We are just leaving Los Zocos on our way home. The hotel was fine the staff were amazing and it was incredibly clean. My biggest problem with the hotel is that we booked here because of the free access to the water park sold by jet2. The issue is they don't tell you that all the rides have a height limit of 1.2m. which my youngest is under so we didn't go. The food is not so great, breakfast was what it is. Lunch and Dinner was not great. It's also like a school dinner hall, anyone with sensory issues would not cope. The great thing about Lanzarote is the restaurants are extremely cheap. We eat out every night and paid on average 60 euros for a family of 4. The rooms are functional and cleaned daily although we kept having to ask for more towels as we were only given 2 every day. The pool area is pleasant but the pool is not heated and even though the staff clean it. The 2 times I ventured in I had to pick people's hair off me. All in all we have had a great holiday my recommendation would be to use this hotel as a B&B.

We had a great experience at this hotel. It is nothing out of ordianry, with regular all inclusive food , theme nights, but you can find something for everybody. Have realistic expectations/price paid and you will enjoy it. It has 2 pool areas, one quiet and one with music, both have children pools. Thank you all for our great stay!

I recently stayed at Los Zocos Lanzarote and had quite the experience! First off, hats off to the staff—absolutely brilliant! They were always friendly and willing to help with a smile. Now, the rooms… let's just say they are a little tired, but hey, it's all part of the adventure, right? The food was fantastic—plenty of variety and delicious enough to make me forget about my beach body goals. The gardens, though, deserve a special mention. They are beautifully maintained, and you can see how hard the gardeners work to keep them in tip-top shape. It’s like walking through a tropical postcard every day. My daughter absolutely loved Zoki! The entertainment kept her smiling and happy, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, brace yourselves for the pool bar and toilets. The queues were longer than the list of my holiday mishaps, and cleanliness seemed to be more of a suggestion than a rule. On the bright side, the location is spot on. Close to everything you'd want to see or do, making it easy to explore. Overall, with a good sense of humor, it's an experience worth having!

Friendly and helpful staff, great pools, brilliant entertainment for the kids. Pretty good food selection with country themed nights. Need to be all inclusive as would get costly with drinks,etc through the day.

Fantastic location and beautiful place, very family friendly and everything is nearby, shopping, aquapark, bars, restaurants etc. all in walking distance would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lanzarote. The cleanliness is amazing and staff couldn't be more helpful. We went all inclusive and it was brilliant. The food was good, and access to drinks and snacks throughout the day was brilliant. We went the first week in June, and temperatures were 23°, 24° and 25°+a nice temperature, especially for families with young kids.entertainment was really good 6 cannot recommend this place enough!
