The hotel and facilities were just perfect for us. The entertainment team, especially Alba made such a difference with her amazing energy and smiles. The dining facilities were a refreshing welcome with a different theme most nights from Japanese, Tapas, Italian and Mexican, etc. The usual repetitive dishes like pasta, fries and pizza were also a comfort on occasion. Diego was there to greet us at most of our dining times and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Another lovely smile too.

We enjoyed our stay in Iberostar Las Dalias with a group of three other families and friends together for almost a week. Our plane landed a bit late but the reception staff were very welcoming and even allowed us to have some food and drinks in the restaurant when we checked in at around 11:00 pm. Our room was very bright and spacious. We are a family of four with two teenage boys and we had two rooms with a door in the middle to connect both rooms which was lovely. The restaurant was full of scrumptious food and there were different themes each day with a variety of choice to cater your palate. The catering staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing pool with plenty of sunbeds. We had an all inclusive package and enjoyed all the food and drinks whilst by the poolside. The entertainment team were very proactive, incredibly talented in getting your blood pumping day and night to uplift your soul and remind you to enjoy and relax your holiday. The beaches nearby were very convenient and within walking distance. Taxi prices ranges from 5-10 euros for most nearby beaches and waterparks (Siam park is about 15 minute walk from the hotel). Airport is about 20 minutes via a shuttle bus and the bus stop is about a minute walk from the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would like to mention Sara Silva (Director of Guest Service) who has gone over and beyond to make our holiday a memorable one despite having a small issue due to a lost property. Sara was able to resolve our problem promptly and has kept us well informed by speaking to us directly and by email correspondence. We truly believe in good karma and Sara showed us a fine example of the highest level of guest service and kindness. We highly recommend this hotel and we hope to visit them again soon.

Hotel could do with upgrading the rooms as they are very basic and tired. Definitely not 4 star standard. The laminate floor was coming up in places, had chips it in too. The furniture has seen better days too. We had interconnecting rooms with sea view. The general areas outside the hotel rooms need an update also. Once you’re down in the restaurant areas, pool etc it’s quite nice. The all inclusive is good, lots of choice of food and changes daily so you’ll never struggle for something you like. We went out most evenings for dinner as we prefer a change of scenery. Evening entertainment was the usual karaoke, tribute acts etc but if you like that then you’ll be happy. Overall the staff are friendly, didn’t have any issues. The pool is quite busy and you’ll struggle for loungers if you’re not down early. We visited during Easter holidays this year.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say it was an experience to remember. The facilities were top-notch, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities provided were more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the phenomenal entertainment team. From the moment we arrived, Alba, Saul, Miguel, and Lucia went above and beyond to ensure that every guest had an unforgettable experience. Their energy, enthusiasm, and creativity were infectious. Whether it was poolside games, evening shows, or interactive activities, they brought a unique and vibrant spirit to everything they did. Alba’s charisma and friendly nature made every activity enjoyable, while Saul's humor and engaging personality had everyone laughing and participating. Miguel's talent and dedication were evident in every performance, and Lucia's warm and welcoming demeanor made guests feel like part of the family. The entertainment team at this hotel truly made our stay exceptional. Their hard work and passion for what they do created an atmosphere of fun and relaxation that we will never forget. We can’t wait to return and enjoy their incredible hospitality once again!

Came here in July last year and we absolutely loved it! We're booked in again for later this year. Good points: The food quality and variety- amazing and so are the restaurant staff. They are so friendly. The bar - drinks are good as well. The room - No issues the whole week we was there. Clean and comfortable. Entertainment- the team really work hard in this department too. As an adult I usually skip Entertainment but I enjoyed it here. Location - Siam Park was 5/10 mins in taxi, the beach, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. I am sure we will enjoy our second visit later this year just as much as we did the first visit. Thanks
