Overall a nice full board/ all inclusive hotel with good location near the beach and promenade. Child friendly. Food is good, caters to all, plenty to choose from and variety across the week. Lots on offer for the kids for all ages, mini golf, mini/ maxi club, pools. Areas for improvement would be house keeping and the cocktails for the all inclusive offers. On arrival there was still plenty of hair found across the rooms and the bathroom mirror clearly wasn’t cleaned with toothpaste marks / splashes everywhere. I get it, over the week of the stay the room will be tidied and not always be spotless. But the cleaning for the new arrived guest should be thorough at least. Some of the tried cocktails tasted dodgy, especially the Strawberry Daiquiri tasted like chlorine, so better off sticking with beer and wine.

Fantastic family-friendly hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There are two large pools with plenty of space, and the gym is perfectly adequate for keeping active while you're away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food is good for a typical all-inclusive setup. The lunch and dinner menus change daily, while breakfast remains the same — highly recommend trying the freshly cooked omelettes in the morning.The location is excellent, close to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. If you use the back gate, you’ll find the aquarium, more bars, restaurants, a few shops, and even a fun mini golf area along with a handy Subway sandwich shop. Out front, there’s a lovely café called Bonbon that’s perfect for a coffee or snack. The on-site Chinese restaurant is hit or miss, but a short taxi ride to Santa Wok is well worth it. We’ve stayed here three times now and already booked to return with the whole family in May next year — that says it all!

Positive: Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, with firm beds and shallow pillows. Towels were fresh, and the balconies were practical for drying swimwear, with a washing line provided. The hotel is spread over three levels. The all-inclusive package offered a wide selection of cocktails, beers, and soft drinks for children. The main restaurant was of a good standard, with a varied choice of meat and fish dishes, along with a well-stocked salad bar. Breakfast was particularly good, offering plenty of fresh fruit and a range to suit different tastes. Lifeguards were attentive and professional. Negative: Desserts felt repetitive and heavily processed. Smoking and vaping by other guests was noticeable, particularly around the children’s pool, and did detract from the overall experience. The snack bar offered limited options and consisted largely of processed food. The Oriental restaurant was particularly disappointing. The atmosphere felt quite depressing, and the food resembled microwave-style ready meals rather than freshly prepared dishes. It is in need of significant refurbishment and would benefit from a complete rethink of its concept. A simpler alternative — such as a stone-baked, all-you-can-eat pizza option — might work far better as a casual alternative to the main restaurant. The quieter pool area was much more enjoyable, with a calmer atmosphere and guests being respectful of one another’s space. Overall: For the price, and for a week away from the British winter at Christmas, the hotel ticked the majority of our boxes. However, the level of smoking around communal areas slightly dampened an otherwise pleasant stay, and for this reason, we would be unlikely to return.

Overall, Los Zocos Impressive is an okay place for a simple week away in the sun. The hotel does the basics fine but has a few issues that stop it from being great. The staff are lovely — genuinely friendly, helpful, and brilliant with our four-year-old. The option between a noisy pool and a quiet one was a real plus, and the rooms, while basic, were kept very clean. The oriental restaurant was easily the best for food, and overall the quality was decent enough for an all-inclusive. On the downside, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, and we had ants around the suite during our stay. The drains and toilets constantly smelled bad, and our shower flooded the bathroom each time despite the staff trying to fix it. The TV is tiny and basically unusable, and while there’s lots of food choice, it feels a bit all over the place rather than well thought out. In short, it’s fine for a no-frills, all-inclusive break — does the job, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.

The major issues i have is that the hotel entertainment was mainly aimed at the French guests every night, and the music so loud we could barely here ourselves speak. We managed to get to play bingo but had to stop playing as we couldn't understand what numbers were being called as it was all in French. And on the last day there was around 8 French couples sitting on the (quieter) pool area being a complete pain in the back side. The women were the worst burping, breaking wind, grabbing each other’s breasts then decided to start throwing drinks over each other and then chucking each other in the pool in the swimming lane. But 3 days before that, a young English lad was jumping in those lanes and was told of immediately, why wasn't anything said to the French about what they were doing? The rooms also need to be cleaned more regularly as on the first night there were two stains on the bed sheets that wasn't changed until the fourth day as i took all of them of the bed and left them on the floor. I did ask one of the cleaners but couldn't understand what i was asking for, even on google translate. But on the plus side, well maintained grounds, staff very friendly and always a smile on their face, food was good but after seven days was the same, but you expect that when being there 10 days. Different drinks available that they were not shy on putting a good amount of alcohol in, which i found quite good on many nights lol. Great location to the local bars and restaurants very good Italian restaurant just a short walk from the hotel. Just need to sort the entertainment out to accommodate for all nationality's
