Just returned from a week at this hotel and we had such a lovely time. Hotel is very clean, tidy and staff are professional and helpful. Room was nice and clean with a large bathroom. Entertainment staff were great fun. Restaurant was fantastic with such a good range of food. Absolutely no issues getting a table at any mealtime and no issues getting a sunbed at any time of the day. Hotel is in a fantastic location only 5 mins from the beach and plenty of shops around. Can definitely say this is the best all inclusive hotel we've stayed at and we've been to quite a few of the Spanish islands. Definitely worth every penny of what we paid.

Excellent hotel that accommodates all your needs. What stands out at this hotel is the staff. The staff got above and beyond to make you feel welcome and attend to all your needs. The entertainment team are by far the stand out here. They work tirelessly everyday to ensure everyone has fun and laughter. A big mention to Miguel and Carlos who are such a huge asset to this hotel. They are fantastic with their guests and really know how to make them enjoy their stay. Miguel and Carlos are one of the reasons we continue to return to this hotel time and time again. Keep up the amazing work!

Rooms are basic but comfortable, and like the rest of this place, spotlessly clean. Some look out over the road but a minor issue. There is so much to do here you’re only there to sleep! It’s just a short walk to the sea, and a range of bars and restaurants. Again, you don’t need to go out as the food in the hotel is varied and really good. We were all inclusive and one night there was lobster and on another roast duck available. Not often seen on an all inclusive rate. I only gave five stars for service as that is all it goes up to. The staff are amazing. Restaurant staff pleasant and efficient, bar staff friendly and welcoming. The entertainment team work so hard to provide a range of activities. But also take time to stop and chat at other times. It’s not fair to single out any one of them over the others, but, Soi has a huge personality and it’s impossible not to warm to his enthusiasm, energy and fun. They are all a credit to the hotel. Overall a superb stay. Thank you.

Stayed for a week in early February 2024. Overall, a very good hotel that we would return to. Initial impressions were that the corridor / rooms are a little dated and in need of refreshing, including the furniture, but we were fortunate to get a very large balcony with table, chairs plus two private sun loungers, with sunshine pretty much all day. There is a door between pairs of adjoining rooms which allows them to be made into larger family accommodation as required... this did allow some unwanted noise to come through. All staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and cheerful, including all those passed in corridors, etc. Room service was thorough with sweets often left arranged on the bed. The hotel noticed, presumably from the passports, that it was my partner’s birthday during the holiday, and a bottle of champagne was brought to the room that evening without being requested. Towards the end of the holiday, the hotel became aware via observant room service staff that I had been unwell – which I stress was due to food eaten on a trip, and not the hotel – and contacted us to offer help. So, we experienced a number of examples of exceptional service, which was impressive. There was a decent selection of food and drinks available. Overall, a very favourable impression of this hotel and Iberostar.

Myself, partner and kids (15 and 13) visited in February 24 for 7 days. Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted at reception with a galss of sparkling wine (if it's the little things that make a good stay then this hotel is great at them). The hotel is in a great location in Costa Adeje with walkable access to bars, restaurants and beaches, we had rooms on the street side of the hotel so quite noisy some mornings with deliveries etc. but the adjoining rooms were a good size with great bathrooms. In terms of food, the all inclusive menu is what we expected with all the usual theme nights for evening meal, the restaurant service was excellent with the staff taking time to get to know their visitors and going the extra mile to make them feel at home. The standout from the hotel for us was the entertainment team who work tirelessly to ensure that there are fun activities happening that throughout the day that even teenagers will enjoy and then put on some excellent entertainment in the evening. Special thanks to Vassili who even though he was in the first week with the team came across as if he'd been there forever and made us feel so welcome (We can do it Vassili!!!).
