Stayed here All Inclusive for 11 nights and it's great for families with kids. Themed food nights and plenty of good entertainment. Food had a decent selection but needs to be kept warmer, as do the pools earlier outside of the warmest months. Beer is great with San Miguel self pour for AI customers. Rooms decent size and cleaned every single day. Would stay again but only if the food was kept warmer in the buffet hot plates.

We stayed last week for a week and have stayed before a few years ago. Great location close to the beach. Fantastic entertainment especially the kids disco at 8.30! The shows were amazing, pools were great and food and drinks were top notch. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are a little dated, but they were comfortable and clean. Room had fridges with welcome drinks too!! We will definitely be returning! Thanks for having us!

We really enjoyed a family holiday. The hotel is really geared up for families, facilities-wise but also activities for the whole family. The entertainment team is great. They cover a good number of languages and really know how to engage and keep the children entertained. There are different teams for different languages and activities. Food was also great, every night a different theme but yet plenty of classics for the picky ones. Lastly, the kids disco and post shows also deserve a mention. Good Job Jacaranda.

Positives: - rooms throughly cleaned by cleaning staff. - pools OK but perhaps a little small for the amount of people there Negatives: - First impression when we got there was of an old water damaged door in the bathroom of the room. It was really poor that we were being put in a room like that. Our first holiday abroad in years. Not nice for my son. - food served in the buffet was cold unless it had just been brought out from the kitchen. Meat and fish left to go cold. I ended up getting an upset stomach. Low quality food too and seemed like they were serving food at the lowest possible cost to the hotel. Probably the worst all inclusive hotel food I’ve had. - the plates were often dirty and my young son refused to eat as he couldn’t find a clean plate. Really disgusting and unhygienic. - a really good selection of fresh bread but there is nowhere to cut the bread with good hygiene. Usually in hotels there would be an area where fresh bread is laid out with a cloth to hold the bread and cut it without touching it. Here the bread is in an area in baskets in a vertical presentation much like a shop. No clear area to cut the bread apart enough room for one person which is odd as there are lots of loaves of bread to choose from. So when people do cut their bread here they are touching with bare hands. I just grabbed a small French baguette instead to avoid contamination. - the staff in the food area were mostly unfriendly which wasn’t a nice experience. Some were nice to be fair but not many. - no planned events for children to play football. In fact the activities organised were poor. Usually children are engaged to take part in activities at other hotels. Not the case here. - wine was not drinkable. I would suggest it’s watered down as it was closer to water than wine. - smoking allowed round the pool and balconies around the pool so it’s hard to not be inhaling and smelling tobacco smoke. Overall these things were inexcusable and would not recommend to anyone.

We liked the hotel and the staff were great. Even the entertainment was pretty good. Location was ok, just a medium walk from the beach. Pool is nice but a bit cold. My main criticism was the restaurant. There is only one and it feels like everyone is there at the same time. Breakfast was the worst because the hot drinks machines were poor and slow causing very long waits. Otherwise we really enjoyed our holiday, thanks.
