you checkout the higher chance of getting the shower room. However no one could let us know how many slots were available until we checked out. We feel it would of been better if this
was made clearer the night before.

We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a family suite with a sea view and are happy to recommend it. It has a double bedroom plus a living room with a sofa bed for your kids. The hotel is new, and you can feel the quality here, along with its prime location, which is about a 10-minute walk to the beach ⛱️ 😀 There is a small gym for adults and a kid-friendly area.
The on-site hotel parking is €12 a day, which we felt was steep, considering all the roadside car parking is free.
We had an all-inclusive package and enjoyed the drinks, treats, etc.
One main disadvantage is that during the food buffet service, most dishes lack the name or contents of the dish. As a result, we couldn't try out many dishes due to food allergies and limitations. The hotel should seriously look at this deficit. That said, they have a good selection of fruits, desserts, freshly made pasta, steaks, etc.
We got a full body massage also, and it was a relaxing experience.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Fabio at the reception was exceptionally helpful, and Vicky, our cleaning lady, kept the room immaculate.

I'm here right now. Buffet is ok for breakfast or lunch but the quality of the meat for your main is terrible. Always tough and full of fat, be it steaks, pork or even chicken!
We were half board, but they're like fascists if you want to swap your dinner for lunch that day. Insisting it must be done the day before. As the dinner is so poor we opted to do this from day 2.
Family pool is good. Receptionists are mixed, some lovely, some terribly grumpy. Cleaners, servers and bar staff all nice enough.
A lot of people may have lower standards than us when it comes to food so it'll completely be good for many. If you're a bit of a foodie, give this place a miss.
Also they sell inflatable rings in the shop but you're not allowed to use them in the pool!?
Anyway I won't be back but not having a terrible time.
