Overall a nice full board/ all inclusive hotel with good location near the beach and promenade. Child friendly. Food is good, caters to all, plenty to choose from and variety across the week. Lots on offer for the kids for all ages, mini golf, mini/ maxi club, pools. Areas for improvement would be house keeping and the cocktails for the all inclusive offers. On arrival there was still plenty of hair found across the rooms and the bathroom mirror clearly wasn’t cleaned with toothpaste marks / splashes everywhere. I get it, over the week of the stay the room will be tidied and not always be spotless. But the cleaning for the new arrived guest should be thorough at least. Some of the tried cocktails tasted dodgy, especially the Strawberry Daiquiri tasted like chlorine, so better off sticking with beer and wine.

Absolutely beautifull hotel so close to all shops and beach excursion shop nxt door to hotel to book day trips which is well worth doing . Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant was great and in-between that you have pool bar for snacks and drinks. Animation team was great getrinf both adults and children involved. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh bedding. We had the best week at los zocos

This was our third stay at Los Zocos, and unfortunately it will be our last. Our room was located directly beside the pizza shop, which meant constant noise throughout the day from banging, chopping, and general kitchen activity. To be fair, we did try the food there and it was excellent — one of the few positives of this visit. The two apartments next to ours were occupied by members of the Animation Team, and this is where the stay became particularly uncomfortable. We experienced a very strong smell of cannabis on multiple occasions and, although we reported it by email, we received no response. The smell did stop, but afterwards the team members repeatedly stared at us in a way that felt intimidating. Late at night, from around 11pm until 2am, there was frequent shouting, screaming, and disruptive behaviour outside the apartments. We didn’t feel comfortable reporting it again due to concerns about potential repercussions. On several occasions, we also observed behaviour that felt highly unprofessional for staff living on-site. I’m not someone who is easily shocked, but when employees live and work within a hotel complex, a certain level of professionalism is expected. Instead, the environment around our accommodation felt completely inappropriate and made us feel unsafe and unsettled. This experience overshadowed our entire holiday, and it has left us with no confidence in the hotel’s management or staff oversight. The food was consistently good, and that is the only positive I can genuinely highlight from this final visit.

Overall, Los Zocos Impressive is an okay place for a simple week away in the sun. The hotel does the basics fine but has a few issues that stop it from being great. The staff are lovely — genuinely friendly, helpful, and brilliant with our four-year-old. The option between a noisy pool and a quiet one was a real plus, and the rooms, while basic, were kept very clean. The oriental restaurant was easily the best for food, and overall the quality was decent enough for an all-inclusive. On the downside, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, and we had ants around the suite during our stay. The drains and toilets constantly smelled bad, and our shower flooded the bathroom each time despite the staff trying to fix it. The TV is tiny and basically unusable, and while there’s lots of food choice, it feels a bit all over the place rather than well thought out. In short, it’s fine for a no-frills, all-inclusive break — does the job, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.

Overall it was a great little winter holiday for my family and I. I personally wouldn’t class it a 4 star hotel, I would say it was more a 3. The staff were amazing, they always made a fuss over my 5 month old son, which he loved. The service was always good and everyone was so friendly. Rooms were a little outdated, there was cracks on the kitchen cabinets and the handles were very clearly out of line with one and other. The slider door on the bedroom wardrobe was broken. The TV in the room was slow and often crashed. We had a fire stick but pretty sure this was left by someone who stayed previous. The shower was good, but the slope in the wet room drained away from the plug, meaning if you showered for long you’d have water travel to opposite side of the bathroom, away from the plug hole. I didn’t feel cleaning was the best standard as it only really covered the obvious areas. The food was ok, breakfast was the best, lunch and dinner was a bit bland after some time and not a lot of options for kids, my son is only 5MO, but seen alot of older children around and there was not alot of options for them, which questioned if I would return once my son is abit older. Deserts were repetitive sadly as lots were the same day after day. Drinks were fine, it was all on taps and machines but can’t complain with beer on tap. We tried the snack bar one day but was slightly disappointed to see it was just some chips, burgers and hotdogs on offer for food, I thought it would be more picky bits. The location was great, a small shopping centre and beach under 5 min walk away with great little market shops. The beach was really nice. Both pools were nice, we liked the quiet pool best which has a small bar you could get drinks from. It was a bit cold for a swim, but that was no fault of the hotel of course. I think I would return, but this would have to be years down the line when my son is much older due to the food situation. I feel this hotel suits adults or older families best. But overall really enjoyed it and can imagine it’s even better in the summer seasons!
