Rooms: The rooms themselves were good — clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful view. However, during check-in we were first given a room that smelled unpleasant. Once we reported it, the staff reacted quickly and changed our room without hesitation. Later, we had an issue with the air conditioning not working on the heating mode, which took some time to resolve. For a while we weren’t sure whether we’d need to switch rooms again. Another downside was the Wi-Fi. The listing mentioned high-speed internet, but the connection was very unstable. We eventually had to purchase additional Airalo data packages because of that. Service: The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and genuinely tried to help as fast as possible. Location: The location wasn’t ideal in my opinion. Transportation around the island is not easy or cheap — taxis cost around €40 per direction. I’d definitely recommend renting a car in Corfu; it gives you much more freedom to explore. On the positive side, the hotel offers a free shuttle to the Old Town, which was very convenient. Facilities: I was a bit disappointed with the facilities during the off-season. I expected the pool to be heated, but it wasn’t. We ended up visiting another Grecotel nearby that did have a warm pool. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and views, but a few issues that could be improved — especially Wi-Fi and off-season amenities.

Stunning hotel with excellent views of the Ionian Sea towards Albania with pleasant and well maintained surroundings.. Very friendly and well spoken polite staff (Reception, Lobby, bar, restaurant and cleaners) with excellent service always with a smile ensuring everyone is comfortable and served. The hotel is one of three Grecotel hotels next to each other with easy access. Would recommend visiting sister hotels. There is a very useful shuttle service to old town three times a day, however could do with more frequent service. Need to book ahead as the taxi will be expensive. All the staff very polite and helpful including Eleni and Kyriakos who were very informative and helpful with any excursions and hotel facilities. Only two point to make, lack of toilets facilities and hotel WiFi is poor on many parts of the hotel.

We had a wonderful holiday at Eva Palace. The hotel staff provided excellent service at all times, from arrival to departure, everyone was very friendly and attentive. The hotel grounds down to the beach are also very beautiful and well maintained. There is plenty of space on the beach and we never had any trouble finding free sun loungers, no matter what time of day. The food, especially the breakfast, was also of a high standard. At dinner, we missed a little variety in the main courses and would have liked to see more Greek specialities alongside the somewhat boring international dishes. As is often the case in 5star hotels, unfortunately, the prices for food and drinks outside of the paid meals are expensive, but the cocktails are very tasty. The rooms are nice, but you can see in some places that the hotel is already a few years old. Overall, the Eva Palace offers great service in all areas and we can definitely recommend the hotel.
