The hotel is not far from the airport. The room is clean, but the balcony does not allow smoking as well as the value is only for adults. The staff is friendly. What I really advise to do is to change the cooks, since the food is not tasty at all. It was a mistake to take all inclusive. Also, please put water in the rooms every day, it is not very good to wake up in the middle of the night and want to drink, while running down to pour yourself some water. At least put it for those who have all inclusive. I think even in 4-star hotels it is included. Those who wrote that the food is tasty, apparently they have never eaten tasty food or do not know how to cook it. There are two large swimming pools on the territory, which is very good. Hotel for young people a bit boring , since there is almost no entertainment there. But for the older generation it will be great, very quiet. I give the room 5 stars, the service too, but the food 2 stars!

Review of Garden Suite with Swim-Up Pool: Comfort and Disappointments We stayed for five nights in the garden suite with a swim-up pool. The bed and rooms were comfortable, clean, and cool. The cleaner came every day to make the bed. It would have been great to have the water supply topped up regularly. We opted for a bed and breakfast package, but since we arrived late, we paid for the all-inclusive buffet. Unfortunately, the food, including the fruit, was bland and tasteless. It was evident that they were trying to cut corners as everything seemed watered down. The "yoghurt" was like milky water and tasted artificial. They could improve by offering fewer options but with better quality. The pool area at Purobeach was nice, and the beds were comfortable. However, on windy days, the heavy wooden umbrellas kept blowing away, which was quite unsettling. One side of the pool area was off-limits, with allocated beds that no one seemed to use, which was bizarre. The area requires a car unless you plan to stay at the resort the whole time, as there are few nearby options for eating and drinking, and those available are of poor quality. We rented a car and preferred heading into Mahon and Fornells for local food.

Not up to Hyatt standards. Poor redemption, does not honor suite reservation, underwhelming food & service. Arrived at 8pm, was told the suite I reserved was unavailable. They offered massage and sun bed at the pool in compensation. Had to agree it was a holiday weekend and there was little Availability any place else. Paid for the all-inclusive, was given a wrist band. Multiple times was asked by employees to confirm status ... Package does not include bottled drinks from the bar to take to the room. Room fridge was lightly stocked and never refilled, despite room being serviced each day there. Buffet food quality was 2 star, it was bland, they frequently ran out of things, service was very slow to provide drinks. Alcohol menu was very limited despite all-inclusive. You can hear the waves crashing from the ocean view rooms, but only with the door open. Patio's have light at night you cannot turn off so you can't leave your shades open to see the ocean. There is no beach here, if you want to dive or lounge by the pool this might be an okay hotel. Shower water pressure was good. The rest of the room was okay. My suggestion if you want to stay here, choose the cheapest room possible, do not opt for the food/drink packages and do not use points.

We loved our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Pool area was lovely - apart from the music. There is no beach but just a rocky area to the sea. Nothing much around but there is a bus service and a hotel minibus

The hotel is very clean. The staff are wonderful and friendly. Nothing is too trouble for them. Good good and varied food. Very quiet place right by the sea. Worth a visit to menorca. Nature trails all around.
