Here now cant wait to get out.
The staff mainly Julio are extremely rude & unhelpful ,mostly to the English!
Food is ok at breakfast but after that ,, forget it ! Take a 30 walk down a very steep hill to find anything remotely interesting to do & then the back breaking walk back again.
I paid extra for a room upgrade £187 & was told they haven’t received the money?
Only pleasant thing is the beautiful gardens

Please! Don't go there. Poor service and accommodation! Waiters are so annoyed. Nobody speaks English. It is very difficult to explain the problem. The only garden is nice but service, rooms isn't. It was the worst hotel I have ever been. I could not sleep on the first days because in aircon ventilation pipes were the birds or other rodents, and after replacing the room now I heard everything that the guests spoke. It is so great that Tenerife is amazing, and I can explore more than to stay in the hotel.
Nobody apologies to me for the inconvenience. I had to spend extra time moving my stuff, and I was so scared.
Beautiful island, poor hotel! Please check reviews before to spend a lot of money for something like that.
Enjoy your staying in Tenerife.

Two gold medals for the staff and location.
The staff was professional, courteous and even friendly at time. Well done.
For late arrival the person at the reception needs to establish a better process to direct guests to their room, it was a challenge to find the correct building in the dark .
Puerto is heavily populated so the hotel gardens were welcoming. The mature plants are splendid.
Bus stop to main touristic towns opposite the entrance.
The major let down was the food.
The Hotel encourages Inclusive and tours, The food was abundant, non descriptive, basic and often cold.
But guests seem to enjoy it.
I was simply in the wrong hotel for food.
The Hotel is in need of TLC, worn out carpet.
I didn't get why my bedding was made of small sheets on the top of each others.. ?

We had a very nice stay at this hotel (half board)
the food was good and a little bit different every day. definitely not suited for vegetarians or vegans.
staff was always super friendly and helpful.
we would’ve wished to recieve more information in the reception (about towels, events at the hotel, drinks and snacks around the hotel)
everything else was amazing

The hotel itself is really nice, the pool is gorgeous and most of the staff are very helpful and friendly, although the location is shocking there is not much around at all nearest shop is 10 minute walk up a big hill and hasn’t got much options.better off staying in playa las Americas, it also attracts an older age group
