We had a fantastic stay at Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort. It's a great hotel for families, with plenty to do for both children and adults throughout the day. The facilities are excellent, the pools are well maintained, and there was always something going on to keep everyone entertained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They worked hard to make sure guests had an enjoyable stay and were always happy to assist with any requests. The resort is clean, well looked after, and has a relaxed atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and stress-free holiday in Lanzarote.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at the Elba resort. Overall the hotel complex is very good. Food was always a varied choice, omelettes were always nice in the morning with varied fillings. Hotel reception staff, bar staff and entertainment team were fantastic. Our room was at the back of the resort which was perfect on a night time it was lovely and quiet and you could relax outside. My daughter fell in love with a little tabby cat that she called blue who would come over to us in the morning and evening for a little fuss. The hotel location is really good and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the water park. Pool facilities are really good and a lot bigger than it looks on the photos/google maps. I did notice on the last day that there is a seat for disabled people in the main pool to help them get in that I thought was really nice to see. The only negative I have about the hotel is the afternoon/evening in the restaurant is the drink service. This was very hit and miss, some times you could be waiting for 10-15 minutes to get a drink. When you did go over to the staff they could be rude In telling you to go back to your table and they will come and take your order. Some staff would see us sit down and ignore us to take our drink orders, in the end we would take our drinks of water in rather than wait for the staff. We would return again as the resort it self is very good but the restaurant staff need to be improved on

Loses a star as Jet2 advertise it as adults only. It's 100% not adults only, there are adult only sections like a pool, restaurant and bar. The rest has kids all over. Nothing wrong with families, just wasn't what we were expecting. Food was ok, better to get in there early while fresh as not really topped up during service. The staff while too few, were very attentive and efficient. Chuz and Deanna at the adult pool deserve a special mention.

I've been to fuerteventura and hotels seems to have bugs crawling around and never could really get rid of them. This hotel, however, was the best!!!. Love the porch of the room, and the room was very clean and even has Air conditions!!!. The staffs were very friendly and all the other locals as well. We only booked breakfast but everyday the breakfast is the same. If you like to clean off sands in your rooms from the beach I would ask for brooms and dustpan. Other than that, it's the best I've been so far and I will definitely come back. Friendly staffs, rooms were perfect and doors security in the rooms were good as well. There are hotels that have the windows and doors that can't really secure the room properly that I had to improvise my own security but this Elda hotel is perfect that I can comfortably leave my belongings there for long periods of times. The housekeepers were very friendly as well. Excellent!!!!! Love it!!! And I miss it already and the beautiful Landzarote area. 👌

This hotel has a beauiful, spacious pool area. The adults restaurant gets very busy & some food isnt replenished, when its gone its gone. Some staff are very friendly but others are not which is disappointing. One receptionist was quite rude when I advised the fridge wasn't working - she said it was a minibar & they only keep things at room temp. After a second call a maintenance guy came & agreed it wasn't working & replaced it & then our water was cold so she was wrong. I wouldn't be put off, I put it down as a one off, its still a lovely place.
