Just got back from holiday and I'm still impressed with the service and the hospitality staff. Let's start with Nuria at the Front Desk – she was amazing and very helpful. Also, Silvia in the restaurant, along with Lola, took care of us every evening. We been a big family of 8 members, Silvia make sure to arrange a table for us so we can have our dinner together. So nice of her! I would like to mention also how great is the hotel to be part of the Sustainability incentive program. Thank you to everyone for the amazing stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights all inclusive… All inclusive value: very good selection of drinks, proper Coca Cola on tap, beer very good and decent selection of wines. Food was below average, not much on offer and all very British orientated - chips, chicken breast etc. **** room: basic but clean, stayed in family suite which was lovely with beautiful views of the sea, bathroom could do with a refurbishment as very old fashioned. Bed comfy however and room very clean. **** Entertainment in evening: nothing, not even music. Lacks ambience, needs some music. Seats in main seating area falling apart by bar, needs replacing. ** Pool: uncomfortable sun beds. *** Service: all staff very very friendly, especially Cristina working at the bar, kudos to all the staff for making the experience friendly and welcoming. ***** Overall worth just about 4 stars, would recommend but don’t expect Luxury.

Great hotel right by the ocean. Food was great, super friendly staff. Spacious rooms with a beautiful ocean view, although in places they show they are due a renovation. Very clean nonetheless. Quiet place. The pool is also a nice little gem. Highly recommend!

My recent stay at this hotel was, unfortunately, a rather disappointing experience. While the prospect of a comfortable and enjoyable stay was what I had in mind, the reality fell short in several aspects. Firstly, the cleanliness of my room left much to be desired. The floor retained a sandy feel, which was quite unpleasant while walking barefoot. This immediately set a tone for my stay, highlighting a lack of attention to detail in maintaining the room's cleanliness. Moreover, the room's maintenance seemed to have been neglected. The light on the balcony was out of order, contributing to an unwelcoming atmosphere during the evening hours. Additionally, the wallpaper was peeling off, and the ceiling was in dire need of a fresh coat of paint. These issues collectively detracted from the comfort and aesthetic appeal of the room. A significant shortfall was the absence of basic amenities. Essentials such as water, coffee, a shower cap, and toilet rolls were not readily available in the room. The necessity to request these items felt like an unnecessary inconvenience, deviating from the standard hospitality one would expect. The service experience, particularly at the reception, was underwhelming. Information provided during my stay was not particularly helpful. A notable instance of this was the confusion surrounding a packed lunch for an early morning excursion. Despite observing a precedent where another couple received a packed breakfast due to their early checkout, my request was denied with the explanation that it needed to be ordered in advance. This inconsistency in service was frustrating and conveyed a sense of unpreparedness to accommodate guests' needs effectively. Overall, my stay at the hotel was marred by issues related to cleanliness, maintenance, amenity provision, and service quality. These elements combined to create an unwelcoming and unpleasant hotel experience. It's disheartening to report that this hotel did not meet the expectations set by its advertised offerings, and improvements in these areas are crucial for future guests.

Stayed in the hotel for 7 nights. I have to say, all in all not the worst stay. But there are many things that need to be improved to be a 4star hotel. The entrance hall of the hotel is fantastic designed with lots of seating areas. The pool area is lovely but also quite outdated and would be in need of a few repairs. Our room was big and had a huge and comfy bed. The room had an overall nice design. Unfortunately there are many things to improve. The floors should be replaced (photo) . This is definitely not the way how a 4 star room looks like to me. The look and handle of the Terrasse door was broken. The quality of the tiling works in the bathroom was not 4star like. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The buffet was good. Lots of choices. The area around the hotel is nice and quiet. Definitely not a party area. The walk to the next town is only a few minutes. Definitely no booked transfer from the airport needed. With the taxi it’s only 15€. With the taxi to las Americas it’s 30€ and about 30min drive. The next sandy beach is in 10min. Drive away.
