Me and my partner enjoyed our stay at Los Zocos Impressive Lanzarote. When we booked, it seemed like it was a bit out of the way, but in actuality it’s only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Costa Teguise. The rooms were quite nice, modern and clean, be aware there’s no lifts though, so you’ll need to lug cases up the stairs. No complaints about the food, in fact, it was better than most hotel buffets I’ve been to. Staff were also always happy to help throughout the hotel. There was a decent variety of entertainment in the evenings but the venue was setup in such a way that you couldn’t sit anywhere without a pillar obscuring a large section of the stage. The sound system was also basically unintelligible for the most part. We really enjoyed the pools overall, though it was basically impossible to get a decent sun bed, they were all reserved by greedy, entitled guests by 8:15am, oftentimes they wouldn’t actually use them till 2-3pm. We’d like to see at least some enforcement of the rules, at least till the pool opens at 10am.

The major issues i have is that the hotel entertainment was mainly aimed at the French guests every night, and the music so loud we could barely here ourselves speak. We managed to get to play bingo but had to stop playing as we couldn't understand what numbers were being called as it was all in French. And on the last day there was around 8 French couples sitting on the (quieter) pool area being a complete pain in the back side. The women were the worst burping, breaking wind, grabbing each other’s breasts then decided to start throwing drinks over each other and then chucking each other in the pool in the swimming lane. But 3 days before that, a young English lad was jumping in those lanes and was told of immediately, why wasn't anything said to the French about what they were doing? The rooms also need to be cleaned more regularly as on the first night there were two stains on the bed sheets that wasn't changed until the fourth day as i took all of them of the bed and left them on the floor. I did ask one of the cleaners but couldn't understand what i was asking for, even on google translate. But on the plus side, well maintained grounds, staff very friendly and always a smile on their face, food was good but after seven days was the same, but you expect that when being there 10 days. Different drinks available that they were not shy on putting a good amount of alcohol in, which i found quite good on many nights lol. Great location to the local bars and restaurants very good Italian restaurant just a short walk from the hotel. Just need to sort the entertainment out to accommodate for all nationality's

Just spent a week in Los Zocos and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. Top of the list was the staff who were incredibly friendly an helpful throughout. Secondly the room which was a family suite was excellent. The huge terrace alone would be enough to upgrade. Food was very good and had a wide variety of choice so something for everyone plus there are theme nights however this hotel is big and therefore meal times are busy so plan around the sittings if possible. Hotel has great facilities, mini golf, boules, quiet pool (recommended) and a more lively activity pool so again something for everyone. Entertainment was just ok but in mid August with lots of children they have to cater to that audience. We went all inclusive which included the snacks during the day, burgers, chips, hot dogs etc. Drinks are local brands with this package but the beer is fine if that's your thing. Location is about 10/15 minute walk to "The Square" and a pleasant walk it is if you take the route by the beach. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel for families.

Just come home from 2 weeks at this lovely hotel. 2 pools to choose from, one with loads of activities and one calmer and more chilled out. 2 restaurants to choose from with the all inclusive. Every single staff member was so lovely and kind and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. A special mention goes to Andrea and Pinar in the restaurant who went above and beyond every meal time for us ..... you are both lovely and a credit to the hotel. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned every day and every communal area was spotless. I honestly can't rave about this place enough and I would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you to all for such a lovely holiday.

I stayed at Los Zocos back in February this year, and I was very impressed with the resort! Considering it is so reasonably priced, it is a large resort with different pools, and large spacious rooms. I loved that the rooms had nice big fridges. We went all inclusive, and the food selection was excellent. The quality and standard of food was impeccable. The hotel was incredibly clean well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I also felt very safe here! Location is excellent, it is right by the beach and shopping centre, many times I went for walks and explored the area. I definetly recommend this hotel. My only issues would be that there is no sound proofing in the rooms, and there were kids above me screaming and jumping which was incredibly noisy as it was late at night and early in the morning, not the hotels fault but maybe best to put kids at the bottom. There is no lifts so you have to carry the cases up yourselves. My only offer quabble was the beds were not comfortable. Everything else was excellent and I would stay again, possibly on a higher floor to avoid the noise :) Also there is a lovely little shop on site which was perfect!
