Absolutely outstanding, fantastic, and flawless. My week-long stay at this place was precisely what I needed to recharge my energy. The team here is truly extraordinary, particularly the receptionist Laura, whose kindness and professionalism stood out, and Chef Carmen, whose culinary creations were exquisite. I felt genuinely cherished during my time here. For anyone contemplating accommodations in Puerto De La Cruz, Tenerife, AluaSoul is unequivocally the top choice! My suite, with its two rooms, boasted a comfortable bed and a balcony with a breathtaking ocean view. The welcome minibar was a delightful touch, adding to the sense of being pampered. I particularly appreciated the concept of the "FAVORITE CLUB," where those with half-board can enjoy snacks and a variety of beverages. Many thanks to everyone for creating such wonderful memories; I'm already planning my return! The Spanish people's warmth and politeness only added to the overall exceptional experience

me and my boyfriend had our first holiday together and stayed here for a week in late november and couldn’t fault it at all. we went for all inclusive and it was definitely worth it as the food was amazing and the drinks (especially cocktails) were delicious too. the rooms were spacious, clean and modern, along with an amazing view. the pool area was perfect (added bonus as our room was only a few doors down from the pool on the same floor too). great service all around from all staff as well. only thing that may be a problem for some is that the hotel is located on a steep hill which is tiring to walk up however nothing a taxi couldn’t fix. overall an excellent holiday and would definitely return. thank you :)

Stayed here for three nights in December and it was a great experience. The hotel is well kept, maintained and the staff is just fabulous. Had a half board plan and the spread was quite satisfactory. Breakfast had the basic - cheese, spreads, eggs, English and continental.
The dinner had a live steak and pasta counter with quite a spread, again.
A small recommendation would be - to have at least one English speaking staff in every restaurant shift. I have Halal requirements and it took me a while to explain it to the staff with no success on the day; however, the realised it on my last day and marked food as halal, which was a very sweet gesture.
They also have a shuttle bus that runs from the hotel to the shopping complex.
Would definitely recommend.

We booked this hotel on the day of arrival and got the room with the view to the wall. We were very upset but the receptionist couldn't offer us other room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable but the door to the toilet didn't close appropriately. The breakfast was a disaster. The bread wasn't fresh. The choice of food was very poor. Obviously there are much more nicer hotels in the area closer to the ocean with better breakfast.

The hotel is within walking distance of the ocean and the old town. It should be taken into account that the hotel is located higher up and the climb is long and steep, but it offers a beautiful view of the ocean from the window.
The hotel rooms were very large and spacious.
The breakfast selection was rich.
The hotel's pool is big enough and there are enough sunbeds, so I didn't bother going to the beach by the ocean every day.
