We stayed 9-16 April at this fantastic hotel and it’s the first one we have said we will definitely return to, I’ve already been looking when we can return!! It was fully booked but never felt too busy! It’s immaculate, the entertainment team are incredible without being annoying, the food was gorgeous and fresh and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Only 10 mins from airport and right on a gorgeous beach surrounded by many fabulous and cheap seaside restaurants! Some trip advisor reviews really worried me and I really don’t know if they were reviewing the same hotel 🤣

Receptionists very helpful and friendly All staff around the hotel also helpful and friendly. Restaurant food was great, lots to choose from, tasty and lots of it. Entertainment was good but finished 9.30. Room's were good, cleaned every day although we'd much preferred pool side view. Hotel is in great location, 10 minutes walk to the beach. We will becoming back,

It almost made it to 5 stars up until the last day where at breakfast I found cockroaches roaming around the toaster (see picture). Overall we had a pretty good trip. Yes, there were a few minuses here and there but the staff was so good that it made us mostly forget about the small details. I mean EVERYONE was lovely from the reception staff, to the waiters, the animation, etc… This hotel is designed for families and they definitely did it right. They have clubs for all ages which is not always the case when you have younger kids. They have activities running all day long both for kids and adults and I have to say it felt nice to see both parents and child bond over joint activities. In the evening they have mini disco every single night (obviously😊) and then some daily shows after that. The hotel is close to the beach (5min walk) and is close by shops and bars/restaurants. There’s even a pharmacy attached to the property. Rooms were great. Ours was recently renovated and was large. We had our own bedroom with a massive bed, then there was a living space with sofa bed & kitchenette and a large balcony. Perfect when travelling with the family. More importantly there was plenty of storage space so didn’t have troubles fitting all of our clothes inside the various wardrobes. Food was a bit of a mix bag. Some stuff was rather tasty while other was just bland. It was just inconsistent. For example there was no fresh orange juice (it came in those machine that dispense all kinds of “juices”) but they had fresh mango juice. The facilities of the hotels were good for a property of this category. For instance they had heated pools which is a nice touch especially when going a little off season. They also have plenty of kids friendly items at disposal (baby bath, high chairs, changing tables, guard rails for the bed) Whilst the stay wasn’t perfect, I’d return to the property without a doubt if I ever come back to Lanzarote.

Lovely hotel in lots of ways but disappointed in many. Bad No Porter service or lifts on sit. Disappointed by size of pools and only one very small heated. Kids entertainment extremely late 9pm start time seems excessive. Booking of restaurant required for dinner. Nothing but children. Generally small hotel with a kids club which was limited in scope for a 7 year old. Wasn't allowed to do anything sporting (saved for the 9 plus). So kids would love it mine wouldn't even go back. Safe cost 14 euros extra Nosey room as placed next to bar (can't be helped I guess) Positives Mostly clean Adjoining rooms, although no key on arrival Adult entertainment was good 4 out of 7 nights Spa was excellent

A very family friendly hotel that's close to the airport and is close to shops and the beach. There are lots of activities for kids like the disco, 2 playgrounds and many more outdoor activities. The staff all around the hotel were all very friendly...probably the friendliest I've seen at any hotel so far. The restaurant food was decent on the whole. The roast pork was probably the best I've ever tasted, and other dishes like the paella and risotto were superior to other all inclusive hotels. Not all food was great for me though like some of the desserts and pastries, but there will definitely be something to your liking. The restaurant is also really good if you have any allergies and the chef will tell you which foods to avoid. I also did not spot any cockroaches which I did at a hotel on a neighbouring island. The rooms were OK but seemed like they need more general maintenance. For example locks weren't working, our shower button broke off, and some touch up paint would be good. Although it seems they are prioritising refurbishing entire blocks as I noticed some work happening nearby. You can hear some music play at night but it's not too bad. Overall I had a good stay and would visit again.
