Froilan, Cristobal and Alexandra have been amazing!! The whole animation team have been great lots of games and things to do! My kids have really enjoyed themselves and been fully entertained ❤️ it’s been such a great holiday. The whole hotel is very clean and house keepers are so lovely! Only problem is the room is small for a family of 4, not much space to put everyone’s clothes and cases. But absolutely fab holiday x

When checking in I was like not a good start I came at 11.00 room is not ready(I understand that check in is at 14.00) so come back at 14.00.... I came at 14.10 room is not ready yet I was like uh ok than when? Come back in half a hour.... I came at 15.10 room not ready yet..... I was like ok I haven slept all night because of a night flight ..when is it ready... Don't know we are gonna call housecleaning... Finally at 16.10 I could get in my room....so that sucked! I loved the rooftop adults only area (sadly only one of the pools were working in my stay) Hotel is old but really really clean.👌 Staff(exapt reception who thought I was annoying asking for my room I guess) was very very nice especially Fransisco pool bar ,restaurant he was everywhere and always friendly and above. Also one lady but can't remember her name very very nice(Andrea maybe)👌 Airconditioning was not ok even at full capacity,but luckily it was not to hot when I was there so I managed. Food was ok ...sometimes really good sometimes little less but overall for all inclusive it was ok..great paellas👌 Hotel is due for refurbish (and you can see that)end of next year I wonder how it will be after that :-) Location is good 8 minutes from the beach boulevard with nice shops and restaurants. Bus stops and taxi in front of the hotel , also the tourist mini train every hour. For the price I paid it was a nice getaway for 10 days if you don't expect to much it is a very nice , clean hotel :-)

Second time here and will book for next year again. In a perfect location for the market, shopping centres, Siam water park, and ten minute walk to beach front. The food choices at all mealtimes are excellent. Food is nice and hot 95% if the time, but that’s the nature of buffet. There is ample choice to suit all dietary needs too. Lunch and dinner there is a chef cooking on the griddle for you. Lots of steak and fish. There is entertainment at two places in the evening. The acts repeat weekly. Two pool areas, one with a heated pool. Ample sunbeds and parasols. The rooms are dated, with a few chipped tiles on the floor, and the air conditioning wasn’t good in our room, but the hotel is due for a shutdown and refurbish in 2027. The beds were clean and comfortable. All the staff, from the waiting staff, bar staff and domestics were friendly and super helpful. They all work extremely hard to ensure you are having a great holiday, and are quick to sort out any issues. There is children’s entertainment team, but I cannot comment as we did not need that service. All in all a lovely holiday. I’d definitely recommend it.

Just returned from 5 day trip. Hotel has good location , 5 min walk to beach and lovely breakfast (if the food is there and you don’t have to wait to be filled up), lovely fresh juice. But that’s about all. Rooms very outdated, more like 3 star ant most! Old, thin towels, broken shower, cracked tiles, no safe, not even a bottle of water in the fridge! I was given ground floor room (like elderly person) but after I explained that I don’t feel safe there, I was given 1st floor. I was told when the dinning room is but that’s all. Nobody bothered to explain that if you want to use spa facilities, it has to be booked over the phone, or that access to gym has to be activated. I was asked if I have a key I said yes and receptionist let me walk away without activating it, so I had to return again. Staff is not approachable at all! Will not return that’s for sure.

Room was perfect, we had a junior suite which was ideal as we had a 17 month old with us, the housekeeping staff did a good job of keeping it clean and tidy giving our toddler making a mess a lot 🤣. The service in the hotel was excellent all staff were very professional and very helpful. Animation team were so friendly too and kept everyone going all day right up to 10ish at night. Loved the aqua gym ❤️ great fun. The location was perfect, close to beach and restaurants and just a short walk across the road a supermarket.
