Positives:
- Breakfast was incredible, with great quality and selection.
- The room service was great, always did a good turndown service and were friendly.
- Nice location to explore the area and close to the seafront.
Negatives:
- Noise !!! Be warned you wont sleep much.
- Leonardo's had live music, really loud karaoke that went on some nights until 0200 am. You can hear everything outside and inside including your neighbours going for a number 2.
- Close to the clubs, you hear a lot of shouting, door slamming, arguing and fighting.
- Front desk lady was less than helpful, and somewhat rude.

Avoid... like you would Covid19
I understand this place is in Playas and it's "lively" but when you can hear the karaoke from the bar across the road at midnight even through headphones or ear plugs you know it's bad. Especially when we are supposedly in the quiet rooms.
Kept up until 2/3am. Noise from outside unbearable. Can hear people sneeze in the rooms next door the walls are so thin.
I've stayed in lively places before. But when you go in to your room at least there's peace. You won't get that here. Awful stay. I would recommend avoiding this place.
The place looks OK a little worn in places.
The staff at reception seem friendly. But the waiters/bar staff and food staff don't seem to even notice you are there.
No redeeming points

Stayed here from 29.02 to 01.03 - very spacious hotel, we were on the third floor in block B and the room was very dated and only had 1 plug socket in the room! There were holes in the bedding and the floor was sticky and had marks on it. You could hear music from the restaurant across the road (nothing from the strip unlike block A) however, we are deep sleepers so did not bother us much. The rooms have no sound proofing, you can hear everything from the rooms next to you and those that were out on the hallway. On our last night we had someone trying to get into our room at 12:30pm which was quite scary! The pool was freezing cold and all sun beds were reserved by other guests however, 80% of people were not on them and we only got to lay on a sun bed on our last day. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, big variety of cooked foods, pastries and fruit but the English sausages were very rubbery.
Nonetheless, the location was perfect and great for walks, lots of restaurants, bars and shops around also, walking distance to the beach. The rock band on Thursday evening were amazing and we really enjoyed the entertainment that night.

If you’re under 30 don’t come here, the hotel is very old style, spiders in the room, toilet doesn’t flush. Wardrobe broken and don’t have anything to charge your phones. The location is great . The food is good but the hotel doesn’t provide 4 star service.

Great hotel, amazing staff. Food was delicious.
Location may be an issue for light sleepers as music from Veronica's strip next door was on till the early hours. But I myself had no issues
