Northcoast Cocktails
We recently returned from a 10 day stay with our 2 kids - we had a great time and the resort is great. Excellent facilities, Animation team are amazing and the night time entertainment is good. Some of the bar staff looked a little weary with all of the tourists but overall the service was great...Mary and Alejandro in particular were fantastic!!

I recently stayed at Los Zocos Lanzarote and had quite the experience! First off, hats off to the staff—absolutely brilliant! They were always friendly and willing to help with a smile. Now, the rooms… let's just say they are a little tired, but hey, it's all part of the adventure, right?
The food was fantastic—plenty of variety and delicious enough to make me forget about my beach body goals. The gardens, though, deserve a special mention. They are beautifully maintained, and you can see how hard the gardeners work to keep them in tip-top shape. It’s like walking through a tropical postcard every day.
My daughter absolutely loved Zoki! The entertainment kept her smiling and happy, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
However, brace yourselves for the pool bar and toilets. The queues were longer than the list of my holiday mishaps, and cleanliness seemed to be more of a suggestion than a rule.
On the bright side, the location is spot on. Close to everything you'd want to see or do, making it easy to explore. Overall, with a good sense of humor, it's an experience worth having!

Fantastic location and beautiful place, very family friendly and everything is nearby, shopping, aquapark, bars, restaurants etc. all in walking distance would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lanzarote. The cleanliness is amazing and staff couldn't be more helpful. We went all inclusive and it was brilliant. The food was good, and access to drinks and snacks throughout the day was brilliant. We went the first week in June, and temperatures were 23°, 24° and 25°+a nice temperature, especially for families with young kids.entertainment was really good 6 cannot recommend this place enough!

Had a fabulous 11 days with family including my 22 month old granddaughter. Staff were super friendly and couldn’t help any more than they did. The food in the main restaurant was superb and selection was fantastic every meal & every day. The oriental restaurant was great with a brilliant selection. The rooms were great and cleaned every day. How/why some people complain about this place is beyond me, just need to complain for the sake of it. From us WELL DONE Los Zocos 🙌🙌

Although hotel at reception and outside looks nice rooms are tired and I'm need of TLC. There's lots for kids to do like football court and tennis court with astro turf not the best though will turn your shoes and clothes black keep in mind when choosing the attire. Table tennis, kids club and a small play ground for little ones too.
The entertainment is good with a nice variety.
Pools are both shallow and even the swimming lanes don't go higher than your chest.
Food is a hit and miss mostly miss on flavours, frozen fish usually and tasteless or too salty. Breakfast is always same and mediocre.
Juices not fresh and is all squash the juice.
Alcohol is all watered down.
It's all about mass produce and quantity not quality here.
They do accommodate for gluten free which you have to order on a daily basis at reception. The menu doesn't change and it's always same for gluten.
Reception always welcoming and polite.
Beware to eat quick as as soon they see plates even half eaten they do not ask you if you finish and take plate away.
Pool is clean and well kept with salty water, but does close at 6:30-7:00 pm.
Rooms are spacious but cleaning is inadequate. They will tidy the beds and change towels if you left on floor but other than that did not see floors or services cleaned not even once. Neither they changed the bedding.
The rest of the resort is kept tidy.
The restaurant clear out everything 20-30 min before the ending of the close so if you are thinking of coming in in the last half hour of the opening you won't find much left.
It was shocking to see how much food goes to waste. Would have been nice if food was given to the poor or given the staff the choice to take home if they would like.
All in all is an ok resort if you have no high expectations but I wouldn't revisit for my liking.
You need to give a 10 euro refundable deposit for each pool towel.
Also you need refundable 10 euro for the kiosk to lend you the rackets for table tennis.
