It’s a really great location with comfy newly renovated rooms. It’s definitely on the smaller side but expected for the price. We had a view of the Empire State Building from our room which was cool with black out curtains when we didn’t want to see it.
Cons: The tub is very shallow and only really suited to be used as a shower. The exhaust fan was LOUD even with the door closed. The toilet also had random trickling sounds throughout the night. The renovation took up all of the lobby while we were there. The elevators were veeery slow in the mornings. No amenities or at least we never found them.

Service: poor
It took multiple attempts to get extra towels. During our three day/ four night stay they forgot to clean the room on one occasion.
Rooms and bathrooms : very small but clean and functional
King size bed had the appearance of a queen size bed but was comfortable along with the pillows
Hotel gym: size of a walk-in closet(semi comfortable for two people at most)
Restaurant (closed) and entrance: very small, under construction. Outside sitting area was nice.
Elevators: very slow for 26 floor hotel.Long wait during peak hours
Location : good
Several grocery stores, coffee shops ,subway and restaurants were within several minute walk.

Excellent location to the subway and walking distance to major attractions. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning and providing things we needed. The rooms are small but it’s NYC. The room was quiet though. There is construction in the lobby but the workers were friendly and held the elevator for me a few times. Highly recommend this place.

The arrival was awful. I had never had such a horrible experience checking in a hotel.
We arrived around midnight. The hall is under renovation and the place seemed a battle field. There was a reception desk in a hidden corner where a receptionist (just 1) was helping some customers. We were in line when one of the elevator’s door opened and the floor inside was vomited. It was cleaned while we were waiting to check in, but the impression was terrible.
When it was our turn the lady was unable to locate all our bookings even though we had all thw confirmation numbers. She was only able to offer excuses. We had to call our booking service who were super helpful and gave us the internal booking confirmation numbers per room. After a while she was able to find all 4 rooms, but at that point she said she had no more 2 bed double rooms left (even though we had booked double rooms) so we had to accept one with 1 bed with the promise that it would be fixed the next day.
Which was true. Next morning staff was aware of the issue, offered a new room with 2 double beds and AMAZING views. Also, we requested to change one of the rooms to get a new one with better views and they did it without extra charge.
Rooms are comfortable and clean. Beds are also very comfortable. There is no much storage space but it’s ok for 2 people. Bathroom is small but clean and well equipped.
If you are lucky enough to get a rear room in a high floor, views are astonishing.
Location is perfect if you are visiting the city as a tourist. Very well communicated, close to bus and metro. Within walking distance of Flatiron, Union Square and Chelsea Market.
In general, except for the lady on the arrival night, staff was super helpful and efficient.
Even though the arrival experience was horrendous I would recommend the hotel.

I won’t stay there there for more than 2-3 nights but not too bad.
The hotel is well located (10-15min walk to Flatiron/Empire State Building/Time Square)
The rooms are small and with paper walls so depending the people around, it can be pretty noisy. Furniture and carpets are a bit old but bed was comfortable.
Cleaning lady wanted to come at 5pm but as we’d just got back from the day, it was a bit too late so we told her it wasn’t necessary.
The lobby was under construction so it quickly crowded with people arriving / leaving.
Staff is professional, wasn’t welcoming but not unpleasant, we didn’t need anything more than to pick up the keys so it was fine for us.
