Well to start with a massive thanks need to be given to all the staff, they made this holiday incredible. All so helpful, polite, fun and made it a brilliant experience for the kid. The hotel is located close to the beach and shops so no issue with passing noise or club goers. The hotel is amazing, clean spread out nicely and everything looks amazing including the pirate ship in the pool. The pool is blooming cold and takes some getting use to but the ship makes it worthwhile, can be an absolute battle to get sun beds but thats the same with every hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean, even better getting kids programs on to keep him happy. The all inclusive aspect was great, very little to complain about. The only issue I had all week was the snack bar, the food was great and fresh but it took a long time, I waited around 20 minutes for chips and when it was busy was told to come back so used it very little. The restaurant was amazing, no complaints at all with this, food selection was amazing and different every night. The night time entertainment is different every night and mainly done by the reps but dam they do an amazing job with it. Even the kids dancing was brilliant. Over all this is one of the best holidays ive had and cant wait to go back again. This is an amazing family orientated hotel that surpassed expectations.

Just back from a brilliant stay. Absolutely perfect for the kids (aged 1 & 3). We enjoyed half board (breakfast & lunch), great selection and times worked well. We used the baby club for 1 year old and she loved it, entertainment team brilliant, we only saw a couple of shows and the kids didn't take their eyes off the stage. We enjoyed drinks at the bar with live music each night. We went out for dinner each evening and there are a few decent restaurants, nice beach and cocktail bars with sea views. We were recommended the hotel, and so glad we booked. So clean, great pools and plenty of sunbeds, all staff work so hard and very friendly, can walk to beach in a few minutes, quick transfer from airport.

We are just back from a brilliant 11 night stay with our 3 and a half year old daughter. This place is toddler heaven and completely geared towards young families. We stayed in a refurbished apartment which had everything we needed comfy beds, spacious and room cleaned everyday. The food was lovely with different themes every night. The entertainment team are brilliant with loads of activities through the day and a family show each night and the staff can't do enough for you. Great location in Costa Teguise also with the beach, shops and little village with restaurants and bars all within 5/10 minute walking distance. We can't wait to come back, perfect stay for young families.

A late review from a 10 night stay (we stayed August 2024) we have booked to stay again soon for 14 nights. We arrived and had use of the shower room until our room was ready. First impressions were as expected a good quality small hotel very much geared towards families. The bar staff were just wonderful and worked so hard but were definitely overwhelmed at times as they had large queues. Lunch options at the bar were great I have no idea how they kept up with the orders! Breakfast was the best I’ve had on AI just loved the Spanish eggs with peppers. The beer tap took some practice but I got it. The pool was brilliant and the perfect size with some good sun loungers positioned to see all. We felt safe and secluded at the hotel even surrounded by so many. The kids loved Daisy and the games, glittering tattoos and special kids buffet really made it for them. We are excited to return

Amazing for children!! We just got back after an amazing stay. My 3 year old had the most amazing time, so much available to do. Several water slides, multiple swing parks, mini disco every night and great entertainment put on by the hotel animation staff. My son enjoyed the kids mini club ran by a lovely fella who's name evades me but had the most amount of patience and kindness for all the kids. Marta part of the entertainment team was a favorite, she had everyone up and full of energy the whole holiday, dancing and playing games with not just the kids but the adults too. Daisy the mascot is everywhere so plenty of opportunities to get a magical experience and snap some photos. I'm vegan and Maria who runs the restaurant was a god send. She was so attentive to me and my family the whole time, making sure I had spoken to the chef for my options. It was honestly a fabulous place to stay and we really enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer.
