My family stayed here for 5 nights. We arrived a few hours before check-in to drop off our luggage but they were able to get us into our room which was very nice as we were tired from traveling all day. Our refrigerator wasn't working but the front desk receptionist was able to get us a replacement very quickly. Our towels were replaced and the room was tidied everyday which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was good and helps to save money on dining out. Just get there early or it can be hard to find seating and some items might be gone. The only con was that 1 of the 2 small elevators was not working for a few days which meant sometimes it took a very long time to catch it (as there are 27 floors). Don't know if that's a common occurrence though or if it was just an issue during our stay. Location feels safe and is very close to a Duane Reade, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and the subway. Overall this is a great place to stay especially for those on a budget. I would definitely stay here again.

Marry, Anna, the overnight lady, and the Manager is the best in the business!! They went above and beyond to accommodate us, I appreciate all of them so so much for being absolute superstars 🤩 by far my best experience I've ever had. The services they provided made my stay wonderful 😊 they deserve a big raise 👏 amazing people! Hotel is very clean the staff are very friendly and breakfast was awesome 👌 I can't thank team here enough, I am so grateful !! This was my first time in New York and I'll be back to stay here again - Austin Barnett

We stayed here for a few days. The room was a bit small, we had an AC vent very close to the bed, making it harder to get in and out of the bed from that side. The amenities in the room were nice. Breakfast had a good enough variety, the only concern was the amount of waste in plastic ware. I was chocked with the amount used and going to waste.

Yes, the rooms are small but comfortable. Remember, this is an express. Competitive pricing, with a great view. The location is great right by the water, great service, very helpful and friendly. And a great hot breakfast! They even had a pancake machine ;)

Great spot for discovering down part of Manhattan. Rooms too small, we were 3 in one room and we had a problem with feee space in our room. Staff at the reception very nice, breakfest is free, but very limited- any vegetable, ham, salami or cheese. Afwull coffee. Between 8 till 9.00 so crowdy that you have no chance to find a free table and after 9.00 they dont refill breakfest offer.
