I was pleasantly surprised at hotel. The location was brilliant - so near airport yet plenty around here and a €28 taxi ride to Los Cristianos for somewhere livelier. Hotel does need a little TLC which I hear it's being done up this winter. It's spacious, comfortable and v friendly.
Only thing I think is missing is a little outside drinking area as that would be nice to spend evenings on terrace instead of in lobby area. It did get hot inside at nights.
Also more coffee machines as always a queue in the morning for drinks.
Rooms were big enough just need little repairs as both our bedside plugs were hanging off walls.
In general this was a lovely relaxing place to stay and would recommend it.

Had a lovely girls holiday here with my friends, staff were very helpful especially on reception.
We had all inclusive and while I thought the main meal food options were good, the drinks and especially snacks available were quite limited. Snacks were only sold between 11.30-1 and it was very limited in what you could get. One of my friends is vegetarian and struggled to find sources of protein at mealtimes, but the breads and dessert selection were especially nice. There was a lot of seafood available but if like me you don’t like that, there were usually other meat or veg options.
We were especially impressed when we first arrived late at night (3 hours later than planned) and were provided with a small dinner that left us all quite full and very happy.
Our room was very nice with a great balcony and a gorgeous sea view, cleaned everyday by housekeeping although we did have a stain on our bathroom counter when we arrived.
The local town was a very short walk away including a number of souvenir shops, a charity shop and a supermarket as well as a number of restaurants and bars. Was a very lovely little town with lots to do and explore.
The reception staff were also very helpful with bus stop locations and timetables as well as advice for excursions.
We had a lovely stay here and I would go again.

Hey, this hotel is really nice! The customer service is great, especially this lady named Nurina. She's super sweet and caring, always making sure we have everything we need. The food is yummy too, and all the staff are really helpful and friendly. The only thing is, the rooms could use some more decorations to make them feel more cozy. But overall, I'd definitely recommend this place to families.

We are absolutely loving our holiday here. The hotel truly does have a sea view; you cannot get any closer to the ocean!!
The staff are friendly and very efficient, the all inclusive food is very tasty and there's tons of options.
I had a massage today at their mini spa with Lourdes. She was unbelievably fantastic and I was so, so relaxed by the end.
Good location for bars, shops and local amenities.
The gym is a little small with only a few machines... But who goes on Holiday to work out?
Top marks all round! We will hopefully return soon!

Stayed here for 2 nights all inclusive…
All inclusive value: very good selection of drinks, proper Coca Cola on tap, beer very good and decent selection of wines. Food was below average, not much on offer and all very British orientated - chips, chicken breast etc. ****
room: basic but clean, stayed in family suite which was lovely with beautiful views of the sea, bathroom could do with a refurbishment as very old fashioned. Bed comfy however and room very clean. ****
Entertainment in evening: nothing, not even music. Lacks ambience, needs some music. Seats in main seating area falling apart by bar, needs replacing. **
Pool: uncomfortable sun beds. ***
Service: all staff very very friendly, especially Cristina working at the bar, kudos to all the staff for making the experience friendly and welcoming. *****
Overall worth just about 4 stars, would recommend but don’t expect Luxury.
