The hotel is fabulous, very spacious, plenty of sun beds. The entertainment staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic as well as the restaurant staff. It’s a lovely complex which has family areas and adult only areas, which are lovely and quiet. We joined in a few of the activities, which was great fun. The rooms are cleaned every day, fresh towels provided every three days unless you leave your towels on the bathroom floor then they can be changed more frequently. I have food allergies and the restaurant staff were great, I completed a form with reception and a lovely lady from the kitchen helped me with the food I could eat. Would like to give a special shout out to Roberto and Danny in the entertainment team, really good at all the activities they do with the guests. Had a great time doing archery, rifle shooting and darts with them.

Entertainment team were absolutely great, all waiters and waitresses and staff were helpful and friendly too! Plenty for kids to do and the pool area is clean and lots of sun loungers. Food was good always a large selection! Area round the pool is very slippery and we have witnessed a few slips and falls by children. I advise anyone with kids to take pool shoes. Room was clean but a few areas had been missed on check in. Not enough to complain about but maybe a deep clean now and then as there was quite a bit of dust around lights etc. No complaints on the everyday cleaning. Room was very spacious for a family of three and a great area outside to use. Loved the washing lines, so useful for wet towels and swim wear. On the whole love it so far.

We’ve been to this hotel before and it was again made lovely by the entertainment staff. Pro’s: Recommended for families absolutely Entertainment for kids is amazing Free kids club Range of drinks were really good Food served through the day although 6.30pm for evening meal is too late with young children in my opinions Food was lovely Staff were very nice Issues dealt with promptly Things which could do with improving: Tea and coffee took ages to be replaced Need more staff on the pool bar Be consistent with the limit of drinks per person as you have staff who aren’t bothered and those who do limit the drinks It took along time to empty the bins around the resort and didn’t think that looked particularly good Some of the outside furniture from the villas looks a bit tired Don’t advertise kids club for set times, and then cut them short as we weren’t able to use our spa day because of other events The range of the kids food does need expanding a little, it’s a bit limited Con’s: Lifeguard looking after the slide on his phone No lifeguards placed around the Pool generally whereas last time we came there we one sat watching the kids pool Please get some piped music outside around the pool - we were relied on by everyone for our speaker. It makes a good atmosphere.

We had the best two week stay here last month and already looking at booking again for next year! The hotel / rooms are spacious and immaculate and from the minute we entered reception on arrival the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Kendra was very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. Roberto and Naza in the animation team are fantastic - they all are! They made everything fun and our kids had the best time - especially with Pepe! The evening entertainment was great. Thank you so much for such a fantastic stay, we can’t wait to come back!

Staff are amazing, can’t do enough to make the holiday fantastic. Chus and Adriana at the pool bar are fantastic. Efficient, happy and great fun. If I had to have something that I’d change it would it be that the food in the evening isn’t hot and the selection isn’t great If you don’t like fish.
