We had a fabulous holiday and highly recommend this hotel. I had booked assisted travel and requested a walk in shower due to mobility issues. When we arrived the gentleman on reception was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was ground floor and we had a wet room as requested. The next day the same gentleman was on reception and made a point of checking that everything was okay, did I need anything and would a shower chair be helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and all staff were friendly and helpful. It was a beautiful room with everything we needed. The terrace had 2 sun loungers, a small table with 2 chairs and 3 steps to the pool. The pool had a ramp with a rail so it was very easy to get in and out of the pool. Everywhere was very clean and the housekeeping was done every day. There was 2 large wardrobes so plenty of storage. The kitchen area although small was sufficient to cook if you wanted to. The fridge was a good size, the under counter style with a small freezer compartment at the top. We just had a bag of ice in it. I will definitely come back at some point.

Quite simply, the best! We have been back 5 times. The staff are superb and so friendly. The animation team are awesome. My kids genuinely loved them all! The food is superb. So much choice and cooked beautifully. The rooms are spot on. Just what you need for a holiday whilst being super comfortable. The activities are really fun for kids and adults, the entertainment in the evening is great. Kahoot is a brilliant addition to the schedule. We cannot wait to book again! See you next year!

Not long come back from a 7 night all inclusive holiday with 2 young children. Zafiro Menorca is just wonderful. Spacious, comfortable rooms that were cleaned daily by the amazing housekeeping staff. Beautiful food and so much choice in both the restaurant and pool bar. Fantastic swimming pools, 3 playground areas, a bouncy castle and great entertainment, this place had it all. There is a road through the complex but it is only used by a handful of buses/cars, and never felt like an issue. The resort is small and feels very safe. 3 supermarkets right across the road, plus other amenities. The marina is about a 10 min walk away and lovely for a change of scenery. We never made it to the beach but we did walk down to the lighthouse (5 mins walk away) and watched the sunset which was beautiful. Fabulous, helpful staff that were fantastic with children! We will absolutely be back!

Perfect for young children. Pools were great, play area by the stage bar also very much enjoyed. Food was lovely. Staff were all really welcoming and friendly. Animation team were great. Would highly recommend to other families.

A second excellent stay at this wonderful, friendly hotel which serves up such a treat for young families in particular. Many staff are clearly long standing and that speaks volumes for the way this hotel is run. It's also well located, a fairly short walk (20 minutes with kids) along the shoreline (if you head more or less straight down with your back to the hotel) to Cala n' Bosch beach, or take a bus from just around the corner from the hotel to the old town of Ciutadella, with some excellent restaurants, and beyond! Good value for what you get!
