This hotel was a lovely place to stay, it was jam packed with activities, such as archery, four swimming pools, loads of kid-friendly activities, and a football pitch, not to mention entertainment every night. We went for 7 days, and not one day wasn’t up to a good standard. The food was fabulous and there was a change in the selection each day, there was a little bit of something for everyone. It was around a 10 minute walk to the beautiful flamingo beach and around 19 minutes to the marina, which was full of plenty of shops and a large supermarket. The rooms were perfect, spacious and comfortable. You could not ask for anything better. The staff and the cleaning team were also amazing, they worked hard every day to make sure everything was clean and up to shape. Room service was provided every single day without fail, and they did an excellent job each day. This hotel was a pleasure to stay at, and i would definitely recommend going here for a fun, kid-friendly trip.

Nice hotel, the rooms are really good and there's a buffet near the pool area. But beware, ants are practically everywhere (which I am sure management is aware of), mostly apartments. So if you have any food or drink, store it somewhere else and bring a ant spray as well. Aside from that, the hotel is very convenient.

This hotel was fine, everything is on the ground floor in single apartments. There can be a bit of a walk to the facilities depending on where you're located. It has everything you need, however, the staff are not good at explaining what facilities the hotel offers when welcoming guests to the hotel. We didn't realise there was a kids club or a kids playground until our second to last day as they are located well out of the way of the pools. This was a real shame as it would have completely changed our holiday had we known.

I’d use one word to describe this hotel: inconsistent The rooms are a good size, with everything you’d need in an all inclusive holiday. However, we were plagued with ants for most of our stay despite having no food in the room. The hotel maintenance staff apparently visited to deal with the issue, but we eventually resorted to a can of ant spray. The cleaning of the rooms was erratic. Some days our towels would be hung nicely and our son’s bed made with care, his pyjamas and teddies arranged nearly. Other days the bottom sheets would be on the beds and the top sheets laid in a pile nearby, with towels clearly not moved from where we’d hung them in the morning. The restaurant is a real let down. The food is very tasty, but it’s never warm (let alone hot). The place is full of birds, which clamber over bread and other dishes in full view of the staff. We tried one of the “a la carte” restaurants but this was not much better. You’ll get superior food at some of the local restaurants. We ate out quite a bit as we became tired of the food at the hotel after a few days. The quantity and availability of drinks, alcoholic or otherwise, is good. Tea and coffee are available most of the day, even early in the morning. While beer, a wide choice of spirits, and soft drinks are available from around 10:00. You are also able to have a Buck’s Fizz with breakfast if you can find someone to open the Cava (or are comfortable enough to do so yourself). The entertainment staff are great, and are very friendly and inclusive. We didn’t stick around for many of the shows, but it’s not really our thing or the reason we’ve come away. We heard good things from other guests though. The swimming pools are great. A good size for the number of guests and plenty of options for swimmers of all abilities. Our young son particularly enjoyed the water slides, though it’s a shame they aren’t open all day. For us a trip to the local water park (Aqualava) and the beach were good alternatives to staying around the pool. The water park has cheaper entry after 2pm which makes it a little more affordable. It’s a short 10 minute walk to the local beach (Playa Flamingo), or a relatively cheap taxi ride to the larger Playa Dorada. In fact we found taxis around Playa Blanca quite reasonable. Overall, this is not a hotel I’d return to but we’ve had a great time while we’ve been here.

Nice place not far from the sea. Good pool area. Food pretty good for an all inclusive. Bar service slow needs more staff. All staff polite and friendly. Clean rooms, excellent showers. Not too noisy. Would visit again.
