We have returned from our holiday today. The hotel is great for families. If you want a good spot by the main pool or the kids pool you have to be up early but there is a third pool that is much quieter. The staff were all very good especially Tito in the restaurant who is always making a fuss of the kids and welcoming. The entertainment staff are excellent and full of energy but not in a in your face type 9f way and there is always something going on for both kids and adults. The food was good on all theme nights except for the chicken being under cooked on one dish on one night but there was enough choice so this didn't matter. The drink selection is excellent especially for an all inclusive as when we have gone all inclusive before it had been very restricted but not in the case of the allegro. The evening entertainment was excellent whether it was the entertainment team or one of the many brilliant hired in acts it was engaging and well above the level you may expect elsewhere especially as it is in with the price. The kids pool has an excellent waterslide which has a person overlooking it all day so the safety of the kids is taken care of. There are a few decent shops close by and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. The air-conditioning in the rooms is good and there are blocks with lifts and ramps for disabled access. The whole place is cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. All in all we had an amazing time, I'm the type of traveller who usually tries different places when I go away but we have decided to go back again next year and to put that into context I have never done that before ever. My partner and I recently stayed at Allegro Isora in Tenerife, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is impeccably tidy, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the incredible support we received regarding my partner's gluten allergy. All the staff went above and beyond to ensure she had safe and delicious meal options throughout our stay. We are especially grateful to Geonodo, who took the time and effort to get my partner her favorite gluten-free pizza. His dedication and kindness truly made our trip special. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Allegro Isora and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay in Tenerife. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so great

My husband and I took our 9.5month old baby here last month and we had the best time. We stayed for 10 nights and couldn’t fault anything. The staff are so friendly and brilliant with children, food was great, entertainment, pools, rooms literally everything. We had a sea view room which was so worth the small extra cost it was absolutely beautiful. We never normally like to return to the same place as we feel we have been there done that kind of thing but we said we would 100% go back to allegro! Definitely would recommend! Ignore the bad reviews!! Thanks so much to everyone for making our stay :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The three pools were great with one heated, the other two were pretty cold but were fine once you were in. Our two children (1 and 3) loved the little children's pool! My two older nieces (7 and 10) loved the water slide (as did I!) The rooms we had were lovely and spacious and cleaned really well on a daily basis. All inclusive drinks were good but service from the drinks truck during the disco and shows was really slow - about 15 minutes to be served. There's also only one bar to get drinks during the day which was slow when the hotel was busy. Food was excellent with plenty of choice for everyone. I highly recommend booking the BBQ dinner - it's excellent food and really relaxing compared to the busy buffet. However, my niece has a nut allergy so a buffet can be challenging. My sister had a note written in Spanish to explain the situation which she showed to the chefs - some were great and offered to cook additional food whilst others weren't so eager to help. This seemed a little surprising as she can't be the first but they certainly didn't seem prepared for someone with an allergen. The grounds were lovely and well cared for. There are a couple of play parks which weren't great for little children but a short walk towards Playa de la Arena and you'll find a well equipped public park. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend to others.

Definitely recommend! Great value, especially in all inclusive! Great variety of food, staff extremely friendly, the highlight of them is Rosi ( in the main restaurant) and Gerardo in the day( pool) bar. There is something for everyone definitely. Nice pools, slides for kids. Black sandy beach nearby. Possibilities to walk or running outdoors. Great.
