Well I've just got home after a week at this hotel and wow what can I say, I've never been to such a warm friendly hotel. The hotel is exceptionally clean everywhere, the rooms are spacious with great views of the sea and pool area, and the entertainment at night is good and varied. The pool is refreshing and the food is lovely and hot, especially the breakfast, and each evening there is different theme for dinner. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you especially the sous chef. Location is quiet which suited me but short taxi or bus ride takes you into town. The beach at Punta Prima is stunning and well worth a visit, only 8 mins by taxi. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone and hope to return soon.

Just spent a very enjoyable week at this hotel. All staff very helpful. Restaurant excellent, good selection of food at each meal (we were all inclusive) Entertainment team were good fun, especially "Pleunie" the Dutch lady. Tom and Noah were good too. Bruno was a bit too serious. There were plenty of sports available, including archery, bowls and petanque.

On arrival, the hotel reception and staff were excellent—friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The maid service was also exceptional throughout our stay. However, the room was very small and felt a bit tired. Although we had booked a room for three people, it was clearly not designed to accommodate three beds. Once the extra bed was added, there was barely any space left, and we couldn’t access the balcony, which was disappointing given the amazing sea view. The restaurant was okay, with a decent variety that suited most tastes. Unfortunately, my daughter didn’t enjoy the very thick pancakes, and the menu didn’t change during our second week, which made meals feel repetitive. Overall, the staff and views were definite highlights, but the room size and dining variety left room for improvement.

We had an excellent stay at Alua Illa de Menorca. The hotel is well located in a quiet area, just a short walk from the beach. The rooms are modern, clean, and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and always available. The breakfast buffet is varied and of good quality, with options for all tastes. Special mention to the pools and evening entertainment — perfect for relaxing without leaving the hotel. I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay in Menorca!
