Just got back from 7 nights here and absolutely loved it. Great rooms and facilities, really clean, great pools and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Kids pool a bit varying in temperature but mostly warm enough. Food was delicious and fresh and we never felt it lacked variety. Staff super friendly, smiley and professional. It was our little girl’s first time at a kids club and Steffi and Emilia did such a great job, our daughter didn’t want to leave! A good mix of planned activities and free play along with the mini disco every evening of course! Would definitely return.

I wanted to give 5*, but there were few details I did not like. Overall it is a very good hotel regarding location ( near airport, near beach), spacious rooms, good food, several pools ( one of them only for adults👍 or only for kids), drinking water for free from dispensers located all around hotel area. We paid for All Incl. Most of the drinks alcohol- non alcohol for free, but some of them ( mostly alcohol drinks with small payment 1,2 or 3 eur). All Incl.+ everything for free. You can choose cleaning of your room everyday or every second day. Beach towel- 15 eur deposit. Later check-out possible with additional payment of 40 eur ( until 15:00) or 60 eur ( until 17:00), but you must ask for it in advance during check-in and wait for confirmation 1 day before check-out. Animation team available, program each day and night except 1 day in a week. Personnel was ok,but some of them could be more polite. What could be more improved and why I did not give 5* are: our room was located above restaurant and smell of the kitchen came to our room via aircon system in the bathroom or from outside, personnel early in the morning preparing things for the breakfast at the restaurant's terrace was often very noisy, cleaning ladies could do their job sometimes more precisious ( stairs to our room were not cleaned several days, gym is not so bad,but needs more equipment to add e.g. set of proper dumbbells, variety of food in the day bar could be better and older lady taking care of food there more polite. If you want to enter restaurant you must wait to be seated. And I would like to recommend to the hotel managment to think about installation of al least one charger for electric cars infront of the hotel which could be useful for the hotel guests who hired electric car and need charging,because it is quite complicated to fing charging stations in nearby surroundings and eslecially those where you can pay by credit card. Hotel is trying to be ecological,so at least 1 charging station could support this initiative. Conclusion: I can recommend this hotel.

just got back from this hotel, and I can tell you it's truly fantastic. I vacation in 4-star hotels three or four times a year, and I can say this is better, if not the best, hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms and the hotel itself are very clean. You can choose how many times a week the cleaning crew cleans your room. The food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly. They always serve you with a smile. The entertainment team is simply incredible. Maria, Suan, Alina, Moa, and Manuel are truly professional, always smiling, and they always make us laugh. I have a special heart for Maria, who I found incredibly sweet and a very sporty girl.

Excellent hotel! Hot, tasty food, beautiful, clean rooms that are very comfortable. The reception staff are amazing and help in any way they can. Still get the same idiots putting towels out at the crack of dawn to reserve sunbeds so we spent much if our time at the beach. This us our 2nd time here and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights - although we wouldn’t return for a couple of reasons, we thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless! The room was great size wise for us both - the air conditioning isn’t the best but we managed to get it cooler by night 2. Powerful shower which was great and you can request how often you want housekeeping for your room. The food - although we done All inclusive, we didn’t really test much of the food and what we did have was okay. The drinks were really disappointing though - pre-made cocktails that were lacking in alcohol / overpowered with sugar. The cava tasted of vinegar too which was a shame. The beer was great though! There are numerous areas throughout the hotel with different pools for different vibes. We chose to spend our time by the main pool where the entertainment was. The pools are all quite small in comparison to what we have experienced in hotels in the past but great for a dip. No big inflatables allowed which I’m guessing is due to the size of the pool. Although there aren’t any parasols which I was quite nervous about, the breeze was amazing - my husband and I managed perfectly fine without the need for shade (my husband usually struggles in the heat!) The location of the hotel was exactly what we had hoped for - an easy 2 minute walk to a lovely strip of bars and restaurants which we went to each night and a spar shop right next to the hotel accessible via a gate by the main pool. My biggest nightmare was the ‘shower room’ we used on the last day due to a late flight as we were unable to pay for late check out. The room was like a literal sauna - so getting showered & changed to travel was awful - we were drenched in sweat. And the shower was broken! Along with water going everywhere on the floor. Such an awful and frustrating experience! The staff around the hotel are amazing - so friendly and helpful! And the animation team are the best animation team I have ever came across on a holiday before. They absolutely work their socks off like I’ve never seen, even entertaining on the evening for shows as well as working tirelessly by the pool all day!!! Special mention to Svan on the animation team who truly is someone special - the only person who has ever got me involved in things whilst on a holiday and such a genuine, funny guy who gave my husband and I plenty of laughs during the day around the pool. Also to Moa who was so lovely to chat to - you’re absolutely smashing it girl!
