We stayed here in July 2024, my wife and I with our three young children and had a wonderful holiday. We all felt really safe in the confines of the hotel, and the staff were all fantastic. They all seemed happy in their work and genuinely wanted to ensure that families enjoyed their holiday. The breakfast buffet was excellent and there were a good choice of three swimming pools for children of different ages and ability. We were also able to easily get ourselves some sun loungers each day near the second largest pool. Our kids have never wanted to go to holiday clubs in previous holiday, but they wanted to try this one which runs morning and afternoon for 90 minute session each time. And I’m pleased to say that all three of them absolutely loved it thanks to the excellent staff. The club also gave the kids some variety during the day between going to the holiday club and playing in the pools with us. We can’t wait to return next summer and have already booked for August 2025.

Great holiday with many good facilities. Lovely pool area, spotlessly clean all of the time. All communal areas kept clean. Staff are very polite and friendly and very helpful with any questions. Rooms cleaned every day and fresh towels if you need them. Location is excellent for the big shopping centre and access to promenade and beach.

We have just returned for an amazing 8 nights here. We loved it all, the rooms were great, beds were really comfy and they set up a fold out bed for my 3 yr old at our request, always clean and the cleaning staff are great. There are 3 pools, the main one can be quite busy but we found if we went to the little one at the back it wasn't so busy. The kids pool is great for little ones and a playground next to it. The food is good not the most amazing food but it is what you would expect. My little one loved the chocolate cakes for pudding and the dinner staff were always great with him. The mini disco in the evenings is awesome for the kids. There is plenty to do around the hotel nothing is too far a walk, yes there is hills but we didn't think they were that bad. I would highly recommend going here with family incredible holiday

We came here for a short break in June of this year. On arrival we were told our room was not quite ready and was given a voucher for a free drink of our choice. They also took our phone number so they could ring us when our room was ready. When it was ready we were escorted by a member of staff to our apartment we had booked. But we found we had been upgraded to a Bungalow instead of the room we booked. Very nicely set out with all mod cons you would need. Also had our very own sun terrace with table and sun loungers. We were only bed and breakfast, but there was plenty of choice. Overall a great place, good location, great value for money and highly recommend.

Just finished 10 days stay at the Isabel (self catering) , first time here, we stayed in the Best Jacaranda last year and overall prefer Isabel. Honest review: Bungalows are great size which made us pick this place over Jacaranda, nice to have sofa bed in the lounge so it feels like a two bedroom. Rooms are clean and spacious, plenty of storage and TV in both bedroom and lounge (although not smart TVs) Air conditioning is very good. Couple of negatives, can’t flush toilet paper (this wasn’t the case at Jacaranda which is round the corner) and our toilet would either not flush properly or constantly flush, slight annoyance but no big deal. Nice to have our garden space with patio table and chairs (note no sun loungers which is a bit misleading from Jet2 adverts) Service exceeded what we would have expected, we arrived late at night but check in was super quick and they insisted on taking our luggage from us and escorting us to our room. All staff we encountered were very pleasant. Daily housekeeping, clean towels everyday and bedding changed upon request. Appreciated that if we were still getting ready when she came, she would come back later rather than missing us out. Towels are also provided everyday at the poolside by the lifeguard which was handy. Pools - this is where the Jacaranda wins to be honest, the main pool here is limited, big inflatables are not allowed and there are not enough sun loungers for the size of the hotel (yes there are 10am sun lounger races and if you don’t join them, you won’t get a lounger until at least 4pm) Shame that they don’t either get more loungers or at least have a policy to stop people reserving them and then not using them for hours. The pool is probably the only thing that would make me think twice about coming back here. Location - 10 minute walk to the front, Siam bus stop literally a couple of minutes walk, so is the Duke Shopping Centre and market. Plenty of shops / restaurants / bars within walking distance and taxi rank right outside. Can’t comment on food or entertainment as we were self catering and like to go out of an evening. Overall lovely holiday
