We loved this hotel. Food was brilliant, something for everyone and varied every night. We were half board, we swapped dinner with lunch a few days which was no issue. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the entertainment team (especially the dude with the long curly hair who dressed as Luigi). Full of energy and made kids club fun and memorable for my two little girls. We’re still dancing to all the songs ♥️thank you, just what we needed.

We truly had a fantastic holiday. The staff were amazing & the food was beautiful. There is something for everybody here. Families have their areas & there are adult only spaces which are really great to chill out in. I would recommend going on the all inclusive plus deal as it has many benefits, including use of the Balinese beds, which came with fruit & cava. We felt like millionaires. The entertainment was also brilliant. Thank you to all the staff from the cleaners who made our room beautiful every day to the bar staff like Claudia, who made our holiday so memorable. We will definitely be coming back!

We are family of three - two adults and a 4 year old so my review is based on a family holiday. Firstly, I cannot fault the animation team, especially Anas at the kids club! He has such great energy and enthusiasm with the kids. The mini disco was great and a good variety of activities for kids in the day. The hotel itself is really clean and comfortable and we always had a sunbed (in June). The food is good, but a but samey after a while so we went out for a few nights for dinner, which was nice to break it up. Overall a really nice holiday.

We spent a fantastic family holiday here, back for the second time in two years. The facilities and entertainment are terrific and the staff really go out of their way to help make it an enjoyable experience. Marco was excellent in helping get the rooms booked and make sure we had everything covered that we needed to. Ana Perez and Gabriel in the Nautilus bar kept us well supplied, with great customer service. In the restaurant Remy, Salem and Isarah all really made it a pleasant dining experience. All of the Animation team were superb but the standouts were Sabrina, Loachim, Frankie and Celia - brilliant fun throughout the holiday.

Initial issues encountered with room allocation were swiftly sorted by the resort manager, Erik. The service received & the speed at which he made decisions were brilliant. A very good hotel, spotlessly clean - with excellent food which was tasty & well presented. Will definitely visit here again.
