I consider my stay at the hotel to be very pleasant. The food was tasty, the room was cleaned, and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Its also conveniently close to the ocean and nearby shops. However, the definite highlight was the entertainment, or rather the people who led it. Bartek (its great that there is a Polish-speaking person employed, which made communication with my child much easier), Francesca, and Anas are wonderful people who clearly love what they do. My child was very happy with the activities and never got bored. I highly recommend this hotel!

We loved this hotel. Food was brilliant, something for everyone and varied every night. We were half board, we swapped dinner with lunch a few days which was no issue. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the entertainment team (especially the dude with the long curly hair who dressed as Luigi). Full of energy and made kids club fun and memorable for my two little girls. We’re still dancing to all the songs ♥️thank you, just what we needed.

Absolutely wonderful holiday for myself, my husband, and my 1yo. We requested a ground floor room before we went so that my toddler could nap in the day and we could spend time on the patio as it was our honeymoon. When we arrived, not only had they fulfilled that request, but also left us a bottle of wine and a note to wish us a happy honeymoon. The standard of food was really good. I am usually a very fussy eater, but I found something I liked every night. The hotel is so close to the gorgeous beaches and the location is perfect if you prefer a quieter holiday. There are nice bars etc, but it’s not too busy and it is very, very clean!

Fantastic hotel! Our 10 day holiday is ending and will definitely miss it! The resort is just gorgeous, clean and very well maintained. It’s perfect for a family. I really need to mention Alejandro from the buffet restaurant who checked on me and offered vegan meals which were just exquisite. We highly recommend this place!

First time staying at this hotel and can not fault the facilities, the rooms or the catering. There is a wide variety of food available at every meal and the facilities are very clean and well looked after, the staff are very friendly and helpful and it is set in a lovely area with lots to do. The main issue we had that will stop me returning to this hotel is the kids club, my 5 year wanted to go try the kids club with a family friend also staying here as she had never tried a kids club before. We took her down and signed her in everything was fine we were advised that any issues they would call and that they would be playing Olympic sports across the hotel site, when we left her there she was happy playing with the other kids and the staff. We took our other child to the splash park across from the mini club area and all seemed fine, after an hour or so a well timed toilet trip found me walking down the stairs to the main path through the hotel grounds to see the kids club walking back to the main play area so I hung back not wanting to interfere should my daughter see me. After the group had gone around the corner I carried on along the path to hear my daughter crying and calling out to me as she had been left behind by the staff. Turns out she had stopped to pull a stone from her shoe, The staff didn't notice and left her there. After taking her back to the kids club and pointing out the had left my daughter unattended near an open gate to the main street I was informed not only were they unaware that she was missing in the first place but that another family had had the same issue the day before due to staff negligence. The fact that the kids club manager was apologetic but dismissive of the staffs negligence as if the fact his staff had lost two kids in two days made it OK, as if it was a run off the mill issue that needed to be accepted is ridiculous. AMENDMENT I would like to clarify that this issue was reported to hotel staff and managers when it happened. If this has not been put through the proper chain of authority at the time that says more about the situation than I could. The kids club manager offered a picture with my daughter and the hotel mascot. I wasn't looking for gifts or offers I wanted my daughter watched and supervised appropriately
