Me and my partner stayed here for 7 nights at the end of June/beginning of July. All staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival, we got seen too quickly.
Our room was lovely, very spacious and we had a sea view room (which we had requested) and it was beautiful. It was a little dated but equally really lovely. The hotel is very big and split into sections so on arrival it was a little confusing trying to get to and from parts of the hotel.
We had half board and all waiting service was very efficient and quick. The food was good (a little similar most days) but still good. There is only one main food restaurant so not a lot of options if you want a quick lunch by the pool.
The drinks in the bar were well priced and there was enough entertainment in the day/evening (not too much) which is nice.
Overall, it was fairly quiet which was also nice and relaxing, not over crowded.
We also used the spa which was €10 for use of the facilities (in my opinion, it was worth it as you get plenty of time to use it and there is a lot there, very beautiful and friendly staff.)
Location-wise, it’s a lovely location by the sea and clear views of Futurventura. The beach nearby is rocky so probably not for a beach day. There was a noisy hotel across the beach entertainment loud singing but no problem. Close to local supermarkets and a short walking distance to the beach Playa Blanca and the harbour where you have everything you need, eg the beach, shops, restaurants and bars.
For trips, you are a little far as everything seems up the North and inland so we hired a car but you can get a coach or bus from hotel.
Overall very happy lovely stay. Thank you!

Stayed here in September 2023 in a double sea view room. Absolutely worth the money. Room was, clean, fresh, spacious with a great amount of storage, and the views from the Balcony breathtaking.
We were all inclusive, breakfast was great with plenty of choice, evening meals also. Lunchtime selection however I found to be a let down - repetitive and not much to choose from. Snacks at the pool bar were a decent alternative to the lunch. Very good selection of drinks available on A.I. the cocktails and wine are lovely. Can't comment on the evening entertainment as we were either out or on the lounge bar terrace, which was lovely to sit out on in the evening. Booking direct with the hotel gave one free visit per person to the Spa, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Two hotels joined together by an underground tunnel or you can walk across the road! Main hotel pleasant. Good size pool. Jacuzzi not working nor fountain in this pool. Large pouring fountain works. Good restaurant serving decent food. Always a sunlounger available. We stayed all inclusive but you couldn't get your own drinks unless at dinner time. This was also help yourself to wine beer and soft drinks. Breakfast tea, coffee and juice. Soft drinks switched off. Only one main bar in this hotel. Entertainment was on the basement floor with a bar. Decent shows. Spa looked good but we didn't go as no children under 16 and my 14 year old was really keen which was a shame. Adjoining hotel was the family rooms mainly, we stayed in on which was large with separate bedroom and son slept on sofa bed. Adequate kitchen if you want to cook if not all inclusive. Pool smaller and bar only open in late May therefore putting us off using this pool. Overall an ok hotel but not as good as others we've stayed in on the Canary islands.

A lovely weeks break in this hotel .
Everything spotlessly clean
Comfortable beds and good maid service
Fabulous pool area and loads of sunbeds to use
Free towels for use on sunbeds and free drinking water available throughout the hotel
We stayed on a half board basis , food was plentiful and lots of choice
Some dishes could have been served hotter
There seemed to be lots of activities going on but we declined them and enjoyed the relaxation.
The Spa and wellness centre is a must for peace and tranquility
Staff throughout helpful and pleasant
Playa Blanca is a beautiful area and we shall return

Paid for all inclusive. Food quality very poor with lots of re-used foods. Made it hard to actually get drinks and the quality of the drinks where poor. Overall poor service and the rooms are quiet tired.
Clearly trying to cut as many costs as possible to the detriment of quality.
