Stayed here in November on the All Inclusive Package. Pros - The roof top bar area is lovely, I want to shout out a bar tender, need to remember his name. *edit pending* - Separate areas for children; pools, disco, play area etc. - All Inclusive drinks from 9am - midnight with table service which was great. - Good quality drinks, glass bottled water. - Safe in room for a refundable 10 euro deposit. - Animation Team, Alejandra is great as were the games; french bowls, mini golf, darts, ping pong, pool, shuffle board etc. - Live music and shows every night. - Good quality buffet food, I especially enjoyed my breakfast omelette and lunch time paella. - Snacks made to order/closed fridge snack bar with individually packed sandwiches, salads, fruit salads and pastries etc - Great location, a HiperDino Express across the road. - Hotel shop, spa and hairdressers. - Plenty of space and storage in rooms. Cons - Very loud music from a bar across the road if you have a room at the front of the hotel

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Fanabe, great pool areas, even one on the roof, never had problems finding sun loungers any day. Restaurant is very well ran and clean with the bonus of also having good food. Pool snacks also very good. Always entertainment on in both bar areas with loads of seating and table service from very helpful and fast staff. Rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade, but ours was always cleaned to a very high standard the whole holiday. Highly recommend a stay here if your looking for a relaxing time.

Great hotel. Plenty of sunbeds and laid back attitude Food. Wasn’t that great for a 4* hotel. It was warm. Not really piping hot. Entertainment. The team work pretty hard always smiling and happy No pressure to join in. Bar. God selection of drinks. Pretty good service tho sometimes it can be a long wait. Al in all. Good. Would I stop here again ……. Possibly.

The hotel is in a very good location. Ten minutes from the beach front. Good variety of food for all inclusive. Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful: the animation team are a very good addition to the hotel and try to keep guests entertained throughout the day. The pool is very good and plenty of sunbeds. Only issue is the pool times restricted between 10am and 6pm would prefer earlier and longer.

I have just come back from a 4 night stay with my best friend, we had the best time! The staff were absolutely incredible from the minute we arrived, let’s just say we were all inclusive and thanks to the bar staff our glass was never empty! We were topped up and treated amazingly always a welcome with “my queens and here come the ladies” The adults only roof top was definitely a bonus we stayed up there every day during the day! We arrived with a grin and we left with the biggest smiles wishing we could stay for longer. The hotel absolutely made our holiday so thanks guys!
