I stayed at the GF Isabel Hotel in Costa Adeje from 9th–16th September and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so pleasant, always greeting you with a smile and a hello as you passed. The attention to detail with the maintenance of the hotel was excellent. Each morning you could see staff working hard, whether it was cleaning the grounds, cutting the grass, or carrying out painting, which really showed how well-kept the hotel is. A special mention has to go to Alexander, the Guest Relations Manager, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. On our first night, as we arrived late, he went above and beyond by helping us get pizza from a local takeaway. At checkout, he took the time to chat with us about Tenerife and shared stories about growing up in Miami, Florida, which really made us feel valued as guests. We stayed in one of the one-bedroom bungalows, which was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was a great space to relax in after a day out. For sunbathing, we used the smaller pool near the kids’ club, which was much quieter than the main pool and almost felt like a hidden gem that many people seemed to overlook. It was perfect for a more peaceful experience. We booked bed and breakfast, and the breakfast was very nice with a good selection. Being able to sit outside in the morning sun while enjoying breakfast was a real highlight. The entertainment was what you would expect from a hotel. Some nights I really enjoyed it, and other nights less so, though plenty of guests seemed to be having a great time regardless. The hotel reception was excellent for ordering taxis. Each time we requested one, it arrived within minutes. Getting to Siam Park and Las Americas was quick and easy by taxi, and the fares were very reasonable. The location is excellent, not too busy in September but close enough to everything you would want. There are two Hiperdino supermarkets nearby, the Costa Adeje strip with its restaurants, bars, and live music is just a 10 minute walk away, and The Duke Shops are also very close, offering a good mix of dining and shopping options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at GF Isabel. Great service, comfortable accommodation, and a lovely atmosphere. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

We can confidently give this hotel 5 stars. When we arrived, we had one unpleasant surprise – a cockroach in the room – but reception immediately gave us another clean room. The food was good and fresh, rooms were always clean with fresh towels, and any issues were quickly solved. The kids loved the evening disco and shows. As for the gym – just ask for a card at reception and you can use it for your whole stay. We also loved that the hotel even had a little house for the cats living around, cared for and fed by the staff – a big plus in our opinion. After checking out, we still had access to clean towels, showers, and could leave our luggage in the designated area (at our own responsibility). The hotel has its own clear rules – for example, the pool was open from 10am to 6pm, and large inflatable boats were not allowed. Overall, we are very satisfied and the hotel is worth its price.

Arrived with children late at night to be put in a room with leaking water from the bathroom light and loght not working. Was told to wait while they tried fixing this. Then said they could fix it in the morning. So expected us to have no bathroom light and water dripping from the roof all night with a 3 years old and a 5 month old. Was not impressed! Eventually got upgraded to a villa and was told we would be moved back to the room when fixed but fortunately managed to keep the villa. Apart from this issue when we arrived everything has been fine so far. The old man on receptions was very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast is mediocre but plenty selection. Pool is great but entertainment is a bit of a hit or miss. Also like any other hotel you have the idiots that keep loungers half the day but are no where to be seen.

Beautiful hotel, great for couples & Families. Staff were great, entertainment was great and varied. Food was what is as expected of a large hotel/resort, the usual large trays of food, well presented and good choice just wasn’t to our taste. Breakfast was decent but we didn’t eat dinner after the first night as we just didn’t enjoy it. Made the all inclusive feel not worth the extra. My biggest disappointment was the lack of a cider (4/5 being available for extra) and only 3 cocktails that were included in the all inclusive with the vast majority being extra. This however wouldn’t put me off booking again, rather something to be aware of. Overall had a great stay , if we book again we would book bed & breakfast.

Everything about the hotel is great. But the only issue i had was the apartment rooms you can hear absolutely everything above you with scraping chairs to your next door neighbour coughing sneezing talking it's just not sound proof at all don't know about the bungalows like maybe thats different. I did have to wait nearly 4hrs for my room even tho I arrived at 1230pm. Not much choice for kids on the food selection but the beers wasn't watered down like other hotels. Asking g for taxis and things like that no problem all done for you. Asking for a fan a safe towels for the pool etc all free not like other hotels. Another thing I liked was you wasn't allowed to put your towels down till 10am hate them people who put them down at 6am then never turn up all day so that was good. Rooms were clean but I found the apartments out dated maybe thats the character of the building. It's near to the centre not a far walk to the beach or shops
