We got a great deal through easy jet package. All inclusive. Good for the family as there are plenty of swimming pools, a football basketball pitch, tennis courts(pay extra for a court session),volleyball pitch, ping pong tables and a small arcade. So good for the kids/ young teenagers. Free Wifi coverage was decent though sometimes a little slow. Ok for browsing and you tube, probably not great for any significant streaming. Food was pretty good for a buffet only place though the food gets a bit samey after about 5 days even with a different theme night (Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean etc). Evening entertainment is varied and family orientated...the kids loved Michael Jackson tribute act Omar Jackson. Didn't go every night so cannot rate the different nights entertainments but followed a routine of mini disco, bingo or quiz followed by main act. The room was very spacious, big TV and comfy main bed, the kids slept on sofa beds which were also very comfortable, with air con. Nice stay there for a week

We had an amazing stay at Best Jacaranda! From the very beginning, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a beautiful room on the 7th floor with a stunning view. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and all the attractions in Costa Adeje. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and varied, and the pools were perfect for relaxing. There were fun activities and entertainment every day, so there was never a dull moment. Highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic holiday!

I had a great experience staying at Best Jacaranda Hotel in Tenerife! The food was delicious with a good variety every day, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. There was plenty of entertainment throughout the day and evening, which made the atmosphere lively and fun. The location is excellent—close to the beach, shops, and everything you might need during your stay. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would definitely come back!

Hotel is in a good location, only 5 mins walk to the beach. The walk back is uphill as expected but not too steep. The hotel is a little tired in places but was ok for the deal we got. Our 9 and 12 year olds loved the different pools, one of them is heated which helped. There was one lifeguard who seemed to be on a power trip, this guy must get a lot of negative feedback! The room was a good size and a bonus that the kids had their own beds. Cleaners serviced our room each day and a credit to the hotel. A nice touch that we had a couple of welcome drinks too. Buffet style food was as expected, some different themes for dinner helped it not feel too samey. Overall I would recommend

Liked: The hotel is located 20 minutes drive from South Tenerife Airport. It is close to local Fanabe beach and Siam park is nearby with free bus ride stop close to the hotel. The entertainment staff were very friendly and organised activities near the pool area for adults and children. They also managed evening entertainment. The family room was basic, spacious and adequate. Beach towels can be hired for €10 deposit per towel which is refunded when towels returned. Disliked · Buffet restaurant food was a major disappointment, especially if you counted on enjoying some holiday food. We are vegetarians and the options for us was next to nothing. We had to make do with kids vegetarian options for lunch and dinner which included spaghetti with simple tomato sauce, chips and Margarita pizza - This is all we as a family of four had for the 5 days we were there. Our only other vegetarian delicacy was Canarian potatoes ! Even the various vegetable salads had red meat, fish and eggs sprinkled or mixed which precluded us from eating more vegetables to compensate for all the chips we were stuffing ourselves with ! On the contrary there were dozens of meat and fish options (so my review would be welcomed by meat eaters !). The buffet had a daily special like Asian, Italian or Mexican. None of those specials included any vegetarian starter or main hot meal option for an adult. It was so disappointing to walk along the food aisle to see so many meat options that others were rightly enjoying but we were sadly filling our plates with chips! I complained about this lack of basic vegetarian hot meal mains for adults amongst an abundance of variety of meat and fish options. A customer service manager spoke to me. Initially she seemed to assert that there were a lot of vegetables so their duty of providing vegetarian food was fulfilled. The two terms (vegetarian and vegetable) was used to make a point about vegetarian options. Having lots of tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers was not equivalent to vegetarian hot meal options for adults. It took a few rounds of my explanation to assert my point about the lack of any vegetarian adult meals in the buffet menu. I was assured the feedback would be passed on. We left the next day so I have no way of knowing any changes would be implemented. Food ingredients are not mentioned on the food labels which means for e.g. if I picked up a spring roll, I wouldn't know until I tried if it was veg or fish or chicken in it. I didn't fancy playing Russian roulette with meals ! If you are vegan the choices are alarmingly limited so, if one plans on dieting and lose weight on holiday, this is the place to go for vegans (I should however add the amount of food wasted was astronomical, so our very limited veg options made us clean our plates fully - a pro in a con there !). Ironically all soaps in hotel seemed to be vegan! In this day and age, I had expected a bit more knowledge and consideration for vegetarian and vegan meal options in restaurants. Unfortunately this hotel does not cater to vegetarians and vegans (who are 25% of population). I felt they did not understand the concept of being a vegetarian or vegan means to a person. I hope the hotel catering department will consider my points and improve food options for non meat and fish eaters. I very much welcome their response to my review and most importantly making active changes to introduce some vegetarian and vegan options which can be enjoyed by all (meat and not meat eaters).
