The people are all amazing. Friendly and helpful every single time. The daytime entertainment is great and the evening team are fantastic. For in house entertainment they were brilliant.
The rooms are a little disappointing in all honesty for 4* but then I'm probably comparing to 4* in the UK. They are nice but just a bit dated with a few problems.
The food variety is great, something for kids and adults alike. Beach is literally a 2 minute walk and the bars etc are a little further again, but it is a lovely walk.
Overall would recommend :-)

We had a brilliant 2 weeks here. Staff were really friendly, the kids disco and night shows were brilliant. Plenty to keep kids entertained. Rooms had plenty of space, and beds are comfy. The large swimming pool is a bit chilly, but the heated pool for the kids was ace. The food was nice with a good variety to choose from.
The only annoying thing is no lifts. If you're not on the ground floor, be prepared to carry the kids up flights of stairs with a pushchair. Still, this wouldn't stop us from returning in the future. 👍👍👍

The hotel is worthy of its 4star status as the place is clean, welcoming and has all the amenities you could want. I cannot give a full 5 stars due to a few things but really it’s 4.8 stars and I am being harsh here.
Food and drink
The inclusive buffet has a great array of choices both local and English dishes. There is honestly anything you could want for all meals. Breakfast is great with pancakes and cooked breakfast. If you go before 9am it’s nice and quiet after 9am it’s pretty busy.
Lunch is similar but some of the hot food does become cold quickly. I ended up eating the soups as they were very nice and hot. If you get there early for lunchtime around 12:30-1:30 after this the food is pretty cold and there isn’t much choice of mains left. The desserts are good and lots of choices but you do see the same things most days lots of variations on mousse and sponge cake.
Dinner is not a pleasant dining experience. The staff try their best and clean up quickly but it’s just very busy and loud. If you go to eat after 8pm it’s much quieter but anytime from 6:30- 8pm it’s madness. Queues, noise it’s just manic. Again no real complaints as it is what is it I was impressed with the staff and the selection on offer but after a while it does become a bit repetitive.
We did arrive late on the first day and the staff had made up a cold picnic bag for us which was nice. Also we had signed up to the H10 club and emailed the hotel before we went and they gave us water and a useful pool bag in our room.
The snack bar food is very good the chicken fingers are great and the food is made to order pretty much so it’s actually hotter than the lunch and dinner foods! It’s available from 11:30-17:30 so sometimes we skipped the lunch session in the restaurant and just ate at the snack bar.
Some of the bar staff were a bit moody but the others were pleasant enough and they were good with the kids when they went up to order their own drinks. Lots of cocktails on offer included in the all inclusive as well as mocktails for the kids. There wasn’t any snacks other than cold sandwiches in the evening after dinner had stopped which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have some little snacks with drinks whilst watching the entertainment or having a drink. Crisps are available at the bar but cost €2 for a small packet which is very steep! In the end we went to the little supermarket opposite the hotel and brought in our own snacks.
Rooms
They are basic but lovely and clean and just the right size with storage enough for all of our stuff.
Pool
The large pool with slides is very cold and this doesn’t make sense to me as it was mainly empty as the warmer pool by at least 6 degrees, was mad busy. I don’t see why they couldn’t heat all pools as the smaller one got too busy in the afternoon.
The sunbeds were being reserved very early and some families left towels on them nearly all morning without using them! It needed to be policed much better than it was. Having said this, we managed to generally find a few when we went to the pool in the afternoon. As it’s a place catered very much for the younger kids and babies, those families tended to go back to the rooms earlier in the afternoons.
Entertainment
Was pretty good most nights. The animations team did a good job. The mini disco was a bit repetitive so the kids got bored of that each night. I’ve seen lots of reviews saying how good they are with the kids but I didn’t really see this as my kids didn’t have much interaction with the entertainment or kids club staff. Certainly wouldn’t say they went out of their way to say hi to them or anything.
The lounge area where the entertainment takes place is usually crowded by 8pm no chairs available after 8:30.
Spa
Very relaxing and a lovely space away from the noise of the pool area!
Ultimately we had a lovely family stay here. The resort is safe enough for the older kids to go off on their own and explore the play park and tennis courts. A great hotel for the family in a central location.

What a fabulous holiday! We really enjoyed our family break and will definitely be back! This hotel is a family holiday paradise! The team is caring and lovely, always smiling. You can tell they are genuinely nice, not just because they work in hospitality.
The only negative experience we had was during check-in when we were allocated room 218, which we didn’t like much. Sylvia, who has worked at the hotel for 24 years, kindly moved us to room 229, which we loved. The bathroom was modern, and we had a lovely view of the pool. Plus, it saved us from having to walk around the part of the building which was being refurbished with a cheeky toddler. From there on, our stay only got better and better.
The hotel has a baby club which our son really enjoyed; it was great for us parents to have some downtime. Lia was amazing; our son adored her, and she was very pleasant and good at her job. We felt completely comfortable leaving our son in her care. She even gave us tips on the best beaches on the island.
The Pool Bar team—Vicky, Fabrizio, Celina, Oriana, Eduardo, Roberto, Agassi, Miguel, and Chef Yenel—were always smiling and happy to assist with drinks and food (the bar's onion rings were delicious!). They high-fived our son and made sure he was having a great time, even preparing his favorite ice cream. The drinks were lovely, with just the right amount of alcohol.
During breakfast, Chef Carlos was always polite and cheerful. He made fried eggs, omelettes, and pancakes in the morning, and during lunchtime, he cooked fish and meats. What's amazing is that he was busy making food but never missed greeting us with a smile. We also liked the fact that Nutella was served for breakfast. We have stayed in hotels where “fake hazelnut spread” was used to save on cost, and as we all know, nothing compares to Nutella. It’s not a big deal, but I feel all those small things count.
The service in the restaurant was superb. Maria was always cheerful and greeted us warmly. The food was delicious; sometimes on an "all-inclusive package," the food can lack taste due to being prepared in large quantities, but here it always looked fresh, was regularly replenished, and offered a wide range of options for everyone. Dino and Ronmiel were polite and helpful in ensuring we were well cared for.
The animation team was also fantastic; their energy was infectious, and it was clear they all enjoyed what they did. They were fun to be around and great at organizing activities like Bingo and Foam party (which our toddler loved the most). There were so many activities for kids and even parents to take part in.
We also appreciated that no one asked us to leave the pool when official opening hours ended; we could stay in as long as we wanted while the sun was still out. The restaurant was extremely flexible; they didn’t start packing away food as soon as serving times ended. If the restaurant was still busy, the staff patiently waited and then informed everyone that they would be closing soon, so everyone could quickly grab food if they wished. I do appreciate that for the staff it must have been frustrating because they wanted to go home or had other tasks to complete, but they didn't let us the customers know by being miserable, they always had smile on their face and were professional. This, for me, is brilliant customer service, and as a customer, I appreciated it very much. I loved the "no pressure vibe"! Please don’t change.
Thank you very much, everyone, for your outstanding customer service! We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be back!

Great hotel in the centre of everything in Costa Teguise. Near restaurants, beaches and shopping. Clean with very friendly, helpful staff. A range of activities for kids of all ages, including the grown up kind. We stayed half board and were treated to a wonderful breakfast each morning. Rooms are clean and very well equipped. Would not hesitate to stay again
