Amazing holiday for our family of 5. The hotel was very clean and lovely pools. We also loved the location and walks by the beach. Our kids aged 5, 7 and 9 especially loved the pools, the evening shows and the kids club. Special thank you to Stefi and Emilia for being fantastic with the kids at kids club and also showcasing their amazing talents in the shows!! Lots of lovely memories made here in Lanzarote. Loved every minute of our stay, there is something for everyone here! Kids pools, splash park, or a chilled adults only area. Entertainment is great, clean rooms, food is lovely, outdoor cinema, location is perfect only 5 min walk to the beach. Kids club is also fantastic, staff are great with the kids! Shout out to Emilia for making our kids feel welcome. I’ve also had a treatment at the spa and it’s one of the best massages I’ve had! Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone!

Just got back from 7 nights here and absolutely loved it. Great rooms and facilities, really clean, great pools and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Kids pool a bit varying in temperature but mostly warm enough. Food was delicious and fresh and we never felt it lacked variety. Staff super friendly, smiley and professional. It was our little girl’s first time at a kids club and Steffi and Emilia did such a great job, our daughter didn’t want to leave! A good mix of planned activities and free play along with the mini disco every evening of course! Would definitely return.

This hotel is one of the best all inclusive experiences we’ve done. The area is huge with various swimming pools, some of which are heated, which is essential for winter. There are adult bars, restaurants and pool where you can unwind in quiet, as well as many family areas. The food, as far as all inclusive goes, was really good, with lots of options to choose from. We stayed here for new year celebrations and the entertainment was fantastic, there was a special dinner and an amazing singer. I cannot recommend it enough!

Group birthday trip 8 in total. We all booked separately but were located close to each other. Check in and check out so easy and accommodating. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the store before our room was ready and also after check out, but was allowed to use the facilities, bar & restaurant. All staff were friendly and looked happy. All requests dealt with quickly. We called reception for an iron which was delivered to our room. Location fantastic 5 min walk to the beachfront with restaurants shops and bars. No complaints at all thank you for making our trip so special.
