We have just returned from a week’s stay at this hotel on an all-inclusive basis and overall had a wonderful holiday. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. However, I feel it’s important to be honest about the food, which was unfortunately quite poor and did not meet the standard expected from an all-inclusive resort. While everything else about our stay was fantastic, the quality and variety of the food definitely need improvement. Despite this, we still enjoyed our time here and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and friendly atmosphere — with the hope that the dining experience will be improved in the future.

I would love to rate this hotel higher. This is the first hotel i have ever stayed at that does not offer water with your meal. We decided to go half board which includes breakfast and dinner but absolutely no drinks. I can understand alcohol and soft drinks..... but water, i am sorry this should be available free to everyone. To be fair to the hotel... food great. Slightly outdated interior but veey clean and well maintained. Great staff. Shame on you owners and management for your policies and thus low score

I wish I could give this place a higher score, but its just not as good as they proclaim to be. It claims to be 4 stars, but there's no way. I'd say at maximum its a 3 star and at a push! In a nutshell, the front of house staff are brilliant. The cleaners were unfortunately very hit and miss. Sometimes our rooms were spotless, sometimes they didn't even appear to have been. On one occasion they left our door unlocked. There is a great variety of food, but the food is average. I enjoy trying new things, so was happy with what's on offer. But breakfast was by far the worst meal of they day. Food is never, ever hot. We didn't manage a single hot plate of food whilst there, unfortunately. The puddings are very basic. Just generic factory made deserts. The staff do not enforce the hotels own rules. People were raping around the pool and play areas, other people would put towls out as early as 6am by the pool and the staff did nothing.. that was a big issue for us. We ended uo just going to the beach instead. The communal areas are lovely, well maintained and the outdoor areas especially are gorgeous. But the rooms are terrible. So out dated, they're in need of serious TLC and maintenance. The wood work is peeling as is the paint. Balcony doors are super stiff and my mums balcony door didn't open from the outside. We had 3 guest in each room, only two glasses and cups were provided. We asked for more and didn't get it. We had young children in each room, they like to have thicker blankets. The sofa bed was only provided with a sheet, which wasn't adequate for our needs. The cleaning was average. The first time ive been abroad and not left tips for cleaners. It was so inconsistent. We asked for two rooms next door as I was travelling with my three children along with my mum and brother. One of my children had to go with my mum, so we wanted a room next to or very close by. We didn't get next door, I suppose we were close ish, about 8 rooms between us. We arrived as midnight to the hotel. It was the first time I've been anywhere and they didn't leave us sandwiches and fruit for a meal once we arrived. We paid for all inclusive. Quite disappointing. We did enjoy our stay. The hotel is in a good location and is very spacious. But, there are so many things that need repairing, maintenance and generally need starting over. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unfortunately.

We only used the hotel as a base as we are out and about for the 10 days we were away. The rooms and hotel was spotlessly cleaned, always a cleaner in sight when walk around. Only had breakfast twice the fresh made omelette was my go to which was lovely. Only marked down as the evenings we had food the food was e aptly the same so we didnt have much choice on trying different things. Seafood and Italian served all the nights we were there. Desserts were lovely gelato machine was our favourite. Would recommend for a basic hotel if you are like us out and about all day but if you want to go all inclusive you may find the food isnt worth it

I was quite disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The food served during my visit was far from fresh — several dishes tasted like they had been prepared hours earlier, which really affected the overall dining experience. Additionally, there was no information provided about the dress code before my stay. It was quite embarrassing to find out about it only upon arrival, which could have easily been avoided with better communication. For the price and rating of this hotel, I expected much better attention to detail and guest service. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again. Only the location is perfect.
