The animation team are great, the kids are really enjoying the kids club every day. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the food in the restaurant is nice. Lots of things to choose from. Only thing I would say it would be nice to have a little more choice for the kids food, but they always found something to eat. Will definitely be coming back!

UPDATE! Strong 4.5 star from us due to entertainment team! Nice hotel, the staff is so pleasant, works really really hard, and is so kind. Some improvements would be great at meals but any issues are down to managment and not the staff, noticable when the resort is at its busiest. There is a new, lovely belt with pedestrian walk along the east extent of the resort down to town - pity there is no eastern gate only western one - small beach playa flamingo is 12 min away via west gate and large beach playa dorada 20 min - both pleasant strols downhill and nice beaches with food and shopping along the way; playa blanca is super small! Entertainment team is so so lovely, Roberto, Laura and Rachel are great. Laura is so genuine and she clearly likes what she does and she does it so well. Rachel runs kids club so well and foam party was a great success :) Ramon and Costa are such characters and seeing them on the stage performing was a treat :) Evening entertainment for family section varies from very very good to not so much but again that's a matter of taste - others really enjoyed it :) Magic show artemago, dancing, circus and the music show by the entertainment team were our favourite :) We went prestige and the daily refill of the fridge was nice :) tho the beer could be more varied - as with beer types you like it or not!

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent—varied, fresh, and really high quality, especially the salads and fresh fish. The waiting staff were great, always attentive and helpful. The swimming pools were a huge hit with the kids, and there was plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Overall, a brilliant stay—thank you very much! Would definitely recommend for families.

A lovely hotel. Beautifully decorated and designed with all pools central to the hotel. A dedicated kids pool with slides which our 3 year old loved. Our daughter is too young to be left at kids club but we could stay with her. She loved it. Soft play, trampoline and lots of crafts. Staff are lovely and very attentive.

From day one, they made us feel welcome with fun activities, energetic shows, and a warm, friendly attitude that truly makes a difference. We’d like to give a special mention to Raquel from the Miniclub, who was absolutely lovely. Her dedication, kindness, and creativity with the little ones made our children not want to leave the Miniclub. Raquel has a true gift for connecting with kids and making them feel safe and happy. A real gem! Thank you to the entire team for your energy and passion every day. We’ll definitely be back.
